My dad recommended Basil a little while ago and since then he's been my go-to mechanic. Solid work, great communication, and very reasonable pricing. He really does a good job of explaining what's going on, which I really appreciate. With him, I feel like I'm in the loop with knowing exactly what is and isn't working with my car. Not something you can expect from most mechanics/shops. Give him a call, you won't regret it! read more

Basil is the dream mechanic you hope to find looking after your car. He takes care of me and my daughter's car and is so wise, honest and trustworthy. Luckily, by word of mouth, I found him and he fixed the problem from a botched and lying Brakes Plus crew in Plano (beware) and straightened everything out. I'll never go anywhere else again. Basil is the most professional person I've meet in a long time dealing with my car. He stays on top of things and always communicates with you and explains in details what's wrong with your . I had no problem paying the price he quoted , it was worth it . My Ac went and mistakenly went to another place and was treated horribly. I was there for hours , I had to ask questions while he was eating his lunch and they didn't have ac . Didn't offer me water which they had in there refrigerator. I was getting sick so I had to take a Uber home . I never got a answer until I called them (Meineke) never again . I will never go to another place again , I will always stick with Basil . I've know him for 6-7+ years and I regret not going to him first . He was able to fix the problem, that the other place didn't even look at . Also found other things that were out of place . My car is so cold my glasses fog up lol!!! I love it . I have one more thing to get fix , which we both knew about because it's an older car . So I will see you soon Basil !! Basil is a top notch mechanic and has kept my Infiniti QX56 running well with 255000 miles on it. He is thorough and professional in his descriptions of issues with my car. It is hard to get clear and concise messages on car repairs and the expense these days when large car companies are trying to limit the ability of owners to choose their repair service. I now live 2000 miles away from I-Tune but when I had an issue with my vehicle, Basil has given me advice on repairs and can recommend car part companies who may carry parts that are not dealer priced parts but good reliable parts at 50% of the price. Basil is very profesional and easy going. He is very open and did an excellent job at communicating all the problems with my car and detailing what processes he was going to follow while completing his work. His service was very timely, and he was very honest and straight forward with anything troublesome and covered the things he fixed in great detail. He did an excellent job at trying and explain just what he was doing and kept me updated on what he was doing as he discovered something new with my car. Their tow truck driver backed up into my car at a red light at N Center Expressway Service Road and…read moreW Campbell Road at 9 AM on November 4th while trying to switch lanes as we were stopped. He came so close that he nearly hit my windshield. The driver didn't know what information to give me, so he called his boss right in front of me. I was present for that entire conversation, and I have clear proof of what was said. So instead of providing me insurance information that I asked for, the boss told me to bring my car to their shop and demanded I bring it right in that moment so they could fix it. Which I clearly didn't feel comfortable doing. The tow truck driver also just left due to his boss telling him to go onto his next call instead of handling the situation properly as a business owner. When I later called twice to ask if I could bring my car another day or for their insurance information, they showed no compassion, tried to argue with me, and hung up in my face both times. The last time I called, they said they didn't have time to deal with it and hung up again. Now they are trying to lie saying that I hit them and ran into the back of the tow truck and they offered to fix it "out of the kindness of their heart" , which is completely untrue and sad that is what they decided to say after I damn near almost had a whole flat bed bust through my windshield due to their drivers lack of awareness that there was someone behind him AT A RED LIGHT. I even have the interaction all recorded. This entire situation has left me feeling taken advantage of and manipulated, and everything was genuinely traumatizing. This place is just a lawsuit waiting to happen. Very unprofessional experience. I'd advise EVERY costumer to record and document EVERYTHING while using this company. Down to phone calls, one on one conversations and everything else in between.

After living in Plano for 15 years, I decided it was time to find a local mechanic rather than driving back to Garland for repairs. I looked for help on Nextdoor, and Basil Nacy at I Tune Automotive popped up repeatedly, so I decided to give him a try when I needed my brakes checked. He gave me an honest evaluation with options that allowed me to wait a while on the repair if I chose to. He pointed out some work I needed to have done (alignment) that he doesn't do in his shop. And he threw in a tire rotation for free. I liked that Basil does the work himself. He's respectful of customers' time and does a good job of keeping the client informed of progress through text updates. Pricing was reasonable. I HOPE not to need repair work again soon, but I will feel comfortable going back to I Tune Automotive. read more

He's a master Nissan mechanic however he can work on any other cars out there including domestic. His brother is a master gm mechanic. And between the two their a real deal duo.
