I would not recommend this place if you are planning to do braces. They do not accommodate there patients at all and the doctors are only there every 2 weeks. You also cannot go to any other office to get care. Once you start at a office u cannot go to another for any appointments. Such a shame. What a inconvenience. Warning - Over 4 years ago I went to this place (They recently changed their name. It was Brush 32). I got some dental work and paid the portion they told me my insurance wouldn't cover. 6 months later I got a bill for thousands of dollars. I called them because, I did not owe them thousands of dollars. They told me they made a mistake, I didn't owe them anything. OK mistakes happen. About 9 months later, I got another bill for thousands of dollars. I called them. They told me they made another mistake, I didn't owe them anything. 3 years after my dentist appointment with them I receive a bill from them saying I owe them $400. They claim that this is what my insurance didn't cover, even though I already paid the amount my insurance wouldn't cover and was told twice by their office that I didn't owe them anything. I felt like I was being extorted as I didn't agree with the bill, but what could I do. I paid the $400, they cashed the check, I have a copy from my bank. I think I'm finally done with these people, when months later, what shows up in the mail today? A bill saying I owe them $400. You have got to be kidding me. I get that mistakes happen, but this reached the level of very shady. It has been 4 years and I felt a duty to others to share what my experience has been, so you can be warned. When you pay your bill at their counter at the time of service, you may be in for years of surprise bills showing up in your mail. When you pay your bills by mail, you still may be in for more surprise bills. I'm starting to think I'm never going be rid of this dental office and I regret ever having gone there. read more

I really love it here! Been coming for a couple years now and there's a difference for sure from other offices. I can't say I've ever been excited to come to the dentist but hey now I am! The dentist's here care. When I need help, they want to help. They communicate immediately if anything's up with insurance and help remind me of appointments which I wish the vet would do lol. It's sad to see negative comments on here. Having worked in healthcare there's a lot of misconception and angry people who don't get their way so they try to ruin an offices reputation. I wouldn't believe everything you read. Plus not many people use Yelp so makes sense. I should give this office one star instead two. However, James, the technician, did very good job and is professional so I add one more star because of him. I came to this office two times. The first one was to have an assessment for treatment plan for denture and implants. No one gives me any treatment plan after Dr. Dang examined and discussed with me her plan. Fews months later, I came to this office for cleaning which was few weeks ago. Dr. Dang saw me after James done with his cleaning. Dr. Dang again discussed with me her plan for me. Getting out of the office, after checking with the clerk, again there was no plan with treatment cost or a schedule for what Dr Dang told me. Until now I still don't have any treatment plan or any call for setting up a schedule for it. The worst is case of my wife. She came to the office at the same times with me. The first one, Dr Dang pulled off her two teeth which, now, we are not sure if they should be gone. The second time was cleaning her teeth. Because my wife carries a device in her chest for Deep Brain Stimulation so we had to check with manufacturers if it is safe for her with cleaning tools. Or is it dentists' job to verify their tool are safe for my wife if they have no knowledge about that? While I was on the phone with Abbot representative, Dr Dang was there but did not help me to talk with the manufacturer rep explaining what kind of tools they use while I was struggling with their correct terms. Asking what can be done if no machines allowed, Dr. Dang replied that a manual clean can be done. To my surprise, Dr. Dang went to her office and came back with a form for my wife's neurologist to fill out and let my wife went home without having her teeth cleaned. The way Dr Dang treated my wife is unprofessional and unethical. My wife is a sick lady with non-cured disease and moving is difficult for her. Dr. Dang should allow the technician manually clean my wife's teeth since she was already in the dentist chair and she really needed to have her teeth cleaned. Needless to say, we will not come to the office again; however, I like to have James clean my teeth again. read more

