Last time I was in I had asked about getting some additional areas done. I am very upset with Ideal Image and do not recommend them at all. I went in for coolsculpting and BBL. What was supposed to be my final coolsculping session turned out to be a nightmare. I ended up with "shark bites" on the front of my thighs due to the paddles being placed inpromperly and slipping. I was trying to get rid of my saddlebags which are on the side of your thighs. Due to the shark bites I could not proceed any further with coolsculpting. They said they could transfer the credit from coolsculpting to another service. Still hasn't happened!! I went in for my third BBL session in which the nurse burnt the hell out of my forehead. It took forever to heal! Now mind you, this is my third session so I knew the procedure and stayed out of the sun etc. I called and left messages for someone to contact me and after I don't know how many calls I finally received a call back from the manager, Dawn. I explained what had happened and she seemed concerned. She asked me to email her a synopsis and the pictures I took of my burnt forehead. No response. I emailed with a follow up email just the other day and I still have not received an email back or phone call. I don't even know what to do at this point as I have spent a lot of money, thousands of dollars (close to $8,000) for both packages and I still have a pretty hefty credit on my account. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED! I went to ideal image for cool sculpting and left with no results. They recommend that I should have two sessions and I completed both. I went back in for my follow up and pictures showed no result but because I "shook my head" they said I "agreed" there was results and there was nothing they could do for me. As upset as I was I decided to try another service with them, In hopes I would be happier. I tried out laser hair removal in two areas. I stayed consistent and made it to every single one of my appointments. I am currently done with my sessions and still have some hair growth. They told me there was nothing they could do because certain hairs could not be treated. They said they would talk to the "higher ups" to see if they could schedule me for a touch up appointment and I still have not received a phone call over 1 month later. Overall, I have been disappointed more often than pleased with my experience and I have had many services done at Ideal Image. I have had laser hair removal now on my full legs, my upper neck and chin and underarms, as well as botox and lip fillers. My fillers are wonderful. I have no real complaint there with the outcome. My laser hair removal journey, however, has been so obnoxious and unprofessional. I began laser hair removal about 3 years ago. Initially, the registered nurses had me grow my hair out for two-weeks to verify it was treatable. They told me it was and treatments began. Around appointment number 8 of 9, they started to inform me that I have red and blonde hairs on my legs that "aren't treatable". To inform me that I am NOW (with one service left) not treatable is ridiculous and either a lie, or a scam from the get-go. Currently, I am on treatment #14. Now, it IS working, but it is taking longer than their "typical" time so I am now having to pay out of pocket for a service I have already paid THOUSANDS for. Between treatments #8 and #14 I have had their RNs tell me it's my skin coloring and therefore the hair loss I have had is all I will have because the laser won't get anymore. Other nurses told me it's the pigment in my hairs that is making it take longer and most recently, I was told "oh, the hairs on your legs are dark enough and all over enough that we won't "spot treat" your legs we'll just continue to do full legs"...with more money out of pocket, of course. WHICH IS IT?? My upper neck and chin became "untreatable" after treatment #4. Another RN came in on a different visit and deemed them "dark enough to treat" and treatments continued. Let's move to my under arm hair removal. I am now on treatment 10 (keeping in mind that 9 is the "total" that should removal all hair) and paying out of pocket for these procedures now as well because only about 50% of the hair is gone. So, out of 3 treatments, all 3 have not worked completely, they are requiring more out of pocket payments, and continue to shrug their shoulders like it's my fault. I can see one area being more difficult to treat but 3/3 seems to be you all and your lasers, not my hair production. Additionally, DO NOT BLAME A WOMAN'S HORMONES! I have had this mentioned to me MULTIPLE times about hormonal hair growth and so, basically, this will be a life-long process of coming in and having laser hair removal done like waxing; every month or so. Hormonal leg hair growth? Hormonal under-arm growth? Come on. Firstly, I'd like Ideal Image to find any woman on planet earth that doesn't have some type of hormonal hair growth or hormonal skin spots, or anything due to hormones. We are women...with hormones...they affect our bodies. To act like this is a "problem" and a reason why treatment isn't working is a COP OUT, and quite offensive. Don't treat women at all if hormones are really a problem. Secondly, I do not have hormonal issues (praise God!) so not an applicable excuse, here. This very weak and offensive excuse to women is appalling; especially in 2019 when lasers can remove colored tattoos, reach collagen under the skin, remove fat cells, etc. NOTE: I am not unrealistic. I have soft, blonde hairs on my outer, upper thighs even after treatments and am completely fine with these being there and am not insisting these be removed. What I am addressing is obvious, dark, course hairs all over that grow quickly and course enough that I still, after THREE YEARS and FOURTEEN TREATMENTS, must shave about every 2-3 days. This location originally was WONDERFUL which is why I continued to purchase treatments. For about the 1st year I had the same manager and nurse EVERY time I went in and due to their honestly, professionalism, and kindness, I was very pleased. However, in three years there have been 3-4 managers, at least 