AJ is respectful, honest, and loves what he does - and it shows! He is NOT simply making another sale when you come through the front door. I can say this because I was told specifically that there is no pressure to buy, and he took his time to understand my concerns, without any sales gimmicks, or trying to hide issues from me - every aspect of the vehicle & the process was completely transparent through the entire sale. AJ & Shelsy made this buying process simple and a whole lot of FUN! They are the perfect balance of "business serious" & "laughing fun", which will brighten your day!! Because of their knowledge from years in the auto business, and their customer service, I DEFINITLY recommend Doroci Auto Sales for your next vehicle! Oh, and even if the vehicle you want is not on his lot, AJ has the business acumen & connections to find your vehicle, and get it for you! This exceptional experience with AJ & Shelsy has taken the stress out of car buying - because buying a vehicle should not mean added stress! AJ & Shelsy have created a fun and exciting car-buying experience for you, and NOT something from your nightmares! Doroci Auto Sales is definitely not forgetting about the human experience when car buying! Thank you very much for the great deal! -John from MD

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this dealership was so unprofessional that I…read morefeel others deserve to know what happened. Before making the hour-long drive to the dealership, we spoke with someone over the phone, submitted all of the requested information for a loan approval, and were told we had been approved. When we asked about the interest rate, we were told we would need to come in person to discuss it. Once we arrived, everything changed. The sales/finance manager immediately asked for pay stubs or bank statements. My brother, who is a government employee, explained that for security reasons he couldn't access his pay stubs from just any computer and would be able to provide them the following day from work. That seemed like a reasonable explanation. I simply asked whether they could give us an estimate of what the interest rate might look like in the meantime. Instead of answering the question professionally, the manager asked why I was speaking for my brother since he was the one buying the vehicle. I explained that he was a first-time buyer and that I had previously worked as a car sales consultant, so I was familiar with the process and was only trying to help. His attitude immediately became hostile. He told us that he was "very busy" because he ran both the sales and finance departments and that customers were calling to buy cars. He then said that us not coming "prepared" was aggravating to him--even though we had already submitted everything they requested before driving an hour to the dealership, and they were the ones who told us to come in. At that point, I told my brother we were leaving. As we walked away, the manager's parting words were, "Have a fucking nice day." I responded by telling him that he was being disrespectful and that an adult should conduct himself professionally. Instead of de-escalating the situation, he continued yelling profanities at us as we left. I've purchased and sold vehicles before, and I've never been treated with such disrespect. Regardless of whether a deal goes through, every customer deserves to be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!! I bought a 2021 Nissan Versa there with only 25,000 miles on it at the end…read moreof May 2025. I recognize you are taking a chance when you buy a used car but didn't expect any major issues because the mileage was so low and the carfax mentioned it was in a 2 fender benders but only cosmetic damage which was repaired before I bought it. However, a month after having the car I had to 1)replace tires, 2)brakes & rotors, 3)car putts and has stalls on me and still trying to figure that out after paying for 2 diagnostics. Took it to Nissan dealership because the powertrain warranty is still effective but dealerships do what they can and lie until the warranty expires so they basically did nothing but charge me for looking at it and give me a list of services I need to buy including 5) a bent strut assembly. Lastly, 5) the airbag light came on saying there is something wrong with it. So to my point the dealership basically sold me a piece of junk and offered me to buy an extended warranty 2 months later after my complaints. This is probably more of a moral issue than a legal issue but when a place has no integrity and don't care what they sell you, you probably should NOT buy from them. Also, learn from me to get the car thoroughly checked before buying regardless of what shape you think its in. It will save you the headache I have right now!

The cost of many products has been rising significantly recently, including new vehicles, warranty,…read moreand even an oil change, which has nearly doubled, and let's not forget about breaks, or planned maintenance. The difference between most service departments is not how much they can take from a customer pocket or to reach a dollar amount target, but how one feels when the keys are handed back. I'm not here to name names or point fingers; sometimes it's just the script and the new Blueprint AI model, and if you can simply receive text messages, you're the greatest. Guess what? I'm here sitting and watching that channel in the waiting area with many others, anticipating the charge, so talking to me won't hurt. I've already driven 30 miles to get this done. While this does not define the entire business internally or your experience, many of them I believe work as sales agents, and given their substantial influence over consumers today especially those who must get back on the road, there is a narrow line between what is required and how much they can charge for each service visit. The unfortunate thing is failing to recognize that while you may earn a little more revenue, you will lose valuable consumers. This may not be your experience, and totally not poor customer service; however, as previously stated, they may be obliged to achieve quotas, and the customer becomes blurred between checking in and out. I feel that every customer should contact corporate to see if the part on their vehicle is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Get documentation before dropping off your vehicle here? Maybe also demand to see how much the part cost, and two labor printed might not be the case. If they can charge you without your knowledge while you are texting in the waiting area or at home, if they can get away with it, they will? Even if that your vehicle broken part is covered, they will continue to find new reasons for you to incur added expenses. It appears that you must pay something before you may leave this location. Yes, this is a business, and the service mechanics' time is valuable. Unfortunately, it appears that these service departments no longer say, "Hey, it's covered, and we've just tightened that other bolt for you at no charge. See you next time." It seems, if you do not follow the service advice or authorize the added unnecessary charge via text, you may question, "Why did I come?" Oh! While I appreciate your many payment methods, I strongly advise against using your credit card because it may result in 3% processing fees. Hey, new business model! If that option does not work for you, you can seek a line of credit instead. They benefit greatly from the new payment arrangement. Although I still have the option to refrain, trust in this establishment has decreased. It may be more prudent to stop at one of those corner mechanic shops with no signage, even if they will still attempt to get as much as they can charge, albeit to a lower amount. In sum, customer loyalty and service can lead you to consider upgrading to a new vehicle or switching to a different model. We may not like the service change that is always increasing, but please be honest with customers, and perhaps some will return for that new Subaru. Remember that good service/honesty is the key to loyalty.

When I bought my new Outback at…read morethat location, I also paid for a lifetime VIP package that guaranteed free oil changes and tire rotations for as long as I owned the car. Recently, the dealership stopped honoring the package without giving me any notice, written or otherwise. I was referred to another dealership in Virginia, however, that dealership doesn't honor the package I purchased as I was told they would. I feel cheated since I paid for these future benefits at Ourisman Subaru in Waldorf, MD. On top of being affected by the government shutdown and currently unemployed, this situation has made things worse. The decision to discontinue the contracted and pre-paid services leaves a very bad impression. This abrupt change left me feeling frustrated and misled, especially since I had relied on the promise of lifetime service when making my purchase decision. The lack of transparency and absence of any communication from the dealership only added to my disappointment, making me question their commitment to customer satisfaction. I doubt that I will be purchasing a vehicle from any Subaru dealership again. I'm warning others about the dishonest practices at this dealership. Although they may have saved some money with these tactics, honesty and integrity are so essential nowadays; I hope their choice was worth it. If you're considering a similar service packages, proceed with caution. To Ourisman Subaru in Waldorf, MD, and any other Subaru dealership: in my opinion, you made a poor business decision when you stopped honoring a contracted commitment for service. Your lack of honesty and trustworthiness makes Subaru dealership a risky place to buy a car.
