To my surprise, they said they could take care of me right away. The process was fast and easy. They took my insurance card and keys while I settled into their clean and comfortable waiting room. Within fifteen minutes, my truck was ready to go. I paid the fee and was back on the road in no time. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely made me feel like a VIP. They did offer to sell me some wipers, but there was zero pressure. They simply let me know I was welcome to come back anytime when I was ready to replace them. I am extremely happy with my visit to this Kwik Kar location. They really live up to their name, and I will definitely return again next year. Highly recommended.
