I wish there was a "ZERO STARS" option. Ideal Image is a SCAM. Buyer BEWARE. I spent 45-minutes doing a pre-consultation, answering an array of medical questions. Once cleared, they happily took my $3000 after I signed their contract. On the day of my appointment I was made to fill out an additional medical intake form. After this they refused to do my service until I went to my doctor for sign-off due to having a few moles removed years ago. I decided that this was too much hassle and asked for my money back, to which they adamantly refused, saying the only way to get my money back was to go to a doctor and get a medical excuse. They are going to keep $3000 for performing ZERO services. This is utter nonsense and poor customer service. Some areas work really well. Other areas not great. About 60-70 percent effective on my lower leg after ten sessions. It's not horrible but don't believe that it is painless. This place is horrible! In June I went in for dysport for my forehead and a couple weeks later I had no results . I called and spoke to the manager immediately to let her know that the dysport wasn't working . She told me that they no longer have an RN at that location and that they wouldn't be able to fix it until the end of August. The end of August came and went and I heard nothing from no one ....come to find out the manager no longer worked there. No one has bothered to assess the situation . Now it's been months after this whole ordeal and they're telling me they want to refund my money ( probably because they still don't have and RN) when all I want is the treatment that I went in for. As soon as you walk in that place all they try to do is Sell,sell, sell it's like a used car dealership. You tell them what you want done and they try to push more than what you actually need. If you are unhappy with Their scheduling issues and try to get out of the contract they will tell you that you will be contacted within 5 business days but you will never hear from them.By then You Are Financially Obligated to pay for the services no matter if you get said services or Not. For a place that is supposed to have no judgement, i have never felt more judged. The consultant and i were having a conversation, the kind of "get to know your client" the consultant was asking me questions which i had no trouble answering them. We started talking about my personal life, kids, where im from etc. she then informed me that she was not a mother and that mothers don't get their fair credit, i I said that I think that fathers don't get their fair credit either she's then says if they're there and I said well my daughter's father is she goes oh he is and I was astounded at how she said that be that I am African-American and a stereotype is that we don't have our kids fathers around for her to say that I felt like she was putting me in that stereotype which made me feel awful I did not say anything but I was just thinking to myself well not only do I feel like she's judging me cross examining me when she asked me what I ate and I said that I eat you know McDonald's I'm being honest and she told me that she doesn't eat McDonald's and she doesn't even know what they have there. I felt as though that was alive she probably doesn't eat there but to not know what is serve there that's a blatant lie and that just made me feel like she is in fact judging me feel for what I eat and that's not a good feeling and for her to say out her mouth that I'm not judging you clearly shows that she was I honestly believe that she didn't think that I could afford the procedure that I was looking to have done and the classic technique is to make the price so outrageous to the point where you think that someone can afford it,that way they won't even come back. If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid $2,800.00 for for 3 areas underarms, Brazilian bikini and back side. You have 18 months to do the service and you go every 6 weeks at first and then every 8 weeks. They extended mine because I had surgery and I wasn't able to go. Even with the extra time, Ihave enough underarms hair that it is somewhat visible. Bikini is like I did nothing. I have dark hair and was told I made a good candidate. I paid for an unlimited plan so I could go back for touch ups with a small copay. Well the copay is per area so by the time I paid each area it was well over $100.00. I have since heard from 2 other people that said they had the same results a third said they turn down the laser so you have to come back. I don't know if that's true, but I definitely did not have good results. I will not be giving them any more of my money!!! I had to pay up front , first red flag then wait a month to get in , I was told they do fillers and botox and are very good, well let me tell you they are not. I was burned by the lasers they used 7 months ago, pretty badly, I had scabs on my bikini area and I have pictures. The staff here is very nice, and friendly, the office is nice and clean they tried to help. Of course they are nice, they want your money! And for about a 2 thousand dollars a treatment they should be nice! I moved to California recently and started getting laser hair removal here by a place called blue cocoon and not only is the place I go to now amazing, they're lasers are newer and a lot more advanced, and gentler, their staff is just as nice, if not nicer. Not to mention a FRACTION of the cost of ideal image. The lasers at the new salon I go to have a cooling air laser and is not painful at all compared to the lasers that burned me at ideal image. I now pay a SIGNIFICANT amount less than