I explained that I just had my nose done a week ago and I would check with my surgeon to ensure that I am fine to get the botox. So immediately I call my surgeon and he is able to see me that day, he exams my nose and informs me that I am 100% fine to get botox. Which excites me as it has been sometime since I had my last botox. So as I am on the way to my appointment I get a call from Ideal Image. They notify me that they are unable to do my botox due to their doctor wanting me to wait 6 weeks. From that point I explained that I was already given the green light by the surgeon who did my nose. Additionally I let them know I was only getting botox in my forehead at this time. I also let them know that if I had not mentioned to them they wouldn't even notice that I had my nose done a week ago. As I have no swelling or bruising. I explained if they needed a note I can obtain it. They informed me that no one in their office would authorize it. After treatments of up to 3 sessions, I paid a whole $1.4k but had absolutely no results. Contacting them back about this issue they had told me that we could figure something out. Do not recommend!! Did one service was in horrible pain and swollen for weeks when the side effects finally were off pain wise, I was numb for weeks and had zero results. I was told over the phone when I purchased the service that if I didn't need a second treatment or didn't like it I could get a refund for the second treatment. BUYER BEWARE TLDR - sales consultant lied about timeline of expected results I had a virtual zoom consultation for cool sculpting on my chin. It was to remove the fat under my chin before my wedding. We went over timeline and with my wedding only being a little over two month away, she wanted to get me in right away. She was able to get me an appointment two weeks out but I needed to drive to a further location. I was told I'd see a 25% reduction before my wedding. I checked in the day of my appointment and the nurse went over expectations for the procedure and also expected results. She was very knowledgeable and kind. She informed me that I would not see results for 90 days. I told her about my consultation and that I was told I would see 25% reduction. She did give me the choice of going through with the procedure or putting in a request for refund. I've put in the request and will have to wait 3-5 days before i will learn if it's accepted. I had to take time off work and drive two hours out of my way to find out I had been lied to. Super disappointing and would not recommend Ideal Image. read more

If I could give them negative stars I would! I've been a client since 2018. Originally in Washington state and they were ALWAYS so good to me. They explained my contracts, procedures and were quick to answer all my questions. I moved to Chandler Ideal Image location in August of 2020. Since then the customer service I've received has been terrible. There's a reason they have a 2.5 rating. Due to Covid and WA state being shut down longer than Arizona I could not call to transfer my contracts until they had opened back up. Not a problem! I get it. Since August of 2020 I've asked the manager Megan Bockbrader to call me. Every two months after my treatment I asked her to call me so I could understand my contracts, she didn't call until November 2021 and she only called because I refused to pay for services until she did. I had 7 treatments in between that time and asked her to call at each of them. Here's the kicker! My issue still isn't resolved and she has yet to apologize for not calling me back for over a year. I work in customer service. This isn't how it's done! To make matters worse at my last appointment I asked their customer relations manager to call me and she didn't either. Her name is Abagale Zinkl. So two for two on no callbacks! There are so many other places you can get these same services done in Phoenix. Go somewhere else! read more

Prior to the pandemic I signed up for laser hair removal for several areas and was contracted to get at least 9 treatments in before the 16-month contract expires, which is reasonable. Obviously during the shut down I could not get treated and that is understandable. Since reopening, they never extended my contract from the shut down, I had them consistently cancel appointments which as a result my appointments kepted getting pushed out until my contract expired. One associate told me to schedule the rest of my appointments until the end of the year to get to 9 treatments promised, which we did. Showed up today and they cannot treat me unless I pay them because my contract is expired. For those who have had these treatments know it is an expensive and time consuming investment. To pay several thousand dollars for a service that should have been completed by now is frustrating. I feel when they cancel appointments is another way to get more money out of the client's. I have heard several explanations about how these contracts work and each one of the responses are not even consistent. So you feel like you are being fed a line of bullshit as they pass the buck. I have been told multiple times a manager will follow up with me regarding the issues but never once heard from one. They looked at my last appointment and scheduled me. when I got there, They said I couldn't do the touchup because they have a 14 day policy and I was a couple days shy of it. They still took me back into the office, even though they couldn't do the touchup. The lady, (new employee) whom I spoke with at my consultation, told me that she would send a specialist in to look at my areas in which I wanted treated but, it became awkward after she went into her sales pitch prior to sending the specialist in. I never showed her my under arms and only told her that I had shaved them already prior to coming to the consultation, since I kept them hairless by shaving. My experience was much different from the other reviews I've read in the fact that I never even made it beyond the reception counter before walking out. I should've know from the start that this was going to be a bad situation based on the incessant emails, text messages, phone calls, and voicemails, but I was really looking forward to getting more info about the laser hair removal, so I went with it and chalked it up to them being overly thorough. I arrived for my appointment and was greeted by the receptionist. She stated I would have to fill out a medical questionnaire and she asked for my license and a credit card. She stated she was going to make a copy of both and store the information in the computer. I advised that I'd be willing to show it