Someone at this store opened a line of credit under our name after we did a free consult with them several months prior. We found out about this when we received a credit card statement with $1270+ several months later. We ended up filing with BBB and Nevada attorney general. They claim it was a mistake but how can you open a credit line and charge over $1k without costumer permission and just say oops we made a mistake. Stay away ! When you complain u get this " business response " that they love to hear but when u call they don't even ask what the issue is if your name isn't on their receipt ! Horrible read more

The employees at this location are extremely nice and helpful, but the customer service on the headquarters is beyond terrible. I was misinformed by the consultant who said they can treat skin with vitiligo, and was very quick/eager to sign me up for the loan of $3k. Upon arriving at my appointment (May 25), undressing, and getting evaluated, I was told by the technician that according to their medical personnel they in fact could not perform laser on vitiligo. The very helpful receptionist said they would be issuing me a full medical reimbursement and the case would be handled by corporate. I was contacted once on June 6th, but could not answer as I was busy at work. The message said they would be "temporarily closing" my case until we could schedule a time to speak. I have tried contacting this person through phone and email almost every day since, for the past 3 weeks, to no avail. No email responses, no missed calls, nothing. I even called the summerlin location but they can't do anything since it's corporate. It is extremely unprofessional the way this is being handled, especially since it is for medical reasons. And now I either have to continue making payments towards a loan that is now pointless, or waiting on paying until they fix the reimbursement but taking dings on my credit in the meantime. Again the staff were so nice, but if I could give this whole corporation zero stars I would. Sorry your higher ups are so terrible at doing their part. Thumbs down. They do the "timeshare-sale" thing, were if you ask a specific questions and they can't answer it, and you tell them that's okay they ask: "SO YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED THEN?". Like, I am, but if you can't give general prices over the phone, then I'm just gonna go somewhere else that can, DO NOT make your customers feel like they are wasting your time. I had to leave a review just to say- SHOP AROUND! I first came to get a quote/consultation at Ideal Image because of their enticing "70% off" commercials I'd heard. But I always shop around first, so I got 3 more quotes from other laser removal places and Ideal Image was WAYYY higher than everyone else, even with the 70% discount!! I did not appreciate the high pressure sales- they tried to tell me they are the only place that uses Candela laser machines, but the salon I ended up going with- guess what?- uses Candela laser machines! They also tried to sell me on purchasing a whole bunch of treatments because they said it would take about a year to remove all the hair! Well, guess what- after only 6 sessions at this other salon (LA Laser hair removal- highly recommend- see my review) I am completely hairless on my bikini line! The service was horrible. I've called a handful of times and not once has anybody returned my call regarding my cancellation/refund. I went in for my appointment and the medical nurse said that if I proceeded with the broadband light therapy my dark spot could get worse than what it already is. There is no use of me doing the broadband therapy if it will be worse. When I did my zoom consultation I was told that when I go to my appointment and I was not able to get the procedure done I would get a full refund. You can go back listen to the recording because everything is recorded. It's been several weeks now and till no return call. DO NOT do any zoom consultation or give your cc information. Beware of this place! Don't waste your time and money on it. I called this place for a HydraFacial, but they insisted on a zoom consultation. During a Zoom consultation, the person asked about my skin issues. I explicitly mentioned having dull skin and expressed a desire for a glowing complexion. She advised me to try the BBL treatment for my face. I got an email requesting my card details prior to setting up an appointment. My account gets charged $294 by this company after I input my card details. Afterwards, I booked the appointment by email. The day before my appointment, they called to inform me that I need to reschedule due to their provider leaving early. I was extremely disappointed and inconvenienced by the need to change the appointment time due to their mistake. They called me once more, a day before my second appointment and left a voicemail, admitting they had mistakenly scheduled appointment at the wrong time, asking for another reschedule. Their unprofessional appointment system left me disappointed once more. However, my card was already charged, so I had no option but to reschedule my appointment again and my doctor's appointment got affected because of this chaos. I finally went to my appointment with Christine, RN, and she informed me that the zoom call person gave an incorrect recommendation, stating that I am not a suitable candidate for BBL. She mentioned the possibility of my skin burning from this treatment, which made me uncomfortable. Christine was unable to explain the reason for my inability to get the BBL. At the end, she stated that my skin tone isn't suitable for his, and this BBL is only for fair skin tones. She failed to properly explain their services, so she misled me with false information. I questioned why they have a zoom call system if they won't give proper recommendations, but Christine didn't reply. I received no services, my appointments were rescheduled twice, my debit card was charged, and I felt robbed. It's a complete waste of my time, energy, and money. They texted me question after question and emailed as well, but when I asked a question they stopped replying. I came her for laser hair removal, I was talked into the full Brazilian which was around $3500 for all the sessions they recommended. 2 of the 3 areas I paid for had blonde hair, so the service was painful and not effective (which they don't check before you pay for all their services, they let you sign up for everything and then you don't know it's not going to work until the tech is up in your goods telling you your hair is too light for the treatment to be effective) the laser can only penetrate dark brown/ black hair. Anything lighter is an absolute waste of your money and extremely painful experience. All the dark hair I had was treated properly, but the blonde peach fuzz underneath the dark hair remained, so I still had to shave. Biggest waste of my money. Painful experience and nothing to show for it. Don't bother wasting your money on their overpriced laser hair removal. Go somewhere else or skip it all together. I wish I went to an aesthetician instead. Instead of this company that is selling overpriced services. read more