I did at ideal image and there are no discounts at my new place. I paid ALOT of money for this. Laser of my bikini line, lower legs, underarms and upper lip. The procedure is very uncomfortable and I have a very high pain tolerance. My upper lip has never been clean. It never worked on there. I now notice that my underarm hair is starting to grow back. My last treatment was in December of last year (I think) I'm REALLY disappointed that they dark hair on my lip can't be taken off since my skin is light. They wanted to charge me more to get rid of the remaining hair which I laughed at. They charge way more than competitors bc they were the first of their kind but today there are even better and less expensive places to go to. I now go to Laser Away at Town Square and they are AMAZING!!! I'm getting my legs done and with three sessions I already have 50% of the hair gone. I am male and I wanted to stop shaving. I have dark facial hair. I have never used a blade-shaver because I was told at a young age that caused your beard to be more difficult. I have used multiple electric shavers over the years. All are ok, but I wanted to stop shaving (asked by some close friends to look into it). I have a close female friend that got good results from laser (not sure about the company). That girl did not have a single hair anywhere where you do not want hair. So I committed and spent thousands. It did not work for me at all. I still have to shave every day. I have no idea whether my skin is thick, etc. I am Irish/Scottish/German heritage. I have very fair skin (light white) and dark hair everywhere, head, face, arm, legs, and all other places. Be very careful before you commit to spending the money because they will not offer any refunds. Just to add some more info, I am a physician licensed in California. I have a close friend who is an ENT specialist who does some facial plastic surgery. I had some hair where I did not want it. He had a laser. He 'zapped' me one time and that was permanent. It did not hurt. That was 12 years ago. I did not have to come back for follow up. I leave it up to you to guess why. I advise you to do your research. I can assure that if I knew what I know now - how much severe pain (especially in the upper lip, nose, lower lip, chin, neck) - I definitely would not go through that again. Here is my update. I finally made the decision to contact Ideal Image and schedule a consultation to discuss my disappointment. The woman I met with was extremely personable and was willing to listen and to take another look at me and the way my procedure was done. Unfortunately, her conclusion was that there may have been a better way to do my procedure in order to give better results. Apparently, she has researched within her organization and this has never happened to anyone else. She did agree that my initial consultation was not accurate and the person who originally did my coolsculpting no longer works there. I had 4 sessions originally done. When all is said and done the corporate office in Denver is willing to redo 2 sessions free of charge. Because my belly and love handles are a bit giggly some part of the procedure did work, they say, so they are willing to only pay for half. I am not sure that this is fair and I am awaiting a call from the regional manager in Denver who made this decision. Another follow up to come soon. read more

I had my first Cool Sculpting treatment done on August 3rd. I have to say that I was surprised in the best way possible. The staff at Ideal Image were EXTREMELY professional and made me feel at home. The procedure was quick and almost pain free. I could relax while getting the work done and I did not feel any discomfort or pain afterwards. I was so excited to get laser hair removal. I was evaluated and they said it would work great on my skin/hair type. After spending a fortune at what I thought was the best company around, unfortunately, I was anything, but impressed. It did not work at all and I felt as though I was lied to in order for the sales rep to get my sale. I started out at the Orem location in Utah and moved so I had to transfer to finish in Henderson, NV. Not only did the treatment not work after staying out of the sun for over a year to be able to get my treatments on time, but they "lost" my before picture (which is medical records). I was lied to many times about this by the Orem location saying that it was in a data base system they did not have access to. By law patients should have access to all medical records. They also told me that I needed to travel back from Las Vegas, NV to Orem, UT to get a Re-evaluation done (making it seem that the Henderson location was incompetent at doing their job). Although the staff at the Henderson location were very nice and friendly, I am starting to think the Utah location was right. I went in for a meeting with them about getting a refund. We talked about how disappointed I was in the laser treatment, customer service was told they would take my case to the "next level up." This has been going on since April and it is now almost December. I have called over 7 times weeks apart from each other. Each time I was promised that they would call me back within a few days and not once did they follow through with their promise. I have always had to call back and follow up (talk about bad customer service). It has been 9 months of trying to work this out and still no phone calls back or no solution. It's clear they think that if they avoid me, I'll go away. NOT going to happen. Im almost to the point of getting a lawyer to get this settled once and for all.
