Very clean restaurant, friendly wait staff. Sushi was fresh and delicious. Hot sake was HOT... which was awesome. Bento box for my daughter was enough for 2 people. My son had the Udon which he loved. My husband and I had a couple of rolls and both were prepared as ordered. Everything was great.

I recently dined at Ichiban, and I can't stop raving about my experience! From the moment I walked in, the restaurant was impeccably clean, which immediately set a positive tone for the evening. The highlight, of course, was the food. The hibachi dishes were absolutely delicious--every bite was packed with flavor. The steak was juicy and perfectly seasoned, and the shrimp was cooked to perfection, bursting with freshness. The fried rice was a delightful compliment, and I found myself going back for seconds! The drinks were another standout feature. I ordered a signature lychee cocktail, and it was both sweet and strong, just the way I like it. It paired beautifully with the meal and added to the overall festive atmosphere. What truly made the night special was the customer service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about our experience. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. If you're looking for a hibachi spot that combines delicious food, refreshing drinks, a clean environment, and exceptional service, look no further than Ichiban. I can't wait to go back!

First let me address the patio, which is a wonderful place to dine. The ambience is perfect and when the weather permits, which is late fall and early spring, it truly is a wonderful experience. The service is the same as the service in the Katy Local table, which is just wonderful. Very attentive, very efficient a wonderful experience to be quite honest with you. And when I said, it is difficult to manage a distinct setting with the same level of service as I said earlier, these folks have achieved that which is laudable. The menu is precisely the same, and the food is well prepared in ample quantities and I do not believe that I've experienced a single meal that is not good. Now this is just my personal experience. I won't speak for all yelpers, but I think the food to be quite dependable and the serving is quite ample given the cost. The same is true of the bar, which is quite good.

The customer service is excellent, starting with the warm greeting from the hostess to the attentive service provided by our waitress. I really like the menu's strong focus on vegetarian and gluten-free options. My table ordered: Blue Crabcakes - The cakes had a very crispy outer layer. The batter is heavier than I would like in my crabcakes. I also felt like there was a lot of filler in the cakes compared to the actual crab. I would rate this dish 2/5. Margarita Pizza - Their pizza had a unique, seedy texture at the bottom that provided a delightful crunch in every bite. It was topped with fresh tomato slices and was incredibly cheesy. I would definitely order it again. 5/5. Philly Cheesesteak - My mom gave this sandwich a 4/5. The dish was served with fries, of which I sampled a few. I wish they were freshly hand-cut fries, as these seemed to have the telltale texture of having been pre-frozen before frying. Chicken Potpie - I didn't sample this dish, but it looked very appealing. My date gave it a 3/5 rating because the filling was quite bland and had a disproportionately high ratio of green peas to other ingredients. Strawberry Lemonade - Their lemonades are delicious!. I would rate the drink a solid 5/5. Note: Their lemonades do NOT come with complimentary refills.

I am in this particular case, quite confident about the capability of these restaurant tours to do just that; delicious food, great service, wonderful environment at a very fair price in point of fact, frankly I think it's a bargain. My opinion is mezze is a great way to experience a Middle Eastern restaurants capabilities hence that's what I ordered and it did not disappoint. In addition, I complemented their triple or trio dip dish with some grape leaves, cheese, olives, turnips, etc., and had simply a delightful experience. The waitress was wonderful, accommodating, but adjusted to our pace precisely. I had Arak as an accompaniment. I did not get the brand I should have. It was exceptional. We arrived at six and were the only couple there. By the time we left the restaurant was packed and for good reason, the food service and price is exceptional, and I would highly, highly recommend this restaurant.

We were in Fulshear and wanted to try something different that we don't have near us, so we decided to give it a shot. The restaurant itself is beautiful on the outside with an inside that has a modern, open design. You come in and seat yourself, and while there were several tables available, the restaurant definitely wasn't empty. There were people dining in the back room and out on the porch. It was a gorgeous day, but we opted for the AC. Service wasn't terrible, but it also wasn't especially attentive. It took a while for someone to come by with menus, and throughout the meal things just seemed to move slowly despite the restaurant not appearing understaffed. I don't mind a relaxed pace, but I also don't want to spend my entire afternoon sitting indoors at some random restaurant waiting around. We started with chips and queso. The chips were decent, but the queso was extremely thin and soupy--more like cheese soup than queso--thus definitely not worth the $10 price tag. Unless you love soupy queso. Then maybe it's definitely worth the $10 to you. For lunch, my brother and mom ordered The Local Burger with Fries and added avocado, my friend ordered the Beef Tenderloin Steak Wrap with Chips, and I tried the Spicy Buffalo Pizza because honestly, every menu starts looking the same after a while, and I wanted something different. Unfortunately, there were several issues with our order. Everyone's food arrived but my brother's because our server somehow assumed mom and he were sharing one burger since they ordered the same thing. They also forgot the avocado add-on for both burgers. Mom gave my brother her basket, and they shared the burger until his came, which was about 10 to 15 minutes later. Mom liked the fries because they came out hot and weren't overly salted, but neither she nor my brother really raved about the burgers. I think by then they forgot they asked for avocado, and we weren't charged for it, but that's kind of annoying to ask for something and nothing is said...they just quietly make sure not to charge you for it. The Spicy Buffalo Pizza was probably the biggest disappointment for me. I expected a more traditional buffalo chicken pizza, but instead it was kind of a layered, heavily drizzled mess that didn't really work together. The crust also appeared to be some sort of cornmeal-style crust that wasn't my favorite and didn't hold up well under the weight of the toppings. It was the kind of slice you knew would end up on you rather than in you, so I was really careful to make sure it hit the pizza board and not me. I ended up boxing most of it for my housemate. Mark wanted dessert, and they have something called "The Spot Ice Cream Sandwich," which is a brownie or assorted cookie with vanilla ice cream and toppings. Mom asked whether he could simply order the brownie by itself, and our server Victor said he would ask, but we never actually got an answer. One thing that really annoys me at restaurants is charging $4 for fountain drinks and then not keeping them refilled. Victor did eventually ask about refills, but by then the meal was basically over. Overall, this place wasn't bad, but it also wasn't great. The atmosphere and design are probably the strongest part of the experience. I wouldn't necessarily avoid it, but I also wouldn't go out of my way to come back. What made lunch even funnier is that next door at Cross Creek Ranch, there's a hanging sign advertising an "observation deck." We had debated going before lunch but decided to eat first and then check it out afterward. Much like the restaurant itself, the concept sounded far more impressive than the actual experience. There really wasn't much to observe. I just found it amusing that both experiences ended up being equally mediocre.
