At first I thought spending all this money on removing my hair was worth it. Now I'm absolutely opposed to sending any money to these people. While the in office staff are friendly enough, how they handle miscommunication and complaints completely unprofessional and not customer oriented at all. They're very misleading in their promotions as well. I had bought the hair removal for my legs and arms pits first then added in Brazilian later. Since then Covid happened and I worked directly with Covid patients in med/surg and in ICU obviously my mind was not on going in to to get hair removed. Covid finally died down I can work on me again! Wrong! When I made an appointment, it was a month out and the day before I called to double check my time. My appt. Was cancelled without my knowledge. When I asked why, they said I haven't put a credit card down. A. I spent thousands of dollars to have lifetime membership where they said I could come in anytime. B. No one ever said hey you only have 16 months to come in as much as you want. C. NOONE EVER TOLD ME I ONLY HAVE 16 MONTHS OF UNLIMITED ACCESS. No reminders no follow up calls to say hey you're at your limit. D. I've complained since then obviously and this was my result: no follow up without me calling multiple times, and email a month later saying so sorry can't help. No manager ever called, no contract was ever sent to me, nothing. I'm so over companies not giving a damn about people. I don't have endless amounts of money to spend on $100's for a copay when I want to go. I thought this was lifetime? Sure invest in myself and when I have time then I'll go, but I guess not. Maybe they have enough millionaire clients they don't have to give a crap about us little people. I would've been better off with trying new places on Groupon. Worst customer service ever. Made an appointment, paid 50% ($175). A week later they had to cancel as the person who was supposed to do the injections suddenly went into labor 2 weeks before planned. That should not be my problem; I would assume the manager knew she was pregnant, so it really cannot come as a surprise. Bad management not to prepare for that. Anyway, they would try to get someone else to come in. A week later I had not heard anything back, so I called... "Ya we can schedule a time", why hell did no one reach out to me. Again, very poor management. I decided to ask for a refund, what else are they going to fuck up. They said that they would process my refund. Since then, over 1 month ago, two phone calls later where I was told they will get this processed, and 5 emails with no response what so ever. Still no refund. I paid $3000 (10 treaments) for my underarms and brazilian hair removal and the consultant told me it's a lifetime package (according to the consultant, it means I can go back anytime if I still have hair after all these treatments. She didn't mention the additional fee of course) After 10 treatments, my hair is not removed and they asked me to sign up for another package or I have to pay more money for each seesion. Sometimes a second time is not a charm. Tried their coolsculpt service a while ago- they over promised and under delivered. The girl who was there went over my results many weeks later only to use the excuse that "you don't see any changes because it must be your posture". Mind you i am a dancer so that was a far reach but she grasped for any excuse not to have ideal image accountable for not delivering on their promise of results . Meanwhile they forced me to put down $400 for down a payment and stuck me on a payment plan they put me on. So they expected to keep my word but yet didn't keep theirs. I actually went back to speak to Victoria Bisla and she promised me they would make it right because they are under new management and they value their clients and like them to be satisfied so she was happy that I had the courage to come back even after the poor customer service I had gotten prior - but such is not the case as they promised to make it right and call me back and didn't even do that. Huge disappointment as I thought ideal image indeed valued good customer service. I should have followed the other bad reviews and never went here. They will do anything to get your money. I've been getting hair removal for a long time in two different spots. One worked and the other didn't at all. I wasted so much time, pain, and money on the second spot and it's still just as bad as it was. They said I had the perfect skin tone, hair color and everything. They said not to expose it to a lot of sunlight either, which I don't. I would seriously love to refund all the money that they wasted. I have one left but it's still really thick. Maybe don't tell people how great a nurse is and only use her if she's going to have a baby soon.. maybe don't take people's money until the day of the appointment... maybe actually call like you say you did.. so here I sit with nothing a full day of worked missed and $380 on hold! Well, I finished the last of my contracted appointments (I still have a few to use at any time I need in the future). My hair has reduced at least 75%!! I don't care what anyone else posts, because I feel great. I was ALWAYS in the bathroom plucking hairs or worried if I had to pluck before the end of the day before I did this. I agree it is the most expensive thing I have ever bought, but I can go have a nice weekend away and not worry about embarrassing hairs apearing. The staff is always great at working me in too. I was on a wait list to get in during a visit recently to Las Vegas and the staff called to ask if a few different dates might work before the one day actually did work. If you really have a hair problem (I am not so sure some reports here really know what I have suffered with my whole life), this is the place to come. read more

