When I went to pay apparently the rings were actually not in the correct section even though there were multiple colors and rings of the same exact design in that section. The $5 earring had their red $5 sticker on them and said I have to pay regular price for $23. Which is a major difference. I let them know that there are multiple of the same exact earrings with the same exact $5 sticker on them and the cashier said "oh I don't know." She called over a coworker and she said someone must of gone around and put them on purpose but it wasn't part of their deal. Mind you.. there was an ENTIRE section with the same exact earring just different colors with the $5 sticker. The coworker looked annoyed and said I don't know you have to pay full price. I left 6 items that were falsely advertised and just took home two. Definitely not worth the price for fake jewelry.

Showed it to some peeps and the said, "Throw that S out!" I don't know what happened to it!? It used to be silver! Took it over to Kay to get a professional opinion. Kay was off that day but Maria who works with Kay helped me. She studied it and said give me a bit of time and let me work on it. She worked tirelessly in the back of the store on it for about 30 minutes. I thought her arm was going to come off. Fortunately there were no other customers in the store right then--but there were two other ladies available to help customers. David paced around the store like a concerned spouse whose wife is in surgery. Finally Maria comes over and presents the results: Incredible--it was shinier than new! It was so shiny you could reflect the sun off it and been seen on the moon. I am going to post a picture. Afterwards Maria priced some cool looking Casio watches for me. They have some really great looking Casio watches here you cannot find elsewhere and I am a watch shopper. Lesson to be learned here: Don't listen to people that tell you to throw out dirty Jewelry--go see Maria and get a professional opinion. The ring was returned to me much later than the promised timeline, and each delay was met with excuses rather than clear communication. Customer service was lacking throughout the entire process. When I finally received the ring, I was shocked by the poor craftsmanship. The prongs were thin, bent, and looked unstable--barely secure enough to hold the center stone. Instead of addressing my concerns, the staff dismissed them and even made me feel as though I was imagining the issue. To confirm, I sought a second opinion at the Asian Garden Mall (Phước Lộc Thọ), and another jeweler immediately pointed out that the prongs were far too thin and would eventually break. Not only was the quality disappointing, but the overall experience left me feeling disrespected and unheard. Considering the very high price point compared to other jewelers, I expected much better. Instead, I was left with a ring that looks cheap, poor workmanship, and an upsetting experience that I would never want anyone else to go through. This was my first (and last) time customizing jewelry here. They may be known for feng shui jewelry, but when it comes to custom work, I cannot recommend them.
