Twice I come to this place and they ask me to come back because they are going to close in 10 min. I understand that everyone wants to go home but if I'm a regular they should try to keep the customers happy. I do Tip and come every 2 weeks. This is unacceptable if restaurants have to serve you 2 min before closing then, all businesses should be held to the same standard. One time she was complaining about how tired she was because she had no sleep , and that was pretty early on in the day. Unacceptable. read more

This was my first time getting my eyebrows done here and it was awful. The women doing my eyebrows was rushing and she nipped my skin so much. I was BLEEDING in multiple places when she finished and she didn't even acknowledge it. I've gotten my eyebrows threaded many times at a different location and never once have they made me bleed. Yea it's painful because my hair is being ripped out but it was worse here. The constant nipping at my skin was incredibly painful and now I have a bunch of red spots from where she made me bleed. read more

I'm new in the area and after looking around for a threading place I found iBrows, and I'm so happy I did! The ladies are super nice and friendly. Greet me hello and good bye with hugs. I even brought my 2 young children in with me once, my sister to help, but my 4 year old son got a little restless. The lady reassured me he was fine, and that she was almost done. She did an extra quick job with perfection. My first visit the lady gave me a free headband for my daughter. Everything I can think of about this place is nothing but great, even the prices. I've been coming here even before they were ibrows. Sofia is my go to person anytime I need my eyebrows threaded. She's very meticulous about her work and pays close attention to what it is you want, and the overall appearance of your brows. I was growing my brows back for a while, and she would allow certain areas of hair to grow in rather then remove them so the overall eyebrow looked better. I never leave reviews but this was very much needed. I went in last week to get my eyebrows done mind you I had been growing them out for 4 long months and needed them cleaned up. I sat there and told the lady not once more numerous times not to touch the front of my eyebrows and to "clean them up" so I kept looking in the mirror to make sure. Well when she switched to the second eyebrow she took about 2 minutes and then she called another lady to come help her. When that happened she started taking more off and I specifically told her don't touch the front of my eyebrow I'm growing it out. She says oh I'm not I'm cleaning the middle. I jump up and look and my eyebrow is completely crooked ones up and the other is down. I almost had a heart attack because this is the second time the lady has done this to me this is why I avoided her to begin with. These ladies are always in a hurry and do not truly care. I have had my eyebrows threaded a few at other places, but this place is closer so i decided to try it. Terrible mistake, the lady that did my eyebrows only did half decent job on them, only underneath my eyebrow was done ok. Then not to mention she also cut the hell out of the skin under my brow. It was swollen and damn near infected, so i had disinfect that too. Horrible experience here, they are unskilled and maybe should hire someone that knows how to properly do it. read more

I do not recommend ibrows at all. I started coming here as I was new to the area & sofia totally ruined the shape of my eyebrows. Every time there would be minor mistakes, which i'd be fine with because it's only $10 and nobody's perfect. It came to a point where she cut my tail off, forced an arch even when I showed her photos of how i wanted them to look, etc. I regret coming here, pictures of my eyebrows from before I started looked so much better than now. Please don't come here, the work is not good. read more

I've been going here since it was Magic Brow. Always been really happy. My loyalty was definitely with Sonia. Today I went in and it was a little busy. Three women walked in after me. One woman kept asking how long so Sonia asked me if she could take her first. I said that was fine. The next woman stood up to get in the chair and stopped when I said I was here first. She rolled her eyes and sat back down. When I sat in the chair Sonia started and then the woman said, I just need eyebrows Sonia. Sonia then asked me to get out of the chair and whispered the other woman is following her to her private business so she needs to take her first. I grabbed my items and walked out. Sonia then followed me to my car trying to get me to go back in. I'm disgusted that blonde hair, blue eyes, and yoga pants gets you priority over everyone else. I'm so disgusted and can't believe my loyalty has been dumped on. read more