First off I'd like to say that this review has nothing to do with the staff they are kind. I had cool sculpting done without results. I'm 5'3 and 124 at the start of the treatment. The staff made me feel like I was a good candidate for treatment as I did not meet any on the contraindications and exercise regularly 5-6 times per week. I just had a bit a belly fat I was unable to remove with exsecise so I thought I'd give it a try. Sadly I see no results now 4 mths out. I followed post treatment instructions to a T and increased my exercise regiment to included more cardio. Up one reassessment I weighted 121. Of course, now that I'm not happy with the result their response was because you have a small amount to lose you will not see results as someone who is larger. I wish they would have said I wouldn't see results at the consultation. The lack of results has made me depressed. I'm embraressed that I fell for a get results quick scheme and feel completely responsible for my optimism regarding cool sculpting. It was an extremely expensive $1200 lesson on body exceptance. I'm not perfect but I'm pretty damn lucky to look this way. We need to stop comparing ourselves to each other and celebrate what makes us beautiful. I started treatment in November 2014 for laser hair removal on two areas. I was super excited to finally have, if not a hair free life at least a much less hair life! I was informed that I would "maybe" need a touch-up here and there but that it would be very minimal, if at all. The staff was always very nice when I would come in and they did confirm appointments regularly. But... every appointment I had with them they were always running behind by a good 15 -30 minutes! Other than that I was satisfied with the personal at this location. Now for the hair removal. It didn't work - AT ALL!!! It looked great and appeared that we were making progress for the first 5-6 sessions. Then during the final sessions, my hair was returning sooner and in greater quantity. I expressed my concerns and they never really said anything other than that I still have a few sessions left, that they would increase the strength of the laser and to give it time. I am 4 months out from my final appointment and it looks as if I never went in for hair removal treatment. All of my hair is back, with a vengeance! Unfortunately, this was a complete waste of time, pain and money for me. I was told I was the perfect candidate for my skin tone and hair color. If that's the case, then why didn't it work. I would not recommend receiving this treatment as it is very pricey and does not deliver the results stated. Even the very minimal touch-ups is an understatement in my case. Well I was one of the lucky ones. I had a consultation with Maria (a fabulous sales lady). She explained everything and told me they could start my 1st treatment immediately. She ran my credit and then Told me how they don't currently have a nurse and don't know when they'll get one. She sent me on my way without an appt. I was told they would call me in a couple of days to set an appt. I didn't hear from them so I stopped by exactly 1 week later. I asked about an appt and I was told they have a nurse in training still in Florida. YIKES!! Red flags. I asked if they could look at my file and tell me exactly what my treatments would be. They said nothing was noted. I told them how I was told I need x amount of Botox in several places and juevederm in other areas. They said they didn't have any notes about that. First, of all I love the staff at Ideal Image. I am having two areas treated and I love the results that I'm seeing too. I have really really fair skin and dark hair so when I shaved, you could still see the dark hair in my pores! (What can I say, I'm translucent!) waste of money and wastw of time. what i was told when i was sold the laser hair removal package of under arms, bikini, and peri area was all a lie when tge treatments didnt work. i have less than 40% hair removed last treatment and now they want to tell me my hair is too light and i should see a doctor about a hormone imbalance. my hair is black and course and i dont have a hormonal imbalance. the lady who signed me up said if 85% of my hair wasnt gone by tx 9 it was a money back guarentee. that was a lie. most of the staff of nice but not all. the procedure is painful and a few seconds break is needed between several laser zaps but they want tl rush me. for almost $4,000 i should be allowed to have more than 1 ice pack and take more than 20mins to complete under arms, full bikini, and peri area. since thet dont eant to help i will be making this a legal issue. Dear Ms Vazquez, I presume that you do not know the circumstances, or you would not have even sent me such papers and realize why