to her, but I was not giving her permission to store my information. She rolled her eyes at me and retrieved the manager. The manager regurgitated what the receptionist stated and further explained they had to have a copy on file so they could verify my identity when getting treatments and it was all HIPAA protected. Again, I told her I would gladly identify myself with a valid government ID at each and every visit. She stood her ground, quoted the company policy, and I walked out. In 2019, the FTC processed 1.4 million fraud reports and, I'm sorry, but I'm not going to willingly allow my information be stored on random computer. UPDATE: I left a review before on my terrible experience and this is an update on how I am still getting mistreated from Ideal Image. It took me 3 hours of being transferred and on hold for me to get a hold of a manger to fix this situation. By the time I got a hold of the manger Megan she told me to come into the Scottsdale location (45 minutes away from me) so a nurse could look at my burns and "help" me. All the nurse did was give me ointment and then wanted to send me on my way. I drove 45 minutes to speak to the manger not to be given ointment. They then had me wait in the lobby. The manager Megan came out with no mask on (their establishment requires masks) and talked about my personal information IN THE LOBBY which violates HIPPA. All the manger had to say was that my burns weren't bad. She repeatedly told me that putting ice on my burns is OKAY. PUTTING ICE ON A BURN IS THE WORST THING YOU CAN DO AND THE FACT THEIR PROTOCOL IS TO DO THAT IS RIDICULOUSLY WRONG AND SO SCARY. She was disrespectful the entire time she was talking to me, NOT ONCE did anyone ever apologize for burning me or show me any type of empathy for my situation. I have missed 3 days of work as well as esthetician school I have to change my bandage multiple times a day, it hurts to sit and walk, I can't sleep cause I wake up in pain. This burn is not going to heal for months and I won't be able to even go out into the sun for 6+ months. I am disgusted with how this place is treating me. The ONLY reason they get a 1 Star is bc the receptionist or whoever it was that helped me to move my appt up an hour was super nice! Other than that this experience was beyond awful! I Inquired on the website that I wanted to get a consult for cool sculpting and I knew after calling a while back that I wouldn't get any pricing over the phone. Someone immediately emailed me and gave me dates and time they had available and then once the date and time was confirmed I got multiple text msgs both confirming and reminding me of the appt. When I arrived at the location the receptionist asked if I wanted any water and I said no just needed to use the restroom as I had just finish a workout. I came out and she gave me an iPad to fill out their questionnaire. I had no idea what some of the things were, one of them being whether or not I had Diastasis Recti. I had twins and the research I had done made me figure everyone got it somehow and that I was working hard to pull my muscles back and get into shape. Keep in mind the ONLY reason why I wanted to do coolsculping was bc I still have some pesky stubborn fats cells chilling on my abs that I can't get to go away. The consultant came out and got me and took me to her office, her name was Adrian Gloria, or that's the name on the price sheet. She immediately stated with well you answered that you have "diatisis... I can't pronounce it" and we can't do coolsculping on you. I was floored by her snottiness, I explained that I just marked it bc I didn't even know whether or not I had it, I figured I did bc of my pregnancy but that no doctor has EVER told me I had it. She said I had to be cleared by a doctor and their in house nurse and I did a double take like why?! She walked out and went to go ask someone to come in to look at me but came back and said their nurse was busy and couldn't come in. WOW! She couldn't even take two minutes?! From that point on it was completely awkward. She gave me the price sheet and I said well I keep hearing a discount on the radio and she said yep this is it. It was only 28% and I know I've heard 50%. Then in a snotty voice she said well John jay and rich and Kyle do come here but they go to the Scottsdale location. I was so frustrated and put off that I just said well is this price just for today? And she said no it was good until the end of the month. She explained a little about how the procedure would go and that the amount was for each "section" of my abdominal region. She then asked if I bruised easily and I said yes. She told that since I looked so physically fit that I would heal quickly bc it looked like I worked out a lot. I was somewhat flattered but at the same time still VERY upset at how she treated me. The sales representative I spoke to at the start was not honest about the possibility of results for CoolSculpting treatments as the nurse confirmed during my final follow up. The sales person said I needed dit to be within 50 lbs of my goal weight to see results and the nurse said it was 20lbs. I see ZERO results and feel that this is a scam. The treatment areas and plan that the sales person communicated while selling me on the treatment, was nothing like what ended up being possible per the nursing staff. I just finished my last session, so I can confidently say that I've had a five-star experience with both customer service and my treatments. Danielle and Sage have such a great bedside manner, and the results were so good that I really can't believe I didn't do this sooner. It may seem silly to spend the money on laser hair removal, but I promise the value is there in both the time saved and the confidence in not having to worry about stubble, nicks, or missed spots that you don't notice until you're wearing shorts, etc. The desk staff is always sweet and accommodating when I needed them as well. This by far is the worst place to go for any type of procedures. First of all they reel you in with theses great freebies only to find out that you have to join their lifetime membership. The price of membership depends on what you are willing to pay. Scam! The Chandler office was dirty and my injector looked very unprofessional with chipped nails, hair looked like she just got out of bed and put it in a ponytail. One of her eyelashes was about to fall off. I saw her twice and her appearance never changed. After having a fold flap procedure I am now left with a permanent red vein looking spot on my fold. When I asked my injector about it, she said she would look at it next appointment. I made an