THE CLASSIC TONKOTSU- pork ramen. The broth was so rich and flavorful!!
    Nicole N.

Came here for date night at it was lovely! We had seen this place on TikTok and decided to give it a try! The ambiance: This place is located in a small food hall! There were other great options too! So this would be a solid date spot or meeting with friends so everyone can get something they like. There is a fair amount of seating inside and a fair amount of seating outside on a patio. There really isn't a view for the patio. There are free parking lots across the street though! Service: This is where they lost a star from us. The woman who took our order had no energy, wasn't very friendly and just looked annoyed we were ordering. I had heard good things about the service, so this was a bummer. The food: We got them take out wings and each got the pork ramen. The wings are very good, but best in twin cities? No. Are they worth getting? If you love a crunchy wing, then yes! The ramen had the most flavorful broth!! Oh my goodness it was rich and full of flavor! The noddles were cooked perfectly! Definitely one of the best ramen dishes I have had in the twin cities! We would have tried the ribs but they were all out of :( Definitely check this place out!

This place has been popping up on my FYP everywhere so had to try it out! I got the tonkotsu ramen the broth was very flavorful, thick and creamy. They do not skimp on the meat! I do wish the porkbelly was a little more tender I definitely had to chew through it a bit. By the end of the bowl the soup was getting to be a bit to heavy for me, but overall I think it's still a great option for ramen!

the first word that left our mouths was "woah" bc this has to be some of the most delicious ramen we have ever tried. the pork is so tender, broth is flavorful with crispy garlic!!! we also ordered the dragons breath, which was spicy and crispy. the server added a helpful tip to dip it in the broth! the vibe here is industrial food hall (we didn't know it was a food hall so if you want to try more items there's a ton more places to try!). definitely would come again!

Went to Staff Meeting located in the Eat Street Crossing food hall in South Minneapolis. Was pleasantly surprised by their delicious fried rice and pot stickers. The food was a tad salty, but the flavor points were there! I thought the space was open and inviting, service was great everywhere, and I would definitely go back.

MOM'S FRIED RICE, Japanese Curry Moco
    Jenny L.

Mom's fried rice with a side of chicken was delicious. The Japanese Curry Moco was okay, if you love a gravy-like curry then I recommend this dish. I recommend going during a nice day do you can sit at the patio and enjoy the weather. The interior of the restaurant is a pop of color too. They were pretty busy when we got there but they tried their best to serve us quickly.

Friendly staff in a cozy spot at Eat Street Crossing. Got the the fire dragon karaage and it was delicious. It's definitely firey so make sure you're okay with spice before ordering it.

This place was different than I expected in a good way. It was in a food haul type place with a few different restaurants in the building. The staff was super nice and food was delicious, everything we had was very good! The atmosphere was cool, relaxed and welcoming.

Amazing ramen - the soup is so creamy and has some sweetness to it. The attach on tots is a must have. It is very rich - so we couldn't finish it. Maybe a few pieces was enough for me, but the air fried left over was amazing as well. Great food and great vibe. Will come back for more.

Thanks to a Tony Cu TikTok we checked this place out at Eat Street Crossing we ordered the Oboreta Dango and kimchi fried rice to share while I ordered the Blaze of Rengoku ramen and my wife ordered the Kurimichikin. The Iboreta Dango were fabulous, some of the best gyoza we've had...little flavor bombs! The same could be said for the kimchi fried rice even though we only had a few bites it was every bit as delicious the next day for breakfast with some fried eggs on top. Last but not least the ramen! Rich and wonderful and loaded with stuff other than noodles. We both agreed the Blaze of Rengoku was the better bowl, but both help to place Staff Meeting in our top 3 favorite ramen places in the metro.

The ramen and wings at Staff Meeting are amazing and the staff is super friendly - the main chef gave my boys Pokemon cards! My family of 4 enjoyed our dinner there this past Sunday. My two boys also liked being able to see the kitchen and how our food was being made. Seating right at Staff Meeting is slightly limited but there is plenty of seating in the broader Eat Street Crossing area. Highly recommend, especially for ramen!

