Pretty mediocre nail spot. Did the deluxe pedicure which was pretty pricey. Also did an upsell on gel polish for an extra 15 bucks. I could not believe they chart 15 bucks for gel polish! While the ladies working there were very nice and pleasant, the quality and cleanliness were both very disappointing. The studio was visibly dirty, and the results were awful. Unfortunately I had pre-paid for the service so decided to give it a shot, especially since the workers were so kind. I asked for an acrylic full set with light pink polish. They attempted to redo my nails 2x and they still came out poorly. The second time I was pressured to get a French, which I didn't ask for and seemed to be the only option as the pink polishes "sticky". The nails are lumpy and not filed straight, and the polish isn't smooth. The tips are visible and crooked under the polish. The first attempt didn't cure properly, likely bc they poured a "thinner" from an unmarked refilled bottle into the polish before using it. I had to go elsewhere to soak off and redo everything after this appointment. read more

This is by far the worst nail experience I've ever had. The lady cut my finger so badly it wouldn't stop bleeding, and she didn't even apologize! Instead, she had the audacity to tell me she usually charges for cutting cuticles but was doing me a favor by not charging this time. Are you kidding me? She couldn't even recreate the design I had requested--a design I had called and sent to her a week in advance to confirm she could do. She assured me she could, but in the end, I was stuck settling for a cheap sticker slapped onto my nail just so I could leave. She completely ruined my Christmas nails, and I'll be staying as far away from this place as possible! Unbelievable! read more

Went in for gel nails and a pedicure 4/5/21 @ 2:20p.m. Things went south when I let manicurist know I did not want my current gel removed with the electric hand tool & preferred my nails to be soaked. This began the manicurist telling me it's not hard on my nails, it's much easier to remove gel etc. After soaking for 10 minutes with a small amount of tissue dipped in acetone she began forcefully jamming the nail file into my cuticles. I told her not so hard. She then pulled out electric tool and said let me just use this it is much easier. I declined. Onto the non matching color. I told both that I wanted the same color on hands/feet. The color on my feet was darker than the color I picked for my hands, when the employee was on a second coat, I mentioned "is that the same" "yes" the manicurist responded, "color for my hands"? "yes, yes" both agreed it was. There were 3 coats on my toes that is why is looked darker they agreed. It will look the same after 3 coats on my hands they both stated. I knew that was not the case, but, ok. When the color on my hands was much lighter after 3 coats she then said we cannot match color exactly. Ok, I will change color in 2 weeks, no problem. As she was putting alcohol on my nails my cuticles burned & I noticed one cuticle that was bleeding. When I mentioned that to her she responded well that is why I told you I should use the electric tool to remove the gel. Umm, what?? No, I responded you needed to be more gentle. That is how I have all nail shops remove my gel and I do not walk away with bleeding cuticles. While checking out I let her know the reasons I will not be back to her salon. Deal breaker for me--- When a customer tells you how they would like to be serviced, it is not a debate. read more

Yikes. I will not be coming here again. I came in for a simple manicure - no gel or anything crazy. The lady that did my nails put in almost no effort. I was in and out in 10 minutes and she was rushing through my manicure to get to other customers. The water to soak my hand it was freezing cold and she didn't even trim all my dead cuticles off. She put nail polish all over my cuticles and it got on my skin and she didn't even wipe it off. My top coat was so sloppy and it only covered half my nails which made my nails look choppy and really unprofessionally done. She even forgot top coat on 2 of my fingers because she was distracted. I was really disappointed in the service here - I will never come back. read more

The ladies here are so sweet. I get my eyebrows waxed here and they always do such an amazing job. I didn't think it was possible, but they look better and better every time I go. I brought my boyfriend here once and now he gets his eyebrows done every time I do. His eyebrows never look too feminine and they just clean them up really well. It's never a long wait which is awesome when you just stop by really quick. I don't get my nails done so I could only rate my eyebrow wax experience. read more

What goes on in this place? I went in one morning as soon as they opened and I told them I needed a full set and a pedicure. The girl sat me down and immediately started talking on her phone and texting while doing my pedicure. It took her 5 minutes to just ask me how I was doing and proceeded to talk on her phone and talk smack in her language the WHOLE time. She kept trying to get me to upgrade to the $40 pedicure, really? No, thanks. Now, I don't get pedicures often because I usually do it myself so I could be mistaken but....what is the point of lotioning my feet and legs and then putting them back in the water and rinsing it off? This makes no logical sense to me. During this time, another girl who worked there was doing leg exercises and running in place in the back of the salon. Wth? Then all of a sudden the place begins to smell like steamed vegetables.....at 9am? The girl who did my nails did a decent job and actually cared to talk to me but was also guilty of talking smack. This was one of the longest hours of my life. They could tell I was extremely annoyed and I could care less. Upon leaving, I paid my bill and skipped out on tipping the girl who did my pedicure and she had a sour face about it. I already paid $16 for the pedicure, which I could have done better by myself...keep dreaming hunny. Terrible customer service. read more

This place is did a s**t job on my nails. I asked for a gel manicure and it was BAD! Sloppy and she didn't cut my cuticles after asking multiple time to cut them more. They acted like they were in a rush and I was the only client in the salon. On top of that it was $41 total for gel mani and reg. pedi. I felt so robbed but what are you gonna do? Argue with them? Great service. Got a manicure pedicure 2 weeks ago, came in today for a full set. I love how my nails came out. I got a full set with white tips, and gel top coat. The only reason not 5 stars is because it was extremely quiet! Don't get me wrong, quiet is nice, but no radio or tv. I saw both a tv and radio, but they were not on. Well today was clear cut. The lady doing my daughter's nails said something and both she and the girl doing mine looked up at me at the same time. I would have thought I was being paranoid had my daughter not also commented on it. It's rude, and makes a person feel uncomfortable. I just don't need it. We paid with 10% tip - because I was at least happy with the work done. There is an older woman named Linda who works there - and I adore her. She does a great job and is very pleasant.