5 financial advisors, a number of front desk attendants, and countless, I mean COUNTLESS nurses. This location has been a mess for years, now. The right hand doesn't know what the left had is doing and they don't care about your treatments, your progress, if you are happy or displeased, or being honest at all from what I have experienced; it is clear it is a job and they just want your money. I am switching locations since I still have "follow-up treatments" because I am nowhere near hair-free, with the hopes that maybe I'll find an equivalent staff that this location originally had that are caring and honest. This is made very clear that this is not even something they strive for in their work but maybe it's an Ideal Image Company problem all together. Overall, if you want fillers, they are like other beauty spas and do a fine job. If you want laser hair removal with no excuses or cop-outs half-way through treatments as to why it's not working, go somewhere else. This company charge my wife almost $1200 and we never stepped foot in the office and when her dermatologist said based on your condition they do not recommend her get the procedure at all. When my wife canceled with plenty of time and let the reason be told we have been given the runaround like I have never seen by any company in the world to try to get a refund. It has been 30 days and we are yet to get any callbacks from anybody. Then your staff tells us we need to get a doctors note so we go and get a doctors note and he specifically says based on my wife's condition he does not recommend the procedure. Now a lady by the name of Emily or her boss Aubrey let one of their staff members tell us that they want to know what condition is it? Are you kidding me??? Do not ever do business with this company and do not ever give them any money before you go inside and talk to somebody. This office is great! The staff is extremely friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Whatever your issue is, they don't judge! My husband surprised me with a hair removal appointment in April, I was apprehensive to say the least. Lasers + my face = not so happy girl. But after only the first 2 treatments the results were undeniable!! After the 5th treatment, I have to say, I couldn't be happier. I have PCOS and I used to get infections from the hair growth that would send me to the hospital every couple of months. I haven't had a problem like that in 8 months!! The gals that actually do the lasering are great but the gal who let's you know if you're a good candidate needs to be retrained. I have blonde hair on my legs and was told I was a good candidate, however just before my 9th appointment, the confirmation call said they were scheduling my final appointment. I was under the impression that I had paid the price for my legs to be hairless, which they definitely were not. When I called to ask about it, I was told that my contract stated I paid for 9 treatments. My contract said nothing about 9 treatments. The gal on the phone was absolutely no help whatsoever and after I had a few negative words with her and told her I wouldn't be rescheduling my "final appointment", she asked me if I wanted to purchase more treatments! If I could give this place zero stars I would. I am so mad I didn't do my research before hand and read reviews. We went in for laser treatments on my daughters face and neck. We paid 2500 just for that part of her body which if I would've done my research is way way way overpriced. We've had about 11 treatments but some of those treatments they would do the laser then ice her and then do another laser treatment right then so it was a double treatment that day. So if you count those it would probably be 14 treatments and it's worse than before we started. It has not taken care of the problem at all. I don't know what kind of laser they're using but it's not strong enough or effective at all. Please stay away from this place. Don't waste your money here. I have been going to Ideal image for years and LOVE my results. Before going here I went to Neos Medspa and the treatments were extremely painful (they use lPL) and all of my hair grew back after spending a ton of money. I went to Ideal Image after hearing advertisements. Although it is more expensive, I have seen true results. All I have left on my legs is a few patches of peach fuzz which takes a minute to shave. Before my treatments, I would spend 30 mins shaving and have stubble by the next day. The treatments have seriously changed my life. The staff is friendly and professional. Most people need touch up treatments from time to time because you grow new hairs due to hormonal changes but you only pay a co-pay for these. Totally worth it!!! If i could do 0 Stars i would! Please do not make the mistake of giving this company a chance at your money or sanity! My husband has tried a couple of things to help reduce the body fat around his abdomen but was seeing little to no improvement and so we thought we would try cool sculpting after an Ad on Facebook popped up. They did a virtual consultation with him (so no physical evaluation or contact has been made at all) and went over his desire of what he was wanting to accomplish with the service that they offered. The lady he talked to seemed nice enough and wanted to help, but now we believe that was all just a façade to get a sale. my husband initially signed an agreement and a loan for services that hasn't even been provided. After telling me about the agreement, loan, insane interest rate, I informed him that none of those prices were in our budget, even if the loan was for 60 months, we would be paying an equivalent of 12 grand(initial loan is 7500!!) on a service he has never even done before!! Same day, honestly within hours he told the salesperson we changed our mind and must cancel the agreement and loan, and that's where the nightmare began! The salesperson became so rude asking why we changed our mind, that she informed us they don't have a refund policy and that he couldn't cancel his agreement. I find that to be a horrible business practice and quite possibly a scam since services can be cancelled, especially