Love this park because the trails are accessible for those of us with mobility issues. With my…read morecane, I was able to make my way through the gravel and the dirt trails easily and take in the beautiful wildflowers of spring. In April, the prairie area is filled with deep blue camas, and a few white ones sprinkled in. In mass, they paint the prairie blue. Up close, you can see the intricate detail, petals in shades of blue and even purple, with bright yellow eyes in each flower. They are one of my faves! As you leave the sunny prairie, you are instantly in a shady patch of forest and feel far away from the city, even though you are not. Birds chirping is nature's music as you wander the various loops and check out wildflowers nestled under the trees. I spotted Star of Bethlehem, Wild Geranium, Saskatoon, False Solomon's Seal, Field Sorrel, Prairie Mallow, Woodland Violet, and some common daisy. There are benches along the way if you need a rest or just want to stop and breath in the luxury of being in this little magical place. Along the north side, there are views of the Williamette River. In addition to the trails which are off to the right, there is a playground with a basketball court, swings, slides and play gym, all of which were in use this weekday. There is also a decent bathroom, which is very much appreciated. This park is at the end of a neighborhood where the streets are narrow. As you navigate up through the hills, be aware that children are playing. Before the park there is a dirt area for cars and if you go just a little further, a small paved parking area for about 8 cars with one designated handicap spot. This is a fabulous neighborhood park that welcomes visitors like me. April is the perfect time to visit if you want to see the beautiful fields of camas.

Here goes nothing: The spray bottles can be empty when you're looking to wipe down the equipment, same with the paper towels. We're talking like 50%-60% of the time they're empty. Finding clamps is impossible, for such a big company you would think clamps would be littered everywhere. If you have your own I suggest you bring them. The outside trash cans are ALWAYS full. The faucets in the men's restroom are starting to leak, the hand dryer has been broken for at least 1 month now. On top of it all their customer service SUCKS. The counter crew is always busy on their personal phone or talking to other team members/customers about non related gym things, all while Ignoring the people that are coming in to workout. I've had countless experiences where I walk in and there's no acknowledgment or good bye when I leave. If you're a pretty girl working the counter, FORGET ABOUT IT, 10 out of 10 times the manager/supervisor are distracting them from taking care of the customers. I've over heard, in passing, conversations that don't involve work. That same scenario includes a no greeting when I punch in or good bye when leaving. This place is clean enough, better than it use to be. Props to the cleaning crew!! I've been a member at this gym since 2019, before that I would go on/off because I didn't live here. I've been a 24 hour member since, I believe, 2006. Management matters and this time around it isn't so hot. My main reason for staying here is for the convenience of the location.

Was blown away on the drive out from Portland, coming down 43 following the Williamette River. The area and neighborhoods surrounding this park are just beautiful. The park itself is everything you want it to be. Swings and play structures for the kids and a water fountain/splash play area popular in the warm weaver. Bathrooms. Basketball courts. Tennis courts. Walking paths. Covered picnic area and large open field. We attended one of the Music in the Park concerts and the band was Girl Can't Help It, a Journey cover band. They were absolutely fantastic! Totally rocked it! They are playing on the Spirit of Portland in September. There was a very large crowd gathered on the large rolling green field, but it never felt crowded; everyone had plenty of space. The Music was hopping so there were lots of people dancing in front of the stage. There were families and groups of friends everywhere picnicing and enjoying the music. What a fun evening! The free music and concerts in the park is one of my favorite summer activities. Now that I have discovered Tanner Creek Park, I will proactively seek out their schedule so I can enjoy music here often. It as just that good!

Good for all ages. --Tied for best water feature (the revamped one in Willamette Park is fun too) Tanner Creek is home to the Music in the Park summer concert series and is a popular meeting place for families and teens all year round. West Linn is a mix of natural/traditional parks, best represented by Willamette and Mary S. Young, and new parks that have popped up in the newer housing developments that are much more state of the art. Tanner Creek has a nice covered structure for parties, tennis and basketball courts, and large grassy fields. The only thing that is missing is river access. That is why most of my time is spent at Willamette Park.

Received an invoice and an email from Oregon City Sporting Goods confirming my order. May 6th, I send an email to kurtb@ocsports.us as listed on the email in case I had any questions. I requested an update. No reply. May 9th, I call the business asking for an update on my order, and whoever it was I talked to didn't ask for an order number or anything. They just said that they just got a bunch of the orders in, and I would be receiving an email update within a couple days. Nothing. Today, May 27th, I once again called asking for an update. Told whoever I spoke to that the order was placed through Tualatin JBO. They told me all those orders were already delivered. Told them I placed this order on April 19th, and I could give them the order number if it would help. Their exact reply was, "Well the order number isn't gonna do me any good." They got a little flustered, then asked for my name and number and would get back to me later in the day. I called about 3pm. It's almost 930pm and no call back. Update 5/28 - Received word from someone from Tualatin JBO. The orders were received a week ago and will be distributed amongst the teams/families. Still would have appreciated SOME type of communication from OCSG.