Been going here since Dec of 2020, Most of the service has been good with a few billing issues that have been resolved after repeat attempts. My most recent experience involved having a crown installed and a night guard made. A month ago the did the prep work and installed a temp crown. Went back yesterday to have the permanent one placed. It was made incorrectly and would have to be redone. No big deal, I understand these things happen. They reinstalled the previously temp one and I went home. 2-3 hours later after the novacain wore off I noticed the temp was loose, called them and got routed to another location and they said that the Cedar Park folks were at lunch and to call them back in an hour. Called back and got the same routing to the other location and was told they were closed fot the day. They would leave them a note to call me. They did. Nope, can't fix it today, sorry pal. Come see us tomorrow. Now I have paid in full for a crown and a night guard that I don't have. Honestly, how long would it take to fix the problem? 10minutes. While they may be polite, the customer service leaves much to be desired. I have good dental insurance and have spent a fair amount of money and always paid in full and up front. It appears that I will need a new dentist after the current fiasco is completed. read more

Im devastated! Our insurance directed us to Ideal Dental in Cedar Park for dental and Ortho. I never felt comfortable with the traveling Orthodontist and the extremely short teeth cleanings, but I'm shocked that my 15-year old son has 20 cavities and tooth decay under their treatment. When we moved we went to the local office in Houston and they said we had to remove his braces immediately. After getting a second opinion, we are going to have to spend $50k to put 20 veneers on his FRONT teeth. This is the most UNETHICAL dental office I have EVER been to in my entire life. Ideal Dental Cedar Park asked me three times via text to write a google review for their office. I wrote a nice but honest review about how I love the doctors, as well as the office but I may need to pick a different day other than a weekend to be seen considering the dental assistant kept saying she wanted to go home and be with her daughter during my visit. Office personnel, Jennifer, had the gall to call me the next day asking me to take my review down. As a matter of fact, every time I called because my bill was incorrect (which was every visit), Jennifer would not remember to investigate the issue or help me, however, she sure remembered to ask me to delete the truth about my previous appointment. I am now FIRED AS A PATIENT for not taking the review down because IDEAL DENTAL DO NOT WANT ANYONE TO POST THE TRUTH about their office or even a dental assistant saying multiple times that she "just wanted to go home." I still feel sorry for the dental assistant, and I let her know that now and then. I even offered her some help in picking out another career by taking an assessment call, The Strong. I suggest Jennifer do the same because if she does not know that she is unethical, she is definitely in the wrong industry. Customer service is not a part of her skill set. WORST experience ever. I have had tooth pain for the last month and decided to go to Ideal today. My relative works there and recommend them, so I decided to go in. I was a little embarrassed to go because it's been a while since I've been to the dentist but I needed help. I started by getting scans done with the assistant, Kathy (whom of which is the ONLY reason this review has one star because she was amazing). Dr. Zahawi came in after the scans to let me know of cavities needing to be filled along with a few other things and stated that he could fill them and clean my teeth today as well. Kathy got everything together to get started, applied a numbing gel and went to grab the dentist. After sitting for 15 minutes, the assistant came back in to let me know the dentist was refusing to treat me. I'm not sure if it was because of the relationship I have with another staff member but I am sure that it was VERY unprofessional. I have never left anywhere feeling so low about myself and embarrassed. Dr. Zahawi didn't even have the professionalism to tell me himself that he was refusing to help me, EVEN AFTER he had told me previously he would. I don't know what happened in those 15 minutes he left me sitting and waiting. I had to leave with my mouth numb, no cleaning, and no fillings... completely uncalled for and still in pain. I highly recommend you do not see Dr. Zahawi for any kind of dental care. read more

I've thought a long time about writing this, as most of the reviews seem very positive. However, this was just not my experience. I went in for my first routine appointment in early 2015. I distinctly remember the front desk was extremely nice and accommodating both on the phone and in person, and the office was very clean. Great first impression! Once I went back, the hygienist was also very nice. To my shock though, she told me I had five cavities - my very first ever! I could hardly believe it because it had not been long since my last dental exam. She then proceeded to play for me a very condescending video about how to brush your teeth. I was a little annoyed to be watching it, considering I must have been doing something right for 25+ years. The dentist recommended I get the cavities filled right away. I fought with the decision to get a second opinion, but based on the good reviews and me not knowing if insurance would cover me getting a second exam, I decided to get it over with. Well, it turns out my fillings did not even require me to be numbed. I didn't feel a thing! Afterward the dentist said, "Oh yes, these are just very minor surface cavities." I did some research and found that these types of cavities are actually reversible, and that getting them filled may actually make them worse. To top it off, my insurance was billed $15 for "hygiene instruction" for the initial exam. What?! Then, I received a bill for the fillings stating my insurance had paid less than they actually had. Luckily they worked with me to resolve this. Great first impression, but things went downhill after that. I won't be returning. read more