when nothing has been provided out and we requested to have it cancelled the same day. The contact with them has been ridiculous and have gotten constant run around trying to get this resolved, probably just trying to wear us down, but I refuse to work with a practice that has such ridiculous policies! Please avoid dealing with the stress and anxiety that this company has done to my husband and I in the last few weeks, especially due to the fact that they do not actually care about you, just the money they can get from you. I don't not care about being contacted for feedback and satisfaction, I only want to receive contact that the loan and agreement have been cancelled and I will not be paying you anything more then the $46 my husband and put down on the initial day the contract was signed, I will chalk up that loss as a learning charge on ourselves. BEWARE of this company & what you are getting yourself into if you so choose to do business here. Read all the reviews & check out their score on BBB before you proceed (something I wish I would have done prior to coming here), & compare to other laser hair removal places nearby (laser for less, simplicity laser, etc.). Here's my story: There is no pricing listed on the website, but I went in for a consultation to hear my options as there was a 50% off promo going on. It was an extremely high pressure sale done by Amy. I wanted to get 5 areas treated, one being the bikini area. She told me that WITHOUT the 50% off, it would be $14,184 and WITH the 50% off it would be $7,092. Not many people can afford such outrageous pricing, even with 50% off, so Amy lowered the price to $5,000. She said that if I pay $208.33 monthly with 0% interest, I'll be able to pay it off in a year & a half. This sounded ok to me because I figured it would be pricey no matter where I went (wish I would have done more research prior to my consultation). She then asked me for mine AND my parents yearly income so she could tell me the amount of credit I was entitled to if I wanted to get other treatment areas done. As if my parents are the ones paying for my treatment?! She tried making me feel better about it by saying I have a $10,500 limit & assured me the results would be well worth the money. She could tell I was iffy about it, so she showed me the top of her bikini area & said she hadn't shaved in 5 years. DON'T LET THAT PULL YOU IN. She said I could get treated right away & that it would only take 20 minutes. I felt pressured into the sale that I didn't get a chance to think everything through. After going over the pricing of everything (and me innocently thinking $208.33 a month isn't so bad), I was handed an ELEVEN-page contract. Having to sign a contract should be a huge red flag because they must be protecting themselves from something (just look up "Ideal Image Lawsuit" on google and see what you find). Initially, it wasn't a red flag to me that they had a contract, I just thought that was typical business protocol for that type of thing. But trust me when I say this now, it is not. I had my first treatment done that night immediately after my consultation & overall, it was a good first treatment. By the time I had to schedule my 2nd treatment, I was told that the lady who had treated me had moved to a different location so someone else would be treating me. Maggie gave me my second treatment & everything seemed fine until she got to the bikini area. I could feel DURING the treatment that MULTIPLE areas were missed and it didn't feel as though any of the laser pulses were overlapping one another. I didn't say anything to her after the treatment because I figured she must have done everything right (since she's an RN) and I thought maybe I was just crazy. But I felt a clear difference between my first & second treatment and still saw a patch of hair after she finished!! One month later, I counted twelve areas (anywhere from 1-5 inches long) that were missed. And these hairs NEVER fell out so I knew they had been missed. I was angry & had taken a picture of my bikini area so they could see exactly what was going on. The Center Manager, Dawn, got in contact with me and tried to figure out what was going on. We spoke on the phone multiple times a week (never reaching a conclusion - she just wanted to add more free treatments), so I finally said I just want out of the contract and want a refund. She understood my request and told me that because I had gotten two treatments already done, I needed to pay for them in FULL. She said I would be refunded $3000 and that I still owed them $2000 for my two treatments. What they DON'T tell you at the consultation is that you only pay for the first 5 treatments & the remaining 4 are free touch ups. So, IF the 50% off promo was NOT going on, I would be expected to pay $14,184 for only FIVE treatments?? That is ridiculous. Even $5,000 for 5 treatments is outrageous. This information was never disclosed to me, so I was under the impression that my $5,000 was going towards all 9 treatments. I told Dawn I will not pay $2,000 because that is not fair or reasonable to me when the RN who treated me clearly missed multiple areas, and, on top of that, I didn't know I was only paying for the first 5 treatments. Why would I pay for a treatment in full when half of the area was missed? She told me that someone else will be calling me to handle the situation. I still haven't heard from anyone and the last time I spoke with Dawn about all of this was 5/22/17. I plan on writing more bad reviews, reporting them to the BBB, and doing whatever other measure necessary for them to realize how UNETHICAL their practice is! I actually went to Ideal image a few times. Not for hair removal, but I understand they have great package deals. I went to have my first experience with botox. I had a deep line on my forhead and some deep lines around my mouth causing a frown look. The botox was really well explained and worked for the duration expected. On my next visit I was informed about Ultherapy. This treatment Ideal Image recently started providing has longer more permanent results. I am well pleased... I am happy with the before and