I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Prime Laser Center for both locations Katy and Sugar land. I did not achieve the promised results even after two years for full body. The effectiveness of the treatments is awful. One major issue I encountered was the outdated equipment. The machines used during my treatments frequently overheated, causing discomfort and making the sessions quite unpleasant, wasting my time. This is unacceptable for a service that advertises advanced technology. They always gave incorrect excuses for why I did not get the results yet and told me I needed more packages!!! For the last package they promised me that all machines are in the new condition, but it was not true. I invested a significant amount of time and money, expecting to see substantial improvement, but unfortunately, my expectations were not met. When I raised my concerns with the staff, I did not receive a satisfactory explanation or solution. The big group of my friends are not satisfied with them as well. I had high hopes for this treatment, but after two years, I am left feeling frustrated and regretful about my decision to choose Prime Laser Center. Hello, I'm recommending you to find a different place. I would give -1* to Prime Laser Center. I purchased for $ 500 the 6 sessions package for the whole body during 2020, when covid. Every time when I asked why I don't see a difference and I still have a lot of hair, they always had an excuse and blaming my body and hair but not the laser machine.. When I complained, the management couldn't do anything for me , only on the last session putting a higher level to the machine, after I requested that almost every session. The management was rude and when I complained they responded that I need to purchase more sessions and that they can't help since I paid anyway less than others for the whole body. They forgot that no one was buying their sessions during covid and I spent my money for nothing. Also when I made appointments I always had them in my notes as they are trying to change the hours and making you feel like you don't know when you made the appointment so they can change for whoever they want. I had 6 sessions at other state and I moved here. Their technicians care only to sell you more deals than to take care of the actual treatment. Sometimes they are careless when actually doing the treatment and as the customer i have faced multiple issues with them over the course of my treatment and when you complain about them, they just start to offer you some free service of some useless unrelated services and later try to charge you for them. I have faced burnt marks which is one of the employees burn my hairline during forehead laser and patches on my hairline and skin from few of the sessions about which I complained to them in the past but all they do is give you false information and promises that it will get fixed and no end results. I was sensitive enough that it's humanly mistake which can happen with anyone. Also I would like to add that the lady who is Supervisor of prime laser all locations, Samara on the front desk is extremely rude and disrespectful and doesn't have any manners to speak with the customers who are paying for the treatment, as after my treatment today, the technician who was treating me offered me another package for 500$ and when i went to the front desk and asked Samara about it, she was very mean ,disrespectful and was not polite when i asked her as i was interested in taking the offer as my Hair removal treatment is not complete yet. But instead she started to talk crap and went on crazy with me in front of other customers, which was really rude and embarrassing to and I felt bad and disrespectful. I just asked her nicely about the offer which was offered to me by the technician who treated, and if they are unable to give them and honor their offers then they should not be allowed to do that, but if your technician has already made the offer then it should be honored no matter what. And even if they can't, the foremost thing is that they should treat people with the respect they deserve, as at the end of day we are the customers who pay them to make their business. I am really upset about what i had to go through today as in front of other customers and Samara the lady used curse words with me in front of other customers which should not be allowed and she has no right to do. Every time I go for session they say promotion is going on and this is complementary and that is. And than you really discuss about it they start attacking you and comments you like it's not a flea market and you are not at the shoe shop. When I asked Samara/Sameera that I have to think about the offer she is giving because I asked that your technician was offering me something complementary and all she said is if you walk out of the door now I won't give you any promotion. Is that you deserve after being a three year client with very minimal results and all they say is oh it's may be hormonal and everyone skin is different. You can not force customers to buy something. It's my choice if I want to take it now or later or If I need time to think. Just because you asked your boss for promotion and customer don't want to take it, you can not force yourself to take them. There's way of taking to customers. You should treat every customer equally. I have referred my friends to their locations but I regret I shouldn't have as they also say the same about location. I hope owner take an action against her as you can not treat people depend on your mood. Also i am attaching my burnt hairline for which I have to take separate sessions from Dermatologist. I just want to say I was going to this place for laser removal and it didn't really work. but I think it takes forever to see results because their machines are so old and do not work! They break every time they start the treatment and make you wait for at least 30 minutes for the machine to start working again. It was a waste of time. Also when I finished my last 6 sessions they told me to purchase another package the same day, other wise they will charge me like a regular customer if I didn't. I have done 7 laser seasons at Prime Laser so far... not much changes at all . Their laser machines are old and not effective . They keep promoting you to buy another package while you are still on your first package and they do not provide refund for the second package even if you don't want to use it later . I purchased an all body package for my daughter but after using all sessions she did not have any results. So I purchased another package for her and she just had her 11th session and