I'm leaving this review so no one else will experience what I went through. I went in for laser hair removal on my chin back in 2018. Yes this review is about service from 2018. Here's where everything went wrong, right at the beginning the paperwork was lengthy, and my consultation with Victoria. She tried to up sell me with other products and services. After what felt like an hour long consult she got the point and set me up for what I came in for. Pricing was all over the place, however they offered financing without interest if paid off within a certain time. Great sign me up I didn't have to pay right away and I will get my services started. Wrong the next month I got the bill I had interest charges and if it wasn't paid on time $100 late fee. Instantly I called Victoria to have the account cancelled and changed. Of course she apologized for the inconvenience and beginning working on changing the account. It took her 2-3 months to have it all handled, mean while I'm still occurring fees. Long story short it turned out the account wasn't actually cancelled just paid and I was stuck with the late fees on the account. It took me almost 6 months to get the account totally cancelled. Highly unprofessional. Don't waste your time. I went in for a consultation with Jennifer. Received a message the day before my appointment telling me that in order to confirm my appointment, I needed to call back. So, I did and all was well. Arrived to appointment exactly on time. Waited for Jennifer for 15 minutes, and when she came out, she said "Sorry, I thought you'd be late" and clearly had JUST gotten her eyebrows waxed. First off, why in the world would you think that I would be late? Second of all, if you are trying to squeeze in an eyebrow wax, don't do it on my time and don't lie about it. I've had previous laser treatments and came in because Ideal Image claims they will customize a treatment package to each individual. First of all, Jennifer spent more time arguing with me about what kind of laser treatment I had previously than she did looking at my hair that I wished to have removed. (Again, unprofessional). Then, your choices of packages are anything but customized - it's either buy each treatment or buy a package of 9 treatments and get 50% off the package. Which would be great if you are new to laser because you get the guarantee that you will have complete hair removal, but I was just looking for a treatment or two to finish up my legs. Overall, I was under-impressed due to the lack of professionalism. Clearly they are doing well despite my opinion and without my business, but it's not a place that I would bother to do business with. read more