2015 Update and Reduced Star Rating: I have lowered my 5 star rating of Brush 32 Dental to 1 star because they owed me over $100 and agreed to send me a check, but it never came. After 3 follow-up phone calls including voicemails left with their accounting department and other staff members, none of which were returned, I can no longer recommend this business establishment. If BRUSH 32 does not fix this issue in the near future, I guess my law degree will have come in handy. Below is my original review based on service received in 2014: I am a new patient to Brush 32 Dental in Cedar Park. I have gone to two appointments, one for my basic checkup and cleaning, and the other was to replace a crown that had fallen off and to correct a a tooth that chipped next to the crown that had fallen off. First Visit: I was pleasantly surprised by the overall professionalism of the office. I've seen "swankier" offices, but I'm not the type that cares about whether my dental office looks like a spa. It doesn't look bad by any means, it was clean, well lit, comfortable, and appropriate. I was then seen by the dental hygienist, who did a great job cleaning my teeth and taking the time to do so without inadvertently scraping my gums (as I'm sure everyone as had occur a time or two). She was informative, but also not too pushy like I've experienced at some offices. I was then examined by Tatyana Mokeyev, DDS, who tried to reinstall my existing crown that fortunately was not broken when it fell out. Unfortunately during this visit, she could not reinstall the old crown because my teeth had shifted and it would go on, so we scheduled another appointment to do the preparation work for a new crown, take impressions to create the new crown, and then to place a filling in the area where the other tooth had chipped. Second Visit: The second visit was more than perfect and, frankly, why I am writing this review and recommending Tatyana Mokeyev as a dentist for everyone. Rather than taking the easier (and I'm sure more profitable route), Tatyana once again tried to install the old crown and realized it could be correctly placed once the cement was removed from inside the old crown. She took her time with the old crown, which is porcelain (glass-based) so as to help ensure it would not be damaged. She slowly but surely drilled away the old cement to allow for it to be reinstalled. She then reinstalled the old crown and adjusted it (ground down high areas) to ensure it was comfortable and would not be subject to excessive wear that might cause it to break easily. She was also very upfront by informing me that she can't guarantee how long the reinstalled crown will last because sometimes old crowns that are handled with a drill can get "micro-cracking" that will not show up until the tooth breaks apart under pressure. Opinion: As you can see, I was very happy to see an "honest" dentist who was willing to take the time to best serve the client's needs rather than focusing on what treatment will make their office the most money. That type of character in a dentist these days seems rare (unfortunately), and I will certainly go back for future work. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Mokeyev to anyone needing dental work. read more

Black and white. NIght and day. Good and evil. Bush and Hillary. These are terms I would use to describe my last two dental appointments. I lost the dentist I loved (yes, loved my dentist) over a year ago so was on the hunt for a new one. Finding a new dentist is like finding a new gynecologist or a new pair of jeans...it's nerve wracking and can be downright painful. Last fall, I tried a dentist close to my house. I shoulda known when I walked in to see 70's era wood paneled walls covered in pix of him with various animals and not a computer or piece of modern equipment in sight, that I'd landed in the seventh level of dentistry hell. He and his receptionist/secretary/dental assistant were just the nicest down home folks you'd ever want to shoot the shit with a glass of iced tea on a porch, but definitely NOT someone I want tinkering around in my mouth. His hands were shaky as he came at me with those nefarious scraper devices and he had no suction, no water pic and no electric polisher. Everything was done by hand, by HIM, and I was told if I needed to rinse, I could do so in the bathroom sink. He offered me xrays and after eyeing the ancient piece of 50's equipment, I nervously said, " Don'tneedxraysthistrip,kthanks." So this time around, I was having severe tooth pain (cracked tooth...olives are EVILLE) and looking for a different place and picked Brush 32 based on Yelp reviews. It was the exact opposite of my other experience. The waiting room itself is super modern, the receptionist literally introduced herself and shook my hand upon entering, and I was promptly (earlier than my appt) shown into a very sleek, modern exam area. The xray machine is all digital and I was able to see my films pop up immediately on the large flat screen in front of the chair. Dr Stella, while a bit more reserved than the ole country vet dentist, was caring and knowledgeable. She and her assistantS, Gina and Perla, did everything they could to make me comfortable in a highly nervous situation. They even had a little cardboard prop to put in my mouth to help me keep it open during a fairly long procedure. There were needles and drills and blood, but it all felt very surreal as my mouth was completely numb and my brain was telling me I should be screaming in pain. All in all, it was a pleasant experience, oddly enough. The only drawback from the visit was that obviously Dr Stella is waaaay in demand. She was working several patients at the same time yesterday (all with grace I might add) and scheduling a follow up appt was not easy. She splits time between Cedar Park and Round Rock but starting next week, of course, she'll be spending almost all her time at Round Rock. Getting in to see her might be difficult but it'll be worth it in the long run. It's not the crown I'd hoped for in this lifetime, but it still makes me feel better. read more