I forgot this place was at eighth Street crossing super cute location. I got the creamy chicken Ramen, which was super good. It was a big portion in my eyes, not spicy at all and the spice that they had kind of tasted like taco salsa spice which kind of threw me off so I would bring your own hot sauce. Sriracha would really go well with this, but the broth is super creamy and very well season then the chicken comes perfectly grilled and a good texture. Love!!!!

Met at ESC with a group of foodie friends. We were all set at eating at Staff Meeting after seeing all the foodie content on social media. The menu has items that don't list what's in the dish and this limits me a bit as I don't eat seafood, beef or pork and need to know if that's involved before spending my money on it. I asked the employee if the moms fried rice had beef/pork or seafood in it and he said he didn't know but before he finished another employee from the back cut him off, so I skipped it. Some others in our party said it might have pork but turns out - find out days later it doesn't have any meat. There was also a bit of language barrier as we ordered certain items the employee was trying to tell us certain dishes had fish sauce, which I appreciate the warning. We ended up ordering 4 apps. OBORETA DANGO (DROWNED DUMPLING) - veggie version THEM "TAKE OUT" WINGS ATTACK ON TATER - w/ chicken chashu DRAGONS BREATH The dumplings and tater tots were good. The wings and dragons breath were decent and crispy however we encountered bloody chicken at which point I get pretty grossed out. The space is small we did see a big tub of cooked chicken further back and wondered if they just flash fry it and add the sauce. We also seen a huge tub of raw chicken so maybe they cook it when you order but either way definitely need to make sure it's fully cooked. A few others ordered ramen and they weren't very impressed but I won't go into details as I didn't try it. It's a great concept but not sure I'd go back anytime soon.

I just got the Classic Tonkotsu Ramen this time and I can say it's the best ramen I've hard in the Twin Cities so far. Delicious, deep, flavorful broth. Great noodles and pork. I would have preferred no sesame seeds but there's nothing to critique on this ramen. Quick service, not crowded. I tried the ice cream machine for a cup on the way out. Not that great, and a little more eggy/custardy, but what can you expect from a vending machine. The mix-ins were fun. Will definitely be coming back.

They have no sea-food option either, and they only have one chicken ramen. Chicken wasn't properly grilled and it felt like I am eating raw chicken. The ramen noodles were also interesting in that they don't look like any of ramen noodles I had before. Broth is just pure MSG so I didn't even bother finishing the broth. Udon strips-fried was surprisingly very good. It was a bit oily but chicken in there was tasty. Good amount of bean sprouts and cabbages. They seem to have multiple options for udon stir-fried, so if you want a traditional ramen or even udon with broth, this is not the place for you.

The menu is limited. We got the Mapo tofu mazemen, which is this brothless ramen with a Mapo tofu blend, mushrooms, eggplant, tofu, and doubanjian blended together. I wish we could see some of the distinct ingredients alone besides the tofu as it was a bit too blended for me. I liked how unique this ramen was!! The chicken karaage basket had the most addicting trio of sauces - yuzu mayo, nori ranch; and honey mustard. The yuzu mayo was so light and citrusy, and I could practically drink the nori ranch. The fries were shoestring and perfectly crispy. The issue lies in the chicken karaage - it almost felt burnt, and it was quite dry inside. The chicken age gyoza were yummy. I did love the crispness and the tangy kamikaze dipping sauce! Service is efficient!

As far as I remember, Eagan location has more booths, which gives more traditional Japanese vibes. My chicken ramen was solid. Chicken was nicely grilled but the broth tased just like MSG. It's also hard to eat out of the bowl without a spoon, which they don't provide. Japanese fries are a must-try; it's large not too salty and the sauces are just phenomenal. Service was good but a little slow. It was dinner time on Friday, so they were probably very busy. We pressed the button two times but they didn't come. They automatically charged 18% gratuity fees so you don't have to tip them if you don't want to. Boba bar is right at the entrance!! The brown sugar was phenomenal. I got it with milk instead of milk tea, which makes the texture less creamy but I really liked it. Dragon tea just wasn't it and it tastes nothing like dragon fruit.
