Bruce Sibert was the salesman, and he was great to work with throughout the selling and installation process and with various follow-up questions. The team of Alan, Sam, and Tony did a great job of installing our new HVAC system - as well as replacing our old water heater at the same time. All the work was completed in one day plus a quick follow-up visit the next day just to verify that all was well with the initial setup. We have since been through some brutal cold winter nights and have already had a few days needing A/C, and the system has been working great - and with much more efficiency (and much quieter) than our old system. We recently had our free 6-month check-up going into the cooling season, and the system passed all the checks with no issues. We definitely made the right choice going with Air-Plus.

They provided a very competitive quote on a very High Efficiency furnace, picked it up that day, and more importantly, installed it the next day in the AM. We did not have to leave our home during this record cold spell and we are extremely grateful to Rick and his team for the quick response and keeping us safe and comfortable. They also provided answers to our questions and made appropriate follow up visits to make sure all was running as it should be. When they advertise 24 hr emergency service , they mean it. I was given quotes for a replacement system that seemed to be very high. I got quotes from several other companies that were significantly lower. The guy made me feel like I was inconveniencing him because I had to go to the hospital. He was rude or more accurately a d*ck! He added Freon to my unit but, that didn't fix the problem. We called to have them come back out and were told that they would not be coming back because the guy adding Freon to my unit put his knee in dog poop and had to change his pants after our appointment. (yes I have 3 dogs that he was aware of and yes they poop in the yard from time to time). I'm not really sure how that's my fault that he didn't look before he put his knee in dog poop?!?!?