I just moved to Texas and need a reasonable dentist. I obviously wanted a good dentist but I was concerned about price and convenience. I have had bad experiences in the past with dentists trying to constantly add on services to drive up the prices. I just wanted my teeth cleaned and that's what they did. They did a great job and didn't pressure me into anything else. Ironically, I was so happy with how my teeth looked and felt after the cleaning I ended up getting a whitening package. My teeth have never looked or felt better. Ideal has been a really great dentist to go to and I will stay a customer for a long time. read more

BRUSH32 NOT SO MUCH (Part 1 of 2) Where to begin? I visited Brush32 because of high remarks here on Yelp and its convenient location. After placing my appointment with the receptionist and being reassured that the staff, including the doctors were "kid friendly" I decided this was a good place! That's when it began! Hope you have some time here to continue reading cause it's a long one! Strike #1: I get an email stating when my appointment was, yadda, yadda, etc. The problem is it said I was scheduled for the Round Rock office at "X'" time. This would be fine if I had MADE my appointment for the office in Round Rock and not Cedar Park where it was SUPPOSE to be. OK I said to myself, "Clerical error no biggie!" So I politely placed a call back to Brush32 where I was told it was an error and the correction was made. Strike #2: I get a courtesy reminder call about my appointment. I thought to myself, "Good form as any good Dr's office should do!" Until......the nice lady on the phone says we'll see you tomorrow at "X time" at our Round Rock office. OK two things. One, AGAIN the ROUND ROCK OFFICE (suppose to be CEDAR PARK!) and two, the appointment in question was in 2 hours THAT SAME DAY! Um HELLO, call me the day of when the appointment is SUPPOSE to be and I'm being told a different location on a completely different day! WOW GREAT OFFICE STAFF YOU HAVE HERE! SIDE NOTE: By now I should have expected something was amiss. However, being an optimist, I figured the office staff doesn't always reflect the medical staff! Moving on... Strike #3: We arrive at the office on time for our appointment. I entertain the kids (4 & 2 yrs old respectfully) in Brush32's mediocre entertainment area. OK I know I'm at the dentist office not an entertainment complex. Anyway, my 4 yr old goes to turn to get a toy and ends up bumping his head on a TV shelf they have mounted just perfect at his head height! Accidents happen! Some of you are saying watch your kids! Others are saying not the offices' fault, but yours as the parent! I'm the first to admit I'm not the perfect parent. I never have considered myself without faults. But truly, if you are going to take children at your practice that are in the toddler age bracket, please make sure that the play area is safe for them! They could have easily mounted the self up another foot or two without impeding their intended purpose for said shelf. Strike #4: Now we make it back to the check up area. They want my toddler to stand in a headgear piece that scans around his head to take pics of his mouth. Simple enough I guess. Until you take in the fact he is 4 years old, already a little intimidated because of being at the doctor's office and the x-ray machine looks like something from a space movie! Not so much on the cooperation end from the 4 year old. If you have kids I'm sure you can relate on the attention factor at age 4! Well that didn't work, so moving on to the next phase. Strike #5: My son sits in the examination chair. Again, still a little apprehensive of the process thus far, plus the bump on the head from the play area! They turn on some cheesy video about dogs and the dentist. So far my son is not the only one unimpressed with the viewing choices for kid's entertainment. The doc comes over after a few minutes and wants to examine him. This is a big NO from the 4 year old! Should have expected it I guess? This is when the doc suggests that the 2 year old and one parent wait outside to help isolate the amount of folks in the room. Fair enough, I get it, less distractions, better results! I would have given 0 stars if it was possible. They automatically make 6 month appointments without even asking you and send you email to confirm appointments. They seem desperate to get appointments even at the end of the year. They could not find insurance info for my wife so left a voicemail to reschedule and then started forcing her that my son and she had to come in some other time same day otherwise they will charge same-day cancellation fee. They wasted 1 hour of our time in the morning on back and forth - I should be charging them for that. People (Jennifer and Sarah) who call to make/verify appointments are rude and unprofessional. Reviews on Yelp seems more real and talk about their horrible scheduling experience. Nothing to say about the dentists but if your front office doesn't know how to work with clients, dentists don't matter - there are plenty good ones around. Needless to say I am never calling them again and you should also save your time and energy and look elsewhere. read more

