I purchased a full-body laser hair removal package at Ideal Image for $7,999.01 after a phone consultation. I was told their pricing was "competitive" and they were running a limited time promotion, so I was getting a good price on the package. I felt pressured to sign on because of this deal. I later checked local providers that use the same Candela laser technology and found comparable full-body packages from multiple clinics for under $3,000, offering the same number of sessions or more. In my view, Ideal Image's pricing representations were misleading. My package was 8 full-body sessions, each split into 3 appointments, so I was to attend 24 appointments. I attended 1 of the 24 and then started the cancellation process. I was bounced between clinic and corporate. The clinic told me corporate oversaw cancellations and corporate told me it was up to the clinic to decide. By email I was told they wouldn't cancel per the contract, and later on a call corporate said there was only a 72-hour window after signing. When I raised the pricing issue, corporate insisted their pricing was competitive, despite proof showing otherwise. I requested to handle the matter by email from then on out as I was getting inconsistent responses from multiple parties. I received repeated phone calls for 2 days until I reiterated my request, after which the calls finally stopped. They offered to switch me to a different clinic or treatments but I no longer wish to do business with them after being misled multiple times now. Ideal Image has also asserted that the full contract price had already been applied to "services rendered," effectively stating that they are valuing 1 appointment (1 appointment of 24, and not even a full session) at the full contract price of $7,999.01. They refused to discuss financial matters by email, citing HIPAA, despite my written consent to communicate by email. When I pointed this out, they stopped responding to my attempts at communication. As of today, my last email (sent Aug 8, 2025) has not been answered. I posted my complaint to the BBB website. They promptly replied with more phone calls, despite my multiple requests to keep things in email. They posted a response on the site telling me to call their customer service, to which I once again reiterated I would only proceed in writing (my response was posted Aug 31st, 2025). They have not replied nor reached out and have since been ignoring me as they continue to attempt to collect the full $7999.01 from me for services I have not received. read more

I've been a customer at this location since 2019 and even introduced others, who have complained and left. It's always been chaotic- each and every visit. I've stayed this long because it's the closest to me. You present the problem area(s), get an assessment(virtually and in-person) done, get pictures of the problem area(s)taken, make payments in thousands and sign a contract. Then things start to change after few visits. There's never a manager, customer service rep is always lost and the turnover is very high- new faces at every visit. After couple of treatments, they switch up around the locations of the area(s) treated. Telling you, based on their white pencil drawing on that area now, that a little to the left, right, above or bottom isn't covered. And when you request initial pictures taken, they become defensive stating regardless, you signed a paper with a "generalized" name so it's hard to pick an exact location and refuse treatment to the problem area(s) you initially signed up for. Finally today, I met a manager, who confirmed, they hadn't had one in a long time and I requested my initial pics and reports. We found, they've been cheating me and partially treating less areas- thank God I've always refused to pay again for those covered areas. Her defense and those of the nurse manager was- "it was then, they didn't sign me up and tell me those areas were covered and those surrounding areas are called other names, and the initial person who signed me up is to blame, not them" and still deny treatment unless you sign a new contract with another defense of "...to protect us if you then develop like a rash... Really, these has to stop. They just cannot be trusted. Actually had to leave without even getting treatment and I will not go back. Response to your reply: Customers including myself have repeatedly brought these concerns to your attention and you have always not done the needful; but keep taking money from unsuspecting clients and not honoring the contract. I got my lips done by Denisley and i couldn't be more happier with my results. They look exactly how I wanted them but the best part was that it didn't hurt at all! The staff was super nice and considerate and I would give them 5 stars all around! The reason why I'm giving only 3 stars is the result of my cool sculpting experience. I received the treatment back in January to try to get rid of my stubborn belly fat. They said I would see results in 3 months but there's actually a bulge where the treatment was. It's like the fat became thicker and solidified slightly? I know there's a 3 month checkup however due to COVID-19 I believe it was cancelled or they just never rescheduled it. After waiting 10 months to see results, I am really disappointed that I spent over a grand on a treatment that didn't work for me. Coolsculpting won't work for everyone and I just recommend everyone to just work out instead. read more