I find it such an insult, both to myself and my daughter. After hearing J.C. Fernandez (mix94.1fm) go on and on about "Cool Sculpture, as the non surgical, safe alternative for lap band or liposuction to lose unwanted fat, with no down time". We met with Jennifer on December 3rd at 3p.m. My daughter then suffered the humiliation of being stripped, examined and photographed. Jennifer told us both in her office, that Scarlett was an excellent candidate and we should expect a 25% fat loss within 2 or 3 months. We were told that I would have to pay extra for 4 more areas, which as you well know was never done and refunding for those is not even a choice. We were told that it would take 8 hours.We could it one day or in sessions. She said the next day was open and we do it all at once. So I kept Scarlett out of school the next day,She is an excellent student and this is the only day she has missed this year. To my surprise ,I got a call from Robin(?) in 3 1/2 hours! that she was finished and I could come and pick her up. On January 28th we had a follow up with Christine. Again the humiliating strip, exam and photographs to tell us what we already knew. There was no change. Either the nurse was in too much of a hurry to do it right, we were lied to about Scarlett being an excellent candidate, or Cool Sculpture is a total scam! Refunding me for the 4 session not done, is not even a choice for you. I will spend any expense for my daughters well being, but I feel, and I am sure any lawyer and judge in the country will agree, that the full amount should be refunded. Ideal Image can come up with more money, or they can still refund and pay legal cost and fees, not mention the means that I will go through to discredit your company. I have a lot of influence in Nevada, Texas and Florida. I will also notify the State attorneys of each state that you should be closed down. I do not get Scammed! read more

The staff is strange. They all smile but the feeling you get is quite different. I always feel so uncomfortable there. The people who do the laser treatments are different every time. Some are sweet and others are very rough and just want to get you out of there. The actual process is only minutes but extremely painful. So painful in fact that I stopped going cause I couldn't bring myself to go back even though I had paid a $1500 for my upper lip and chin. They don't tell you how painful or that each time it gets more painful as they turn up the laser. This last time I was crying, my face was bright red and hot for hours, and the bones in my face hurt, no lie. They put aloe on a card and told me to put on as much as I felt I needed and said keep an ice pack on it I have one treatment left and I still have hairs that won't go away. I expressed my feeling about the pain and she told me it's part of the process and it would hurt more the next time. I could get something topical for the pain but it took months to get the script from them. Please think about spending your money here. I am Hispanic and my complexion is naturally tanned they did not tell me until I was well into the process that all this stuff works the best on milky white skin. Do your homework, ask a lot of questions, and read reviews. I wish I would have put more thought into this. read more

This place isnt for anyone who has dark thick hair that is looking to get smooth hair free results. I started my process when I was about 19. I did a consultation with Jennifer. Shes quite the sales woman. She took advantage of my lack of knowledge with hair removal and promised me I would have hair free armpits after about 10 treatments. She also promised that the darkness under my arms would also completely fade with the treatments. When I asked her to see pricing for all the areas so I could decide if I wanted to get another area done she just said it all depends. She wrote a few prices which seems sketchy. I felt highly pressured to sign and get the process started. So I signed a contract to about $1700 for 10 treatments that guaranteed the results I was looking for. At the end of my treatment I saw about 30% hair reduction and 50% thinner hair. They said to keep the process going I had to pay $60 per treatment. And they also said the darkness under my arms isnt anything a laser would treat. Very sad that I wasted so much on this. I could have paid for other bills!!! They all seem very nice but their motive is money. Not much honesty. Though a few nurses are very sweet. If they would have just told me I wasnt a good candidate because of my hair type and really given me a good consultation I would have given them a good review. read more