after. I have been coming to this location for the last 3 years for a tattoo removal, I have had several problems with this location such as a new person removing my tattoo each time, the fact that my husband can't come in the last few times to hold my hand because it is painful and he was asked not to come with for the next appointments, and the final straw was today. I came in 10 minutes early in case they are busy and they checked me in and everything was fine, until someone came out and asked what I was here for , I told her what I was there for and went back. Then 20 minutes later, I had to ask what was going on and they said the machine was still warming up, when last time I was there it look 5 minutes to warm up. The manager finally came out and asked if I've been helped, I exclaimed my frustration and told her I would be leaving since it would be another 10 before the machine would be fully warmed up. She apologized and said it won't happen again, then the receptionist finally told me that they warmed up the wrong machine , even though someone asked me what I was here for. She then proceeded to tell me what it was my fault when I called the system to set up my appointment and I told her I was standing right here in person when I made this appointment. I had my tattoo removed at Ideal Image with the newest laser technology!! They have the Picosure which is new in laser tattoo removal. My tattoo was gone in only four treatments!!!! When I went to other places with the old lasers they told me it would be twenty treatments!! My wife also uses their laser hair removal services and also purchased their injectables service too. She never has to shave and is hair free!!!! She's so happy and pleased with their services! I have been going to the Ideal Image in Chandler since March, and it has been a fantastic experience. I am doing a full Brazilian, and after only 4 treatments, I have seen a 75% hair reduction! I booked my consultation appt earlier than I had planned bc the guy on the phone said there was a promotion and I had to get in before the end of the month. Now from reading the other reviews I guess I was suppose to haggle her on the price and it would have been lowered. (I thought this was a corporate legit company. So I didn't want to insult the manager by doing that). On top of all of that, I had my first appt and it didn't work! I was suppose to notice a significant difference and I don't. My biggest mistake was not doing the research before the consultation. I didn't think I was going to sign anything but there was a lot of pressure to do so. The only thing is that they are thinner in some areas that im getting treated but it just did not seem to work very well on my face witch is the most important !!!!and don't see no in prove meant at all..... Not very happy at all I work in sales... where my customer are close to me and definitely make me shy about getting close or giving eye contact ....My under arms all it us that it grows slower and thinner same with bikini area too.... Some what I guess better then be for...is almost done paying it off after like 5,600 and I would hope they do some thing about this..... Also ask them if any came back after the full treatment and they said had only about one come onetime. And every time after your treatment I believe you pay 40 every time... Not sure if its even worth it.... I'm better off buying from LIVING SOCIAL DEALS!!!! If they can keep treating me till its 100 % gone ill be happy and would pay that all over agin.... But till then I would not waste not even a penny on this company.... They made me feel so convince that it was never gonna grow back since they also said it work way better on dark hair versus blonde.... Well they where very wrong!!!!! read more

I go to Ideal Image for lip and chin hair removal. The laser is not as painful as I expected which is a pleasant surprise. I'm on my fourth session and the hair usually stays away for five weeks and then I start to notice growth. I'm hopeful that by my ninth session I will experience permanent hair removal. The nurses and desk staff are always polite and knowledgeable but there are two cons that would have changed my mind if I was aware of the risk before payment. Some people like myself have an allergic reaction to the histamine used with the laser. This causes acne like bumps on the area that was lasered. Unfortunately I was told the symptoms would continue until my last session. This was really disheartening as acne was never an issue for me before. I'm darker skinned and have scaring from that. Additionally the hair follicles are easily infected and cause little white bumps on the lasered area. Lastly they have to shave the area before lasering. This was not brought to my attention in the consultation. I specifically did not want to have to shave my facial hair which is why I opted for laser hair removal. Based on my current experiences I'm hopeful that once the sessions are complete I'll be satisfied in my results and will update my review once that happens. read more

Went in for a FREE consultation, all I wanted was to get an idea of how much it would cost to get laser done. I honestly felt like I was at a car dealership! The sales associate (Amy) was trying to sell the package so bad to the point where her comments were a little out of place. She ended up asking if she could run m credit to give me an estimate of how much my payments would be just in case I went ahead with it. I decided to walk away and do a little more research at other places. What really has me upset is the fact that a week later I receive a letter in the mail with a credit card from them! A card that is used to pay for your services then you make monthly payments on it. I was never told I was applying for their credit, Amy only said she was running my credit to see what the payments would look like, so her not being upfront with me was unprofessional. The other thing is I called to cancel the card and all I get is a machine! I cant even talk to someone to verify that my account is closed. Very unhappy with Ideal Image, which makes me glad I decided to walk away from this place. read more