GOOGLE REVIEW: Stay away from this place. Here's their scam in a nutshell: They basically get you to agree to services via a zoom call and have funds sent to them from a third party lender for whatever services you are interested in. The lender sends them the funds prior to you getting any services and you now owe the lender and have to immediately begin making payments. They put a time limit on when you can use the funds then have slim to no availability to book you for the services in a timely manner. Then, they keep your funds saying you didn't use them in time and it's non refundable. It's a scam and I see many other reviews that are the same issue as mine! Here's the details on how they do it: You first do a free consultation with a sales rep. She talks you into many services you may not need. I only purchased a few -- cool sculpting and Botox. The price was appx $4000. She then sends you documents to sign purchasing the services via Ally Lending. She does not let you off the phone until you sign them so you feel a lil pressured. Unfortunately, I signed them. BEWARE: this contract has an expiration date in terms of the funds must be used before the contract date is over. She then scheduled my first Botox appointment then told me she could not book the cool-sculpting due to system error. I was told to call the locations personally and book. I tried all 5 locations in the and nobody had availability for several months. They said they had a staff shortage. I then became medically ineligible to receive cool sculpting. They refused to refund the money. They then told me I could use the funds for other services. I came for Botox today and are saying my $4000 credit is no longer available for use as the contract on those funds expired. As I sat here going back and forth with the receptionist who took no ownership to help me resolve, there was a client on the phone with the same exact issue. One of the leaders of this company is ERIN MOORE who refuses to answer any emails or return phone calls. She had her direct report CODY WHORLEY call me to resolve and he promised I could use the funds for other services and also offered me a free service. I have called and emailed him repeatedly to honor this request and he is just like ERIN, unresponsive. I will be reporting this business to the BBB and seeking legal action. read more

Love this location and the nursing staff here! The facility is clean, and they are a bit easier to book appointments with than other Houston area locations. I feel as though I'm getting a good value for the money I've paid for treatments now that I've built a relationship with the staff over the past year. Angela is the only nurse I ever request appointments with because she has made the process so easy (and literally painless)! Customer service has been a horrible experience for me 75% of the time during my membership. There's rarely a manager available. I've had to wait days or weeks for a manager to contact me. My daughter and I are both members on my account. She was denied getting 3 of her laser hair removal treatments because she travels often for work and needed treatments outside the set timeframe. I was promised an adjustment for overpaying and the manager did not notate it in her email so now I have to pull bank charges again and wait again to speak to a manager. Ideal image is the worst place to go. The sales lady will call and call and call and call to try to get you a virtual appointment. After weeks of ignoring her I finally caved and decided to do a virtual consultation for Ultherapy. During our consult I specifically asked if the ppl who perform Ultherapy have a lot of experience using the machines. She told me that everyone at ideal image has extensive training (BIG FAT LIE). To make a long story short, the girl who did my Ultherapy had no clue what she was doing because she left NUMEROUS track marks on both sides of my cheeks, chin and under my jaw!! I also had blisters under my jaw, which is NOT supposed to happen with this machine!!!! The track marks stayed for over a month and this place can care less about their clients. When I went back up there after complaining of how awful my face looked, they just sent me home with sample antibiotic face cream. INEXPERIENCED AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM IDEAL IMAGE!!!!! Pay a little extra and go to a REAL PROFESSIONAL PROVIDER, like a plastic surgeon or dermatologist who has a lot of experience and knowledge using these devices. Horrible. A con job. Their phone rep, Passion Johnson, does a consultation, you explain exactly what you are looking for and gives you there quote for the service you want. You sign the agreement with an initial payment, and set the appointment then go to get your first treatment. Talk to the nurse who says what you want will cost $2000 more, and want you to sign a new contract. I naturally changed my mind, but they don't refund your money when they did no service. They will rob you blind when you can find this same service much cheaper elsewhere. read more

I don't think this is a location issue, but more of a company wide issue. I was pretty disappointed when I reached out for pricing information on the area I was seeking treatment for. The customer service individual was polite, but refused to provide any sort of ballpark pricing to me and continued to only get me to come in for a consultation. Perhaps they have great results from their work, but I'll never know. I don't have time to go in for a consultation for something I potentially can't afford. Extremely clean (trust me, I am very picky about that). Couldn't ask for a more friendly group of people to be around. I was quite nervous in the beginning due to the nature of what was going to be done (laser hair removal) and the location of the area to be treated. Christian quickly put me at ease and I've worked with her ever since, adding more areas as we go along. In each area, there was somewhat of a difference after first treatment, followed by significant results after 1 or 2 more treatments. Some areas are nearly complete now while other areas are mid-way and others still are in the beginning stages. All of my questions are quickly answered if not by phone, then by email. Sometimes both. I have been SOOOO impressed with the laser treatment services i have received. I just completed my third treatment today and the results after 2 treatments were amazing!!