they are now telling her it takes 4 packages so 24 sessions to get the desired result. This is just a money grab. My daughter shaves more now than when she started. They never turn the laser high enough to get results so you keep buying packages. I have had laser and had results with less than 6 sessions. Everytime I come here, I'm Always greeted by friendly smiles. Sometimes, they even attend to me earlier than my original appointment time. My appointments are always short and sweet, depending on the areas they treat you. Clean facility and they never fail to ask your level of comfort on the laser strength used on you. Guys the first thing, all good reviews you see here are due to their marketing strategy to get a free additional facial. I got full body 6 sessions for laser hair removal through a friend's recommendation. The beginning 3 sessions were good but 3 sessions after I stopped seeing results as I saw for the first three. If you scroll around in other reviews other clients have a theory that these technicians might be using the setting for laser at lowest to get you to purchase additional sessions. After 3 sessions, they start promoting their new "offers" and will insist you to purchase new sessions to see better results. After my 6 sessions my hair still remains thick and same growth. The friend who recommended this place also has the same concern. Also very important thing you might like to know, in treatment like laser removal regular timely session is very curtail to see results. Good luck on scheduling sessions at this place. I had to wait out for almost 4 months to get one of my sessions since I had to skip an appointment due to covid symptoms. They are not flexible when it comes to scheduling and are always booked. If you arrive 5-10 mins late, they won't complete all your areas and will ask you to book another session after two weeks. These are the things I experienced, my first three sessions were at Sugar Land branch which is amazing, but all of my bad experiences were at Galleria branch. Please be aware this is my true experience and hope it helps you understand the problems I've had while dealing with this place. The staff is very friendly,starting with the manager Samira ,front desk, Mei "whom I did my most sessions with" ,also Alex,and the other techs. I have a hectic schedule and had to change my appointment several times ,they were very flexible with that. Once I arrive ,I get checked in asap no time is being wasted. Extremely unprofessional practices and incompetent technicians. If you are a woman I bet you would be smart enough to not fall into their pathetic service trap, if you are a guy like me and have no Idea about which treatment is better for you then I would suggest stay away for them. If not there is a high possibility you would end up with a mess and loss of money. I am sharing my experience here ( I had consulted Prime Laser Galleria office on 6-10-19 for some light de-pigmentation of skin on the left side of my face and some old acne marks. I spoke to a manager there called Samira and explained the requirement, also I was very clear on mentioning that the nature of my work requiring me to constantly face clients. Hence I wanted something that would be mild and can be taken care of without gaining much attention. Firstly she spoke in a very joking manner and did not care of any of my concerns. She suggested me a Skinpen treatment and Facial laser treatment to thin my beard ( which was absolutely ridiculous and clearly sounded like a sales pitch, why would a guy ever want his beard permanently removed ? I plainly denied the laser). I did agree for the skinpen treatment on one condition that the downtime was minimum and will be mostly covered over the weekend. I paid $1500 and had undergone my first treatment on 6-14-2019, the skin peeling lasted more than the weekend but once the skin peeled off I was left with two vexatious patches on my face covering the Right side and left side. Over all the marks on my face have darkened as well as the new patches are utterly humiliating. I did explain this concern to Samira and also set an appointment with her which was dishonored as she did not turn up inspite of me waiting for 42 mins. I did receive a call though from her asking me to revisit and take some facial products for this mess that was caused by them. Also my request to cancel the remaining sessions and refund the money was deliberately delayed and ignored as I left messages for her at the office. I am now consulting a dermatologist to fix this situation. Moreover they do not have any customer grievances or corporate numbers to reach out to. I was asked to send an email to info@primelasercenter.com with my written complaint and refund request to which there is no reply or acknowledgement. And that the kind of service they provide. Update: You are not getting a refund, once you pay its gone. Update: I called them again to remind that my refund is pending. And it was hilarious, i finally got Samira on the call as she has been avoiding my calls just to avoid the refund. Ironically she was annoyed as I wanted my money back. All she said was she will talk to the management and remind them of my refund. Also surprisingly the management or her supervisor does not have a phone number that I can reach out to directly. So now I understand, you have a money taking machine in your pocket but no professionalism and customer service. read more

I noticed the growth of my hair after the first session, but they said I had to wait until the end of the sixth session. She is very thorough and will go over places with you if you feel like you need more. I was informed that I would need to purchase an additional package to "maintain," which completely nullifies a "lifetime warranty." I spent over $1,000 for laser hair removal and saw no results after going consistently three months in a row. I have done laser hair removal in California and saw instant results. I became skeptical of the quality of service when I asked to see patients before and after pictures and the person who is the head of the office only had two pictures of clients which she showed me from her phone. Weird. The other odd thing was the fact that they told me to shave before getting treatment. This is bizarre to do before getting laser hair removal, you must have some hair growth in order for the laser to kill the hair follicle. I had results after one treatment with thinner, less noticeable hair and after my full treatment I rarely have to shave anymore. They have affordable packages for your whole body and since I was so pleased with my results, I decided to get my full legs done as well.
