The first time I came here, they pretty much messed up my eyebrows when I only came for a clean up. Normally, I go to LA Eyebrow which is up the street from here. But since they closed down and I was desperate for a clean I figured I give them another try. MY MISTAKE. They f*cked up my eyebrows! I strictly said clean up and this lady thinned the shit out of them! Not to mention she left a part of my eyebrow hairless! Like in the middle there's no hair whatsoever. I'm still waiting for my eyebrows to grow back. I knew that piece of shit was threading to far. DO NOT COME HERE. Not to mention $10? I came in to get my eyebrows and lip cleaned and my shape is all messed up. Too much was taken out of the middle, the shape on my right brow is just completely destroyed and she made it short, the left brow has hairs all over the place almost as an attempt to cover up the mess up, and she left my upper lip patchy. I had a great shape on my eyebrows. I just needed a simple clean up. Now I have to grow them out for who knows how long just to get them fixed. read more

Never going back again! Full face doesn't include under the chin apparently at they charge $35! The lady was being rough on my skin and when I told asked her if she could slow down and be more gentle she told me she had to go fast because others were waiting and if I wanted a full detail I should come in on weekdays! I told her if she couldn't take her time and detail my face right then I will leave and she told me " no nonim going to do a good detail" SHE DID NOT! Hmi have to go home and clean it up myself I shouldn't of even paid! I only tried this place because my usual lady was out today. MY FACE IS COMPLETELY RED AND RASHED UP. So I went with my friend to get my lip waxed really quick because I really needed it. So, they kept on asking me to get my eyebrows done and I kept telling them I was waiting for them to grow out and I just didn't want them done because I've never actually went to this place before so I didn't want them to do my eyebrows( of course I didn't say that). But literally we went back and forth as I tried to tell them I DID NOT want my brows done. And they were saying stuff like oh you need it like excuse me wtf rude. Finally they said okay and led me to the chair. She then went to the back for about 3 minutes for who knows why and then came back out. Then she just roughly smears the extremely hot wax onto my lip and then just kind of slaps the the wax paper onto my lip and tears it off. I was waiting longer for her to come back out from the back than her actually doing my lip. AND THEN she smears aloe Vera onto my lip. Literally just smeared it all over my face. And I had to wipe off the excess off it with the tissue I was given and I had to get ANOTHER tissue to finish wiping it off. Afterwards, my lip was so red my friend felt bad for me. It was red for about 10 minutes, I was so upset. They obviously seemed to have been upset about me not wanting them to do my eyebrows, I don't even know why. Highly won't recommend. read more

Walk away from this place! I just got my eyebrows done and they look super thin chola like. I told the lady and mind you she kept telling move up more I can't see?! Wtf that should of been a clear indication to me she couldn't see what she was doing. Then I tell her you did them thin and she says well you should of told me you didn't want them thin. Really lady I don't think females nowadays are sporting chola style eyebrows?! Thanks for ruining news years, now I have to tattoo eyebrows on! LOL walk away from this place read more
