ICS is one of the best companies that have ever helped me fix my computer. I have a custom build pc and I called Udi to see what was wrong with it. He guided me one step at a time in the easiest way to understand, and fixed my computer in a couple of minutes. He was very helpful and patient with me and I highly recommend giving him a call if you have any computer problems. I brought my 2010 windows 7 dell desktop to ICS computer repair shop to upgrade my old hard drive into SSD. Udi installation is a breeze he clone my old hard drive copy it to the new SSD drive, he completed it in less than 3 hours. All my application software and files everything in my old hard drive is all transferred in the new drive. Before leaving in his shop he let me operate my computer to be sure everything is in order and of course, i immediately notice the difference in speed is like a brand new computer. Udi Menashe & his team had rescued my 8 year old Sony Vaio from virus in the past, but now this old faithful needed to be retired...just not able to handle today's upgraded technology. Udi seems to be able to do anything. I lost my Microsoft Outlook password on my laptop so I connected him to my desktop and he was able to find the password on it. Went back to my laptop and now I could log in. I was on the verge of having to call Microsoft and ask them for my password when he came up with this method that worked. Nothing surprises me with Udi. I can't imagine a better computer techie. Prices are a little high but it's definitely worth it! read more

Took my wife's laptop in because harddrive failed. Luis quickly gave me a estimate of what might needed to be done. First option was reasonable, second option was over my budget. Udi then came in to suggest replacing the old harddrive with a better slightly used harddrive. I asked him if I should just buy a chrome book and he suggested replacing the drive.