I needed a crown for my root canal few weeks back, and I found this place since the yelp review is pretty decent and yet, my visit experience didn't disappoint me! The front desk ladies are very nice and dedicate to their work. I felt very welcoming the first step I walked into the office. The furniture and the office looks very new and clean. The overall procedure was In a reasonable price range (I don't have dental insurance). doctor Stella was very caring and detailed. This place is fantastic!!! Did my route canal hurt? Yes it did! But I was so comfortable while the procedure was going on that it made it a lot easier. I was greeted promptly when walking in the door by a friendly girl behind the counter. I arrived about 15 minutes early but they were actually able to see me before my appointment time. The procedure went well and I am very happy with the results. As far as cost goes, I do not have insurance so I was very nervous about how much it might be. Well they helped me out and gave me a very fair price that I was able to pay quickly. Thank you for an overall good experience. Don't walk, don't run, but FLY away from this place if you can, it's all about money, they try to use all your insurance. I don't have time to write a review with my busy schedule, but today i have to give up my lunch break to talk about this dental office. I work across the street from this place, have my lunch, go to H.E.B around this area. So though, let support local, go there since they're not that busy. Nothing wrong with my teeth, I take care of myself really well. First visit, Dr. Kondoff at Brush32 Cedar Park, she did a deep clean and told me that I have cavities on 3 teeth and need to do crown. Stupid me, I listened to her. Now, I'm in pain for over 2 months even after she put the crowns on, use all my insurance allowance for this year, and when I called to tell her I'm till in pain. She told me nothing she can do and refer me to another dental office. I went there, they did exam and x-ray for me again and I have to pay for all this again out of my pocket because this Brush32 Cedar Park took all my insurance money and leave me in pain, destroy my teeth, I cannot eat as I used to anymore and I go on cruise ship next month, how am I enjoy my vacation!?!??????? You Dr. Kondoff, you just destroy my life, my smile, my happiness, you have to pay for it..... soon or later. I called brush32 at Cedar Park asking them to pay for my exam because they messed up my teeth and sent me to another dental office; the clerk took my name and phone number, saying they will call me back but they never. At that time, I just wanted to stand up and tell her, let me go brush my teeth before you put permanent crown on. That's why I got infection. The price is outrageous! The average cost of a basic extraction is $200. They charged $365. Average cost of nitrous oxide is $50. They charged $111. They also charged me $100 for taking one xray. I had a veneer that popped off on Sunday and went to Brush32 at 7:30 am (Monday morning) just to see if they'd be able to take me in before they opened at 8:00 am! They DID and Dr. Geoffrey Mateo and the dental assistant (John) were AMAZING! They got me in and out in no time and put "humpty dumpty" back together again...lol. Unfortunately I'm relocating back to LA, and I'm sure gonna miss these guys at Brush32! They certainly KNOW how to take care of their patients! Do not go here, seriously. I went to this office as a new patient because they were in-network for my insurance and could fit me in for a cleaning before I left town. They took x-rays and then before even cleaning my teeth, Dr. Dang came in, spent about 45 seconds looking at my teeth, and then told my I had seven cavities that needed to be filled (I had never had a cavity in my life!). After that someone from the front desk came over with my pricey treatment plan, including the 7 fillings and a $300 mouth guard. Then I had my cleaning, and when I checked out they wanted to know if I wanted to come back that same day to have the fillings done, I was already set on getting a second opinion so I did not schedule. Another office was able to see me for a complementary second opinion the next day (far more reputable via reviews, not a chain dentistry) and they did a far more in depth exam and looked at x-rays, and determined there was not any actual decay, just staining in crevices, and that there was no treatment necessary as of now. They also said that Ideal Dental/Brush 32 did a very poor job cleaning the chewing surfaces of my teeth. Needless to say I definitely was almost scammed, and I'm glad there are more honest people in this profession. Definitely steer clear of Dr. Dang and this office. read more

