Not "if you look closely." Massive. I had to point it out myself and tell them to get a better piece. Quality control, apparently, is optional. After the replacement, the window rattled loudly, so I made the mistake of going back to the shop expecting it to be fixed. They did come outside -- progress! -- and then the guy simply looked at the glass. No taking the door apart. No checking inside. No attempt to address the very obvious noise. Just a quick visual inspection, like he was admiring his own work. When I asked for it to actually be repaired, I was told I was "coming at them." Right. Because expecting a window without scratches that doesn't rattle is apparently unreasonable and hostile. So to summarize this flawless experience: * Tried to install scratched glass * Needed the customer to catch it * Left the window rattling * Returned visit = staring contest, not a repair * Blamed the customer for wanting it fixed If you're looking for scratched parts, sloppy installs, wasted time, and gaslighting instead of accountability, this is the place.
