Another time I came in wanting to buy a couple of their made-to-order ice cream sandwiches (because they are actually really good) to bring to my nieces. The same girl behind the counter who works during the day said they were out of cookies. I came back yesterday, still no cookies to make the ice cream sandwiches. Like seriously?! Do we need to take these off the menu board too? I came in last week wanting the Dole pineapple soft serve they sell. It was so good over the summer and pineapple sounded so good at that time. What do you mean there isn't any? I even asked about that yesterday as well. When will they have it back in the machine? The girl behind the counter said she didn't know when. Again, take it off the menu guys. Yeah, I'm disappointed they don't keep everything on their menu in stock. Why even bother keeping these items on their menu board? Oh, and yesterday I opted for the berry sorbet. The poor girl couldn't crack the dang thing. It was frozen SOLID. They need to retire that flavor then or just throw it out. You need a jack hammer to break that thing apart. I walked away not getting anything. No frozen bananas, no soft serve of any kind, no cookies to make ice cream sandwiches. And no, I don't want to pay $25 for an ice cream pie.
