I brought my car in for a coolant leak that was initially minor and gradual. The mechanic diagnosed it as a radiator issue. I specifically asked if the hoses and other components were checked, but I was told the radiator needed replacement. I trusted the diagnosis and paid for the repair. About four weeks later, while driving, all of my coolant suddenly leaked out, which led to severe engine damage. This was far worse than the original issue and could have been prevented with a proper inspection and accurate diagnosis. This experience cost me a significant amount of money and stress. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before trusting this shop with your vehicle--especially if you own a German car. Went to pick up next day and on my way home from picking it up, the check engine light came on (2 hours after i picked it up). I called and the mechanic told me to bring it back. He then asked me what I wanted him to do. He said he wasn't God and his only requirement was to get it started. $1,700 dollars later and my truck still didn't get fixed. I had to pay another mechanic to fix what they cant. I would leave 0 stars if I could. Stay away from them. I tried to report them to the better business bureau, but are not listed with them. Bad business all around.