appointment for Botox and they charged me before my appointment! Who does that? My consultant based by a zoom call on how many units I would need. I stupidly gave my credit card and was charged immediately. Unfortunately I came down with Covid and had to cancel my appointment. They said I could use my credit for a future appointment. I said that I would not be returning noticing that my red spot was not going away. I disputed the charge with my crew card, only to find out that Ideal Image denied my dispute. I immediately called there office only to receive the run around and the speech on how I should of read the contract. I talked to there corporate office who to my complaint and told me a higher rank employee would call me back the following day. "It never happened ". I called back only to be told that since it was Saturday that these things take time and I should be receive a call back next week. In my opinion this has been a shit show!! BEWARE THIS COMPANY: Do not trust this company (the only reason they're getting one star is because you have to post at least one to write a review). I went in yesterday to get a consultation for a few different treatments. The receptionist and RN were professional and courteous but the sales person who was helping me seemed kind of flighty. After my consultation, we went into a separate room to discuss pricing. There were two different types of services I was considering (two types of fillers and cool sculpting). The sales person gave me two different quotes for the services and talked about 0% interest if I'd like to pay over 18 months. I don't need to finance the services but thought, why not if it's 0% interest. She actually ran an application, e-signed for me, and executed a contract for $3,000 with 19.99% interest without asking my permission to e-sign and without letting me see the contract before it was executed. I saw the contract where she placed it next to the printer (and thought it was weird that something so simple should have such a lengthy contract) and told her I would need to review that before anything was executed. Unbeknownst to me, she had already fraudulently e-signed and executed the contract! I was livid when I realized what happened and demanded that the contract be canceled. They said they couldn't cancel it on a weekend. Thankfully I was at least able to get an email and printed statement with both the sales person and receptionist's signatures stating that I hadn't authorized the execution of the contract and that it would be canceled without penalty to me by close of business Monday. I don't trust that this will be done but it was the best I could get under the circumstances. I've filed a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General's office in hopes that that will motivate this company to cancel that contract. I also scanned and sent the quotes, the contract, and the signed and emailed statements provided by the staff that I hadn't authorized the transaction. I hope this is enough to get them to correct this situation. Do not do business with these people. I so regret not checking Yelp before going in for an appointment. Do not be fooled by the sophisticated website and the doctor's office-like environment. The nurse/rep said this would work! I paid $890 for two treatments on upper abdomen (below breast line) It sounded so amazing to get COLD SCULPTING done. I asked for the promotion with 6 more cold sculpting after my initial COLD SCULPTING, that price was $2604. I had those 6 sessions, plus signed up for a FREE toning session worth $250. Do I see a difference, not really. I went into my account and noticed I was charged an additional $2419.50 ... I asked about it, they said it was the 6 sessions. I said, what is the other $2604 I already paid. They said I had more than 6 sessions, so they charged me. I didn't have any more sessions, and they would NOT reimburse the difference, as I E-signed a contract. They do NOT explain the sessions in detail. I paid a total $5913.50!!! I did not get my money worth. It is NOT the way out for FAT FREEZE and REMOVAL ... I would suggest other ways. read more

When I got there, I was told my appointment was cancelled because I didn't confirm by email within 3 hours of when I booked it. I did confirm my appointment as soon as I got off the phone and even took a screen shot that it was submitted, since their system has done this before. I don't understand why you have to confirm when you just made an appointment. This makes absolutely no sense and it's ridiculous, but what is even more ridiculous is that I did confirm and it still didn't confirm my appointment. I was very upset when they told me I didn't have an appointment and I just drove 35 minutes to get there. They had a nurse who was able to do it, which was good, but no apologies were made. An excuse was given that the system is glitchy and sometimes you have to confirm twice via email. What??? If I was a new customer I would not want to go to a place with this type of system. Super Scam! Beware. I sent my husband in hoping laser treatment on his neck would help his painful ingrown hairs when he got a haircut. A pretty woman talked him into a 3,000.+ contract just to remove hair from the neck area. And he didn't read what he signed: It was actually a credit card that paid Ideal Image in full and you pay the cc back at 27% interest! How could an intelligent man fall for this? Well he did say the sales lady kept asking him to touch her super-smooth legs... He had one treatment. It hurt so bad he refused to go back. I called and asked to talk to the doctor and I was told the patients never actually see a doctor. She comes in once a month and signs charts. What a joke. You have been warned. I would rather have hair removed from a distant cousin in his basement than this place. **Update: The rest of the story. Since they got paid up front for all visits with the credit card, we settled for $1,400. So. $1,400. for one laser treatment on the back of my husband's neck. This was an expensive lesson. I had a very busy day and had to stop by before work. I had to cancel an appointment because I double booked at two different places and Vanessa and Rachel went above and beyond for me. They took the time to happily help me cancel my appointment without being rude. I've never experienced such great customer service. I was having a terrible day until I ran into ideal image and had a conversation with the ladies.They were very helpful and informative. I'll definitely be coming back to book another appointment especially if I get to see their welcoming faces. By far the best location in Arizona!!!
