This shop is great! Massive selection of used and new clothes of all varieties. Plus a few shop cats! What more can you ask for?

    They have Cat Church
    Sydney S.

If you're queer or a cat lover (or both) this is a must stop in SLC. The staff are so nice, the selection and vibes are funky and fun, and there are so many cat trees! I met all three cats, including the spicy calico, who loved me Highlight of my day. Great place for cosplays/costumes/concert wear!

Fitting room of my dreams. Young, Reckless & Broke hoodie (orig $$$$$) I got for under $20 at Iconoclad
    Lexxi W.

I've been a long time shopper of Iconoclad and was thrilled they opened and even larger location. I honestly could write about it for ages but it boils down to this: their service is unmatched, they only accept good clothes (good condition, wearable, not your average consignment shop!), they have CATS, and while I've only been in 2 dressing rooms they were both dope. (Although the kids frank looking cats will likely always have my heart.) If you're bringing clothes to consign - make sure they're in good condition. This isn't like your local chain that just flips clothes for $3. It's way more worth it to bring your clothes to Iconoclad! I've heard people complain when they don't take their clothes, but they're ratty looking or dirty or wouldn't sell. If someone isn't gonna buy it, why would they sell it? They also have bomb discounts - either of you come back and shop again, or if you post a pic and tag them. Iconoclad also has a tag system so every Monday (?) the tag colors change. This last week, Yellow tags were 75% off, orange 50% off, red 25% off. Next week - orange tags will be 75% off, red will be 50% off, and so on. It changes weekly and the discount is more the longer the clothes are there. 10/10 system.

NEW AND DOPEST LOCATION SO FAR, 5+++ stars to Iconoclad! The location used to be an old Dollar Tree so they've made amazing use of the space while they are able to house so much more amazing clothes as well as one of a kind vintage finds. I love both locations and think this is for sure the best addition to the neighborhood since I've moved here in 2016, by FAR!

I found this gorgeous gown tucked away in the back crevices of iconoclad and I'm in LOVE with it!

We walked in with basically no idea what we actually wanted, and Rubin didn't just take an order, he educated us. Extra sessions, extra time, real patience with two grooms who had zero shared taste to work from. Here's the part that actually got me, though: I'm colorblind. I came in a second time on my own, kind of panicking, convinced a fabric I liked was grey -- it wasn't a color I could even see correctly. Instead of brushing past that, Rubin pulled a whole new set of options built around texture and visual interest instead of color, so I could actually trust what I was choosing instead of guessing. We landed on an all-black fabric with a subtle snakeskin-like weave -- sharp, a little bit alt, completely me. I felt seen, not just fitted. Jonathan got his classic three-piece, I got my black two-piece with an edge, and somehow both of us walked away feeling completely ourselves on our wedding day. That's the job done right.

Face it, Utah may have great skiing and outdoor activity, but it isn't known for sartorial splendor. I found Beckett & Robb and warily made an appointment with Curtis. My concerns had no basis in reality. This was as professional an experience as when I had a suit made on Savile Row. Curtis knows his stuff and took time to answer all my concerns. He knew more then the dudes on StyleForum, and if you ever perused that website, you know what I mean. Curtis knows every aspect of haberdashery head to toe. After disappointments having clothes made in New York City, London, and Hong Kong, it's ridiculous to know that the consummate custom tailor is right here on my doorstep.

For most males, they can buy off the rack do a few adjustments and be ready to go. Then you have people like me that are in that perennial gray area between a 40R and a 40S, where the short is too short, but the regular is just a tad too long. Where the waist on the pants fits, but the pant legs are too tight or the pockets flare out massively because there is no adjustment made for wider hips. Enter Beckett & Robb. Made to measure from head to toe. I came to know of this place because my classmate's brother is the head guy in the downtown SLC location. Let me tell you this, Tanner knows his stuff. I know my way around a suit fairly well, but what Tanner knows if far and beyond my knowledge. I was a little hesitant at first because I didn't think they'd be able to cut my suit just right, but thankfully I was wrong. I ordered a black suit for a wedding. The price beat what Nordstrom and other retailers were offering for similar suits, but the biggest selling point is that it was designed specifically for me. Once the suit was ready (5-6 weeks later, don't expect a quick turn around time), I went in for a trial fitting where any final adjustments could be made. I sort of freaked out when the pants didn't fit because I thought it couldn't be fixed. I go back a week after alterations and they fit amazing. The suit looks great. The price, in my opinion was very reasonable, and the style of suit I got was something I wasn't able to find anywhere else. Best thing yet, when you're ready for a new suit, they have all your measurements so all you have to do is pick out your fabric and style and you're all set, unless you either gained or lost a lot of weight.

One of the differences as opposed to California is that they carry Stiletto Knives, Also Known As CIA Gravity Knives. They are approximately 4.5 inches long and the blade deploys and retracts from the grip using a dual throw (Forward and Back) button or switch. Very cool! Don't worry California, I did not buy one, as cool as they are. Yup, all of the fun stuff is illegal in California, like butterfly knives, Stilettos and firearms with the "Fun Button" (Safe-Semi-Auto) on them. Sigh! One light at the end of the tunnel was "Jerry". Be nice to Jerry, he is a cool guy but if you get on his nerves, that's on you. All I can say is that he has seen some stuff and he may be the definition of "F" around and find out. Jerry is very knowledgeable and he pointed my nephew in the direction of the perfect tactical backpack, among other accessories and toys that will compliment his new career in federal law enforcement. I did not buy much, except for a memorable patch. I get one from each 5.11 I visit, just to say "Been there, my dude!" Overall, it is a large store with a lot of selection. If you are looking for some discounted or marked down winter ware, now is the time to check it out. I found a neat jacket, however I live in the Sweltering Summer portion of California and triple digit temperatures are less than a month away. So, I passed on the jacket. However, if you are Military, Law Enforcement, EMS, Fire Department, Practical Pistol Shooter, Multi-Platform (Pistol & Long Gun) competitor, or a First Responder of any kind and you need boots, pants, "Shorts", a tactical carrier (No Ballistic Plates are sold here, to my knowledge), morale patches, a quick snap tourniquet or some gym attire,... Talk to Jerry! Heck I would go back just to chew the fat with Jerry again. Be safe, everyone!
