He returned my initial call the same day and we set up a time with my tenants for him to review the work that needed to be done. He maintained contact with both me and my tenants throughout the process and provided me with a detailed description of the work to be done after he visited the property...the price was reasonable considering the work he would be doing. He would replace all the sprinkler heads in the front yard, repair the severed electrical wire in the back yard, and extended a watering line in the back that was needed. The work was excellent, he and his crew arrived on time. My tenants said they were wonderful..worked hard, were friendly and took the time to show them how to work the automatic timers and adjust the timing and days as needed when the weather changes.