I'll keep this real simple...... Signed up with Ideal Image to have my back, arms, shoulders, and clavicles made hair free. Initially I chose the pay as you go plan. Paid 500$ a session. I was at my next last session when Heather informs me that under my contract they have the option to change the price at any time. She said they were doing that today. My fee went from $500 to $1300 immediately. Then she offered me an upsell to a package for 1800$. In the end they stole almost 2000$ from me. While I have been there only one person has stayed the same and she is great, the rest are incompetent, rude, liars. To top it all off, I had a medical problem and needed to speak with their medical director "Flip" Homansky, M.D. Guy was a jerk. I'm actually very surprised by the rating has for this place !!! 2.5 definitely not accurate. I am currently on my 3rd treatment of BBL. Every time I've come in every one is very sweet and knowledgeable. They offer you water. They have a nice place with a nice bathroom and all of the soaps, creams and materials you need to feel comfortable. I've had a different girl doing my treatment each time. All have beeN greAt but JESSICA specifically was very very sweet. BBL sort of hurts so having her talk to me and rub my shoulder to trick my sensory receptors was great!! Warning!!!! Ideal Image is a scam!!!!! The Initial consultation is a set up to get you to finance services. They will tell you that your goals are achievable and can be done within weeks. They will set you up to come to the office for complementary visit. Only then will they tell you that they don't have enough certified personal to perform coolsculpting services so they are overbooked and the nearest appointment to begin treatments is 2-3 Months Away. If you are unhappy with Their scheduling issues and try to get out of the contract they will tell you that you will be contacted within 5 business days but you will never hear from them.By then You Are Financially Obligated to pay for the services no matter if you get said services or Not. You will have to request any information about the services you signed up for. They Do Not Automatically send them to you. And your Legal Headache will begin!!! read more

Get a different banking company, please! comenity bank is the absolute worst and I am sort of pissed at Ideal Image as well. I was told if I make the min. payments I would be paid off in 2 years and it was interest free for those 2 years, well most of the time I paid $80 more than my min. amount, sometimes more. I had $500 left to pay and I got hit with a 27% interest rate so now I owe $1100! Not only that but I schedule my payments and they screwed up my February payment and it showed past 30 days - I am currently buying a house and my credit score dropped because of his and there is nothing i can do about it - I am so disappointed with the company they bank with! I'd heard the ads on Mix 94.1 for years and thought, they must be true with this testimonials from JC. I bought a hair removal package as a birthday gift for my husband. He likes to have his hair line at the back of his neck looking like it's freshly cut. He went through all the pain of 9+ months of treatments to be hair free on his neck (he complained of how painful it was every time). The only time his hair line on his neck looked good was while he was in treatment. Once he finished all the sessions, the hair came back... and it looks hairier than it did before! Now, I am back to shaving his neck between haircuts and feeling like we were frauded! Hair removal, smair removal... And shame on Mercedes and JC for promoting it. read more

It has been exactly one month since my night session which was my final session of my laser hair removal treatments on my underarms I have to say I'm 100% satisfied with the treatment and self and the results I definitely have to give credit to the amazing staff there every single one of those women in their made myself and my grandmother feel very welcomed they knew who we were and they greeted by name every single time we walked in and they knew that anytime they made me appointment to make one for my grandma right after me they were constantly giving us reminders to make sure that we were never late for appointment and that we never forgot it and when we had to reschedule they were very convenient to work with since I've had my last session I have had no hair growth on my underarms and I'm extremely impressed with the results for I have these treatments I was a little nervous because I was told since I have dark hair and dark skin this would it really work out for me or I would have to do more sessions in the standard 9 but I'm happy to say that everything has worked out in my favor and it has also reduce the scarring in my underarms and lighten them up I was the kind of person who would typically shave their underarms everyday or every other day I had severe scarring and a lot of ingrown hairs I do suffer from psoriasis and that left a lot of dark marks on my underarms but since I got the laser hair removal I can gladly say that a lot of my irritation has gone away I highly recommend this place if you feel like getting any hair removal but also they offer a lot of other services and I definitely going back read more

I never received a confirmation for my actual appt so I called, and was told there was no appt scheduled. So I went through the process again. This time signing a contract and everything (this was overall a 3-4 day process). I get my confirmation and go to the appt. Get there and again there's no record! Their services are sold to you as "Hair Removal." Towards the end of my treatments I advised the staff I was not noticing much of a change, 40%-50% at most mainly in thickness of hair. I was advised that their services are "Hair Reduction" and that as far as they were concerned it was a successful treatment. After speaking with the manager they decided to give me 2 additional treatments. I still haven't noticed much "reduction" and they're unwilling to help. It's a waste of money since he treatments are ineffective. I purchased the life-time option and have not returned because the quality of your treatments definitely doesn't match their price.
