Sunday many more lashes fell out so I canceled my appointment I didn't feel the need to waste another hour for lashes to fallout within 24 hours. Chan text me back stated she could make another appointment to evaluate my eyelashes. By Monday so many had fallen out I decide a full refund was due. Her statement back was per the consent no refunds available. Okay I'll take my business else where. Poor decision on her/managements part as reviews are worth hundreds if not thousands.

It's its own storefront and is pretty quiet and calm inside. First appointment after tip was close to 300. After I've had a range of 130-200 after tip depending on design. I've tried other salons for less that provide acrylic or gel tips that have good reviews and techs but I've always had a nail break or my natural nails would suffer. I'm dreading potentially being one of those stories of getting an infection after a pedi. Also, the toenails are all different shapes & sizes and they're not all fully painted. I think I understand why there's mostly only manicure photos. Now I realize I'll have to pay someone to remove the polish because I won't be able to. BTW, this is the only type of polish/service available.