Stay away! Do not use this place for braces. We were sold on braces for my oldest son. EVERYTIME we have had anything done, a wire or brace has broken within a week. We didn't find out until we had a problem the first month that there is no orthodontist at the location that put the braces on! They have roving orthodontist. So if anything brakes you have to wait until the next month. Needless to say adjustments that should have taken a year will now take over 2 years because something is always broken. The latest wait was 8 weeks and then within 24 hrs the brace on the tooth that needs to be pulled down came off! Called in and they said we could go to Buda or wait another month! What a joke! I will be looking into getting my money back. I will also be reporting them to the BBB. ZERO customer service. read more

Terrible place with those who have dentist anxiety. Was denied treatment. I had an awful first experience at Brush 32's Round Rock office today. I made my appointment via ZocDoc, for x-rays, an exam and a cleaning. To say that I get anxious at the dentist would be an understatement. Even with nitrous, my last dentist prescribed 2 valium (lowest dose, just 5mg each) before each visit, so I looked for a dentist that advertised anxiety and pain management options, and specifically asked about it in the initial inquiry. Brush 32 called fairly quickly, saying they had to reschedule me to a later appointment, but were good at working with people who have anxiety at the dentist. I let her know I would be bringing a current valium prescription to use if needed, and agreed to the $70 nitrous fee for the actual cleaning. Upon arrival, I was reminded of the $70 nitrous, signed a form saying I would pay it and checked the box for having anxiety. So far, the staff had been very understanding, and I really appreciated it. But that's when it all went downhill. The assistant discussed my past bad dental experiences at length as she did my x-rays. I let her know I was doing fine so far, but would take a valium if I needed it later. Their x-ray procedure uses a hard, domino-sized digital camera that you hold inside your mouth at various angles. It was okay at first, and then the assistant needed to put it in diagonally and sideways, which gouged the side of my gums, digging painfully into my tongue and the roof of my mouth. After a while of that, I was in pain and getting anxious, so she offered an alternate x-ray method and I decided to head the anxiety off at the pass, and took two with a cup of water she gave me. A few minutes later, the same front desk woman came over, asking if she had remembered to tell me that the nitrous was an extra $70. Yes, she had. "Are you sure? It is $70 and insurance won't cover it..." Huh? Do people usually try to run out on the nitrous fee or something? The dentist comes in, scrapes my teeth a little, looks at the x-rays for a minute and says I need a very deep cleaning, which requires shots in the gums, or they can try a topical. I said that I REALLY preferred nitrous, but if she could give me another few minutes or so, the valium would take full effect and I'd be willing to try it with only the topical anesthetic and we could go from there. She leaves and after a moment, a new woman comes in and tells me that now that I've taken valium, the dentist (who has spent maybe 3 of the 45 minutes I've been there with me) refuses to treat me, and that I should really just leave and find another dentist or better yet, a periodontist, who could sedate me. She says that they *would* have treated me, but I took valium to calm down, which could slow my system too much, so no. Seriously? After checking with people at every single step of the way about this issue, NOW they're going to tell me that it's a problem?? I understand they could have concerns about interactions, but that's why I had been so sure to be completely transparent about my anxiety level, and need for assistance. If anyone at any point had said that I could only use one method of anxiety management and not both, I could easily have found another dentist, or simply chosen to hope the topical anesthetic and nitrous would be enough and not take the valium at all. But instead, I sat there, wasted my afternoon, got skin scraped off of the inside of my gumline from their x-ray camera, and was made to feel like I had done something shameful by taking legally doctor-prescribed medication. I was shown out of the office and left to sit outside waiting for my ride, in what was by then, a pretty altered state. Now, I get to start all over again, with another bad dentist experience under my belt. Brush 32 really dropped the ball on this one. read more

