My biggest complaint: after spending 30 minutes driving 3 miles up Haven, I finally get there and talk to two different employees who tell me this place runs every car through the drive through machines and then the guys hand dry the outside and wipe the interior. What is this BS about not using automated bristles? Dude says if I want it actually hand washed, the prices START at $85. HUH?? The website says Regular Wash $21.95 including Vacuum, Windows In & Out, Towel Dry, and Spot Free Rinse. Why are you lying? Also: 1. Answer your d*rn phones. Why do you have a phone if you don't answer it? I called 3 times and left a voicemail before driving over, only to find out they do NOT hand wash cars, and definitely not for the prices listed. 2. Why are there no inside employees for the car wash? Only outside guys washing cars and a single understaffed gas station employee. 3. None of the guys outside speak English. I just wanted a regular wash which was $12 but he told me I had to do the $15... so why add the $12 version and mislead us. I asked if we could use the vacuums too, He looked confused but said yes. I like to take my time (there was no one using them Besides me) and after 5 mins of cleaning my car when I'm wiping it down the man that charged me rudely came up to say only 5-10 minutes allowed. There was a new guy and he sprayed it line it was misting, and not actually doing any work with it. The best part of this car wash is when I can efficiently vacuum my car and spot clean it myself. I like being able to take my time in the vacuuming area. The workers here don't do a good job of keeping people out... the vacuum is for patrons only, but some people cut the cones to come I to utilize their machines. They're very useful to dry some of the water coming out of tight spaces between doors etc and remove some small dirty areas no big deal. The vacuums are already on so just park and Do your thing. Pay the 12 dollars! Look at my Durango!
