I'm very pleased with the work that has been done on my car by Iconic Automotive. I have an older car so maintenance is important to me. I found out about them earlier this year through AAA because my car broke down and I needed a tow. Iconic Automotive welcomed me to have my car towed there to figure out the issue. I needed coils changed and they fixed it relatively quickly. I was happy with the service so I brought my car back a few weeks later to have the brakes serviced. Again, I was pleased with the work. More recently, I had to take my car back for a check engine diagnosis. Just as expected, they were able to diagnose the issue and fix it relatively quickly. Needless to say, I will continue to come back here for car needs and maintenance. They have never been pushy or try to find other issues with the car which I genuinely respect. Our family has been going to Iconic Automotive now for years. We always refer our friends, co-workers and family to Iconic. There is a reason we have been loyal customers and continue to return. First off, Christian exemplifies great customer service. He has been there for years. He is always courteous, friendly, patient and professional when you call there or your there at the shop to make an appointment. No different than a hostess at a restaurant. The person at the front desk is the customers first and last impression of the business and may make the customer decide whether to return or not based on the level of service you receive. Christian makes you return every time! Second, the quality of work they provide for maintenance and repairs beats anyone else's and I stress Quality of Work. We have 3 Honda's, a CRV, Accord and a Clarity. (They work on all Makes and Models). Whenever we have taken our vehicles in, they have always fixed/maintained our vehicles to our satisfaction, all at a reasonable price, well below other garages and especially the Honda Dealer who would have charged us a lot more. Lastly, Iconic is reputable and honest and runs their business with high integrity. (ie) When diagnosing your issue with your car, they are upfront and honest on what the specific issue is, takes the time to explain the issue and they give you an upfront fair price for parts and labor explaining the all the costs. No hidden fees, no add on's, no phone calls when they have your car informing you they found another issue and it's going to cost you $_______ more to fix on top of the original estimate, just like a dealer, drive through oil change places and other garages do (this is called upselling for profit). Iconic is great! About a month ago, I had one of the worst automobile days of my life. I brought my truck into the dealership because my AC wasn't working and was quoted $1400 to fix the problem. On the way home from the dealership my wife's Ford Escape overheated and left us stranded on the side of the road. I had to get her vehicle towed, and AAA recommended Iconic Automotive. The next morning I spoke to the owner (I believe his name was Cristian) and he spoke me through the issues they found and quoted me a reasonable price to get the car fixed by the end of the day. When I went to pick it up later that afternoon, he applied a AAA discount which lowered the price even more and got everything handled. When I was checking out, I talked to him about my truck AC issues and Cristian quoted me a much more reasonable price to try and get my truck fixed. I brought it into him the next day. The following day he called again explained what he found and quoted me around $500 to have it done in a few hours! Dealership wanted $1400!!! Cristian and Iconic fixed the problem and saved me hundreds of dollars. And finally this week I had the check engine light come on in my wife's Ford Escape out of nowhere. I called Iconic and was told to bring it in because they believed they could reset the code and fix the issue quickly. After 5 minutes there, the code was gone and they cleaned up my gas cap to ensure the emissions code wouldn't pop up again. Over the past month, Iconic has come in clutch multiple times, treating me with respect and not trying to oversell me on anything. My water pump In my 2006 Chevy corvette failed so I had the car towed in to iconic to be worked on the next day after installing a new water pump and replacing lost fluids the car was ready for pickup after 2 days of being with iconic. however the car was returned with a minor oil leak! with confusion, frustration, and disappointment as well as not knowing the extent of the issue or having the time to work on it myself I took it back to iconic to find later that the technician had also replaced the oil filter when the fluids lost in the water pumps failure were replaced. Once the car was actually fixed for real I picked it up, then was told the issue was the new oil filtered which was NOT tightened by the technician who IMPROPERLY, and LAZILY installed it! I do not believe this shop belongs in our community as I am not the first to have issues with this shop, leading to a reputation of overcharging for unfinished, sloppy, and unprofessional work! read more

I just got off the freeway on Friday night. The lights started going on on my dashboard. Saturday morning I opened the hood to find a corroded battery. However, AAA discovered that my serpentine belt had broke. Through AAA recommendation I chose to have my car towed to Iconic Automotive. When I called Dean said as soon as you get it here we'll start working on it. My car was fixed and I made my Saturday11:00 a.m. hair appointment on time.