Another vote for RUN! They started a procedure to remove my daughters teeth to replace with dentures. Then, after half her teeth were pulled, they changed their mind and decided the would NOT remove the remaining teeth. Yes, you read that right. Took half her teeth and then stopped. OH, they had an explanation of sorts. There were a couple of teeth in the balance remaining that "might" have been saved. They said "we can't pull healthy teeth". Note, even those couple were NOT healthy... just salvageable. What kind of morals and ethics does it take to stop a procedure and leave someone with NO chewing teeth? Answer... NONE! Panic search found another dentist to finish the procedure. That dentist was appalled at what happened. Complaint filed with state dental board! read more

I hate, I mean, HATE going to the dentist. It is a miserable task, and usually all around unpleasant. Despite the fact that the procedures I had to have done at Brush 32 have been, by nature, less than enjoyable, I actually enjoy going there! From a technical perspective, they have some pretty cool high tech equipment and the office is very sleek and modern. What's more important though, are the people. The ENTIRE staff is fantastic. They are so kind, welcoming, warm, and genuine. Mike the front office manager remembers everything about you, and is so easy to strike up a conversation with. Dr. Stella is sweet and gentle and caring, and Dr. Tatiana is hilarious!!! Laura the hygienist is super nice, and relaxed and makes you feel comfortable. I am only sorry I don't remember everyone's names there, but they are really all so fantastic! I eagerly make my next appointment every time I'm there, and it's no longer a cause for stress and fear. I highly recommend this office, they truly are amazing! read more

On Aug 24th had a cleaning, x-rays and an exam at the Cedar Par location of Brush 32. This was 6 months since my last exam and cleaning but my first with this company. The cleaning was performed by a dentist who I believe was named Dr. Stella M. Caballero but I am not positive about her name. The cleaning took about 50 minutes and my usual cleanings take about 20 minutes. The dentist seemed very uncomfortable, almost nervous as she cleaned my teeth. After my cleaning and x-rays. Dr. Tatyana P. Mokeyev came and did my exam. She "found" 3 small cavities and 2 "cracked teeth" and since I am extremely diligent about my oral hygiene this sounded odd. She showed my these problems with photos taken with her state of the art oral camera. The treatment plan that I was given with their, "discount" was going to be about $1700. I was quite suspicious to have cracked 2 pre-molars and developed 3 cavities in 6 months! I have since returned to my dentist of 11 years and he assured me that I have 3 STAINS on my teeth and 2 GROVES across my pre-molars. I would NEVER recommend this practice to anyone!!! read more

I visited the Cedar Park location today. I've been seeing Dr. Cheng for over a year and I've been consistently pleased with the service. The office is clean and well equipped. I see the Dr. Cheng on every visit, and he seems to me to be direct, articulate, and competent - all of which I appreciate. I've seen two hygienists (John today), and they were both friendly and efficient. My only negative criticism would be the office layout. When you're actually sitting in a chair, the cabinetry adds a bit of privacy, but a more fleshed out room for each chair with a door would be nice. read more

I've been to Brush32 in Cedar Park on more than one occasion and each time it's been a great experience! The front desk staff was friendly and attentive, Laura the hygienist has always been more than thorough with her cleaning treatments, and Doctor Parekh handled my fillings with the utmost care and really seemed interested in my overall dental health. I've also seen Doctor Tatyana and she is also a wonderful dentist who took the time to address all of my concerns and recommend a viable treatment plan for me. When I first came into brush32 round rock it was the first day they were open and I had a very bad tooth problem! They helped me right away and the Dr even called me on Saturday to make sure I was doing okay! Every time I come in everyone greets me by name and are always super friendly!
