I reported it immediately and provided the exact date and time of my visit so they could review their footage. Sam told me he would review the video and follow up. Since then, I've sent multiple emails and have received no response. Now I'm left with a $600 repair bill from BMW, and still no accountability or communication from them. Because of this experience, I will only be using touchless car washes going forward to avoid this type of damage. I've also requested cancellation of my membership due to the unresolved issue and lack of customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend unless they improve how they handle damage claims and actually follow through with customers.
