My family has been razzing me because I had never eaten ramen, not even the salt blocks available to make at home. Unfortunately, it was not as delicious as I hoped. I ordered the chef's recommendation (Char Sui) for delivery. All the noodles, fungi, pork belly, egg, and veg came separately from the orangey broth I had ordered spicy. I guess I expected a really umami, flavorful broth and this was bland and tasteless. I ate a little bit and gave it to RC because he loves this restaurant. The Crab Jalapeño app was pretty good, not great and RC took the rest of those as well. Finally, I did like the Chicken Bun w/o lettuce and I enjoyed that. The chicken was moist and the bun was soft and sweet. Overall, my first Ramen experience will be my last.

My two friends and I showed up on a Friday night at 5pm and were the first ones to be seated on the Ichiddo Ramen side of the restaurant. It's split into two sections, a side for the Japanese BBQ and a side for the Ramen. Our server gave us a lot of time to decide but once we ordered, checked in on us frequently. They made sure to walk around and refill our waters throughout the meal which was much appreciated! I ordered the Taro Milk Tea to start and it came in a to-go cup which was nice because I didn't end up finishing it all and could take it on the road with me. I then ordered the pork gyoza and the cheese wontons as an app. The pork gyoza were on par and I loved the scallions inside the cream cheese wontons. Really helped the flavor profile! My chicken story fry ramen was very delicious as well. It could stand to have a little bit of spice or a kick to it because it was pretty one note for flavor. Regardless, I'd order again!! Fun to have this new place in EP!

Was in the area for a Yelp Elite Event and came here afterwards for dinner. Ramen broth was flavorful. Noodles was good. Service was great with attentive to my need for water refill. Clean dining area. The ramen place is in the same restaurant of the Japanese BBQ place.

I've been waiting for this one to open! I've gone to the one in MoA as well as the one in Minnetonka, but this one is closer to my home. I'm so glad this place was a very nice experience as well! I usually get the donburi at the MoA location, and have only had the char siu ramen at these other two places, but I'll for sure have to try other new things next time! I have been on the hunt for ramen in MN that can compare to Japanese ramen (as I went there for the first time 2 months ago). So far this has been the closest!! It could still use a tad more flavor, but I learned that's just typical American ramen (tho other ramens have been way less flavorful). The egg was a bit too runny, but that doesn't dock any points from me because it still tasted just as good! For sure will come back in the future, if not once a month!

Was in the area and saw this place had a 4.9/5 on google and decided I had to stop by after going…read moreto Japan earlier this year and having the best ramen of my life there. I just got the Classic Tonkotsu Ramen this time and I can say it's the best ramen I've hard in the Twin Cities so far. Delicious, deep, flavorful broth. Great noodles and pork. I would have preferred no sesame seeds but there's nothing to critique on this ramen. Quick service, not crowded. I tried the ice cream machine for a cup on the way out. Not that great, and a little more eggy/custardy, but what can you expect from a vending machine. The mix-ins were fun. Will definitely be coming back.

They have no sea-food option either, and they only have one chicken ramen. Chicken wasn't properly grilled and it felt like I am eating raw chicken. The ramen noodles were also interesting in that they don't look like any of ramen noodles I had before. Broth is just pure MSG so I didn't even bother finishing the broth. Udon strips-fried was surprisingly very good. It was a bit oily but chicken in there was tasty. Good amount of bean sprouts and cabbages. They seem to have multiple options for udon stir-fried, so if you want a traditional ramen or even udon with broth, this is not the place for you.

As far as I remember, Eagan location has more booths, which gives more traditional Japanese vibes. My chicken ramen was solid. Chicken was nicely grilled but the broth tased just like MSG. The noodles doesn't look premium (feels like packaged ramen) but overall I liked it. The pork meal was okay! The rice was oily and not much taste to it. It's also hard to eat out of the bowl without a spoon, which they don't provide. Japanese fries are a must-try; it's large not too salty and the sauces are just phenomenal. Service was good but a little slow. It was dinner time on Friday, so they were probably very busy. We pressed the button two times but they didn't come. They automatically charged 18% gratuity fees so you don't have to tip them if you don't want to. Boba bar is right at the entrance!! The brown sugar was phenomenal. I got it with milk instead of milk tea, which makes the texture less creamy but I really liked it. Dragon tea just wasn't it and it tastes nothing like dragon fruit.

If you're here for a date, I'd recommend coming a bit earlier so you can get one of the booths that they have with the curtains.
