The menu is kind of small which makes it easier to order and less overwhelming but since it was our first time we still had questions. The young girl helping us was patient and answered all of our questions. You could pick a flavor of ice cream and add any toppings you want but my husband and I both decided to get a bubble waffle. What's a bubble waffle? A waffle ice cream taco is how I like to describe it. My husband got the ube mochi bubble waffle. It had ube (purple sweet potato) ice cream, mochi bits, and big pieces of juicy lychee! I got the snickerdoodle bubble waffle. It had Cinnamon Toast Crunch, caramel, bananas, and vanilla ice cream. Perfect combination to satisfy my sweet craving! The waffle alone was perfect! Slightly crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. The price is a little steep in my opinion. I love coming here to get their Vietnamese coffee. I think it's better w boba added since it gives it a little more sweetness. They also have amazing waffles and an assortment of drinks. My girlfriend and I come here often because of the delicious waffle and ice cream combos. While waiting in line to order, I couldn't help but notice the worker was handling a rag of some sort with the same gloves used to handle the shaved ice blocks. She explained the menu in detail to us and recommended the Cookie Monster and Strawberry Shorty shaved ice snows all over ;). I've been to the Convoy location, wasn't a huge fan at first...maybe it was just the flavor I had ordered at the time? Convoy location was a bit more of a wait even with only 2 other people ahead of me. Tonight, maybe there were about 4 other people ahead of me but my order was taken and I received my order so fast! Seating is alot more plentiful than the Convoy location. Decided to give it another try with a different flavor, as friends raved about this place. I love that I don't have to drive to freaking Convoy to satisfy my sweet tooth. I've been to this location a couple of times now and both times have been shockingly delicious. They have shaved snow, snow affogatos, drinks, and waffles. What is an affogato, you ask? Who knows... so I asked the girl at the register and got a little lesson on their menu. It's apparently a shaved snow with an added shot of something or other. I lost interest so I ordered the Thai Scream shaved snow (basic, I know) which was Thai Iced tea flavored shaved snow with boba, almond jelly and condensed milk. While I was waiting for my order, she made a crazy waffle thing with snow and all the toppings. I had to ask her what it was and immediately regretted not ordering that. It apparently was a custom creation. I should have done that! I got my order and immediately forgot about that waffle custom creation thing. The snow was super creamy (not icy or chunky), the boba was perfectly chewy and the mix of flavors of Thai iced tea and almond jelly really hit the spot. We have been patrons of Iceskimo before they opened here in CV. The quality and service has always been good. The only the concern I have is that for the last 4-5 times that we have been here with our 4 children, the restroom has always been off limits to customers. Today we asked why and the young lady said "because it's being used for storage" I would hope not considering the very same employee used it while we were sitting there consuming our ice cream. Truly happy with your product but I have to say, having your restrooms consistently "for employee use only" is not only inconvenient (after all ice cream can get messy) but falls under the category of poor customer service. I hope the next time we visit, it will be open for use. read more

It certainly made me feel like a valued customer and I was impressed with the quick changes he implemented to improve the customer experience. I was convinced to give Iceskimo another chance and I am so glad I did as I just discovered my new favorite snow flavor and customization recently. Its lychee snow with fig jelly, honey boba, and condensed milk. I still had some lingering fears of getting the wrong order, but the workers flawlessly got my order right. Went here on a very hot summer day with the fam so there were quite a few people inside. I got the strawberry affogato, which was really nice and perfectly refreshing. The bitterness of the matcha works well with the sweet strawberry ice and condensed milk. What I didn't like about this location was that the tables were filthy. Every single one of them.
