I called this morning about a hard drive I needed to pull files off of because I dried my laptop. I left a message in their machine. They called me back within the hour and was able to give me a quote for this specific job. I took my laptop in, he explained everything to me. The process, what he would have to do, where he would save the info, etc. told me it usually would be 2-3 days depending how busy they were. I ended up getting a call about 2-3 hours later to confirm the files I needed, and let me know that they were able to find what I needed, and promptly saved them to a USB stick. Not only did they save the files I needed, but they were friendly to boot. Had no problem with chatting about the latest computer hardware and gaming stuff as well. Wow!! What customer service!!! Ok, so I consider myself rather PC savvy for most things considered. I've built a few computers from scratch & repaired used laptops successfully. However, this recent used laptop I bought from Craigslist was giving me some issues probably because of Samsung's default settings when I swapped out the HDD for a Samsung 850 Evo SSD. Everything was going fine all except my final step of doing a full system image onto an external drive via USB 3.0. I couldn't figure out the solution & for the first time I actually called a PC specialist. Due to time constraints, I was unable to meet with Maui tonight & he could tell on our phone conversation that I knew my stuff. He offered some helpful insight & followed up with me later on in the evening to see if I was successful. This is the second time Maui has been to my office to fix my computer and he is a lifesaver. I didn't get around to writing a review the first time so wanted to make sure I did this time. Both times I called and he was here within a couple hours to help with my problem. Within 15 minutes or so he had diagnosed the problem and fixed it in both instances. The first time I was initially having problems with my printer connecting to my computer which he fixed and then also was able to set up the scan feature so I could scan easily from my printer right to a file on my computer. This time my wifi was not working and he got it back up and not only working really quickly. I am so happy I read the other reviews and decided to call him.