As an XMAS gift to me my fiance called to book treatments and to see what would be better... doing the half off deal they had going on their company website or the groupon deal. We ended up going with the half off, When we get there we waited an HOUR and A HALF after my appointment time until I was seen, Mind you plenty of other people that came in after me were in and out in 20 minutes. We sat down with Dawn and discussed all the paperwork and somehow $400.00 turned into $4,000.00! She signed us up for a loan and falsified our monthly gross income. We went home and decided (THE SAME DAY WE WENT IN) that the treatment wasn't for us. So we called to tell Dawn we wanted to cancel and she tried to get us on other plans and other deals but we declined and said no thank you just cancel it. She said she would have to wait for a manager to come in and do it because she couldn't (for whatever reason). We said ok and trusted that she would get it cancelled. Its been a month and they are just now getting back to us (after we've called plenty of times) and saying we cant cancel and that Dawn must've ACCIDENTALLY typed in the wrong amount for your monthly gross income and we owe the entire $4,000.00!!!!! I'm in the process of disputing the charges and hopefully the will be honest and just cancel it like their employee said they would. Its disgusting that they do this to people! Highly Unprofessional. i'm currently a patient in ideal image and all i can say is they're the worst business i've ever seen in my entire life. i am asian, brown skinned, dark hair and so the laser best suits my needs. i decided to sign up a contract with ideal image because of their advertisement. first, i had my underarm treatment done and in fairness to the laser treatment there was hair reduction. i paid $1430 for 5 sessions and 4 touch-ups which if compared to other laser skin treatment are 10 times expensive. i did finish the 9 treatments but still the hairs are still growing and so i just pay for the touch ups costing $40. i do get the hostile and unfriendly service/treatment from the so called 'rn' staff every time i go there. second, their sales consultant have me signed a contract that made me regret for the rest of my life. i paid $4500 for legs but only the lower legs. i am very emotional right now upon typing this review i feel very depressed and frustrated. i had scars on my first treatment but it went away because of my best effort and consistent application of anti scars and moisturizers. my legs are still having the ingrown hairs and terrible itchiness avery time the hairs grow back. i told the nurse about the problems i'm having but they just seem to be ignoring it. it is very frustrating why am i getting such kind of treatment having paid $4500 for only lower legs. now i feel miserable and very regretful for having signed the contract with them. these are not the only instances that made me write this review. there are a lot more worst encounter with them. the staff seem so racist and snob. they don't really care about their patients. all they care about is the money. in short, don't waste your money for such lousy service with the costliest laser treatment in town. right now they are having promotion don't let them fool you with their advertisement. read more

I had cool sculpting done at ideal image. I was told it was a permanent solution for getting rid of my unwanted stomach fat. It was very painful and uncomfortable during and after. After 5 days I called the office complaining of very pain nerve feeling. I was told that I was at the high peak and its normal. Kristine did not seem to care, but after many numerous calls and getting the run around. I finally received nerve pain medication. 4 months after my cool sculpting, all my fat has returned, despite me working out 2-3 days a week. I would never recommend ideal image or cool sculpting to anyone. read more

They sold me a package for 13 treatments and were pretty confident that they could take most of the green out. I had 10 treatments and it does not look like I had no where near 10 treatments. I decided not to use the picosure anymore and go somewhere else because they don't care and literally it makes you want to cry how they treat you. All they care about is your money. It was $3500 for 13 treatments and then they hit you with interest so I ended up paying $6000 for something that didn't even work! Don't waste your time here and don't do laser hair removal either I had three treatments and looks like nothing changed. The sales consultant will do everything she can to sell you a package but the results are really bad. Don't waste your time and money. Their staff is rude and most of the time they didn't even have a second person to blow the cold air so I had to hold the hose. It's ridiculous. Laser hair removal is the process of removing unwanted hair by means of a laser. Removal is defined as eliminating. With that said, I spent a year and half getting laser hair removal for my underarms. After nine treatments, I still have hair. I assumed that the hair would be gone in its entirety, hence the name laser hair removal. I would no longer need to shave or wax. That is not the case. From beginning to end, my underarm hair has improved, but ultimately there is indeed hair under my arms. The goal of Ideal Image is to remove 80% of hair. However, that is not stated in the contract. Based on that goal, Ideal Image should only charge 80% of the price. That means you owe me $250 for completing 75% of the hair removal process. Instead, in addition to several hundred dollars, I need to pay a $50 "copay" to begin the lifetime membership touchup sessions. Shouldn't the lifetime membership kick in years later after the last treatment? If you are looking for some of your hair to be removed then this is the place for you. If you want all of your hair removed then continue looking for another company. Try your local dermatologist office. read more
