Ube lining was decent and smooth, just took some effort to scrape. However I expected the ube at the bottom of the cup to be mashed similarly and it was not. Boba was chewy on the outside but ripped apart easily in the center, almost firm.

Customer service was so great as well, I spilled blue syrup of my snow cone on my white sweater and the staff gave me napkins and endless cups of water for the stain.
