On my Charger they notice the bushings needed to be changed as well. I came back and changed all 6 control arms in the front of charger. I was so happy to get the arms changed. They took 3 months to get anything done and we had to call almost every week to get an update (which was nothing because they had not worked on anything whatsoever other than taking apart the car to diagnose it). We eventually got tired of the wait and decided to get it towed and pay what was needed to get it out of the lot and let Scott know that was the plan.
