As a 4 years customer, I've been on treatment for years, so I prepaid 1100+ dollar when they had deal on, for ipl/bbl.. And after summer vacation I call schedule only to find out they did not tell me, that one year prepaid deadline when expiring , and then they also stop providing the service ipl/bbl that I prepaid for and OFFER me to go to Sugarland location where they say now the only location has it. After getting rescheduled and going through my initial consultation and waiting 3 MONTHS for my appointment I was told they could not provide the full services I had already paid for and had at other med spas. I was already irritated because they had rescheduled me and put me off for so long and didn't seem to care at all about the inconvenience. Now even though I have had all the same products before they refused to do one thing because I react to new stings. I have had the same filler before a few times without issues. here we go again! ideal image sold to some company named elase. as of january 1 2026, this new company taking over will not honor any contracts currently with ideal image before 2024. let's get this straight. if you have a contract with ideal image like a lifetime contract this new company elase is not going to honor it! how i found this out? via text message on a monday night! just a couple weeks before they take over. i've had a contract with ideal image since 2005. yes 20 years! ive been through many different management. every time it's been for the worst. and this time apparently this new company is not honoring previous contracts. they are demanding existing customers pay a monthly fee for any existing lifetime contracts. on top of thousands of dollars i already paid ideal image. in 20 years i've spent over $30k in services at ideal image. laser hair removal, botox, fillers, coolsculpting, aling with other services. now this new company elase expects me to pay them more money? i have a contract with ideal image. when this new company bought them out elase should also tare responsibility of all ideal image's clients and their existing contracts. looking at reviews of elase, doesn't take long to learn the type of company they are and the questionable practice tactics they employ. to send out a vague text message to existing ideal image customers on a monday night is beyond shady business practice. i will be contacting ideal image management first thing in the morning. if they are not honoring my lifetime contract i will be asking for my miney back. all the fees i've paid for lifetime contracts. and i will be contacting an attorney. these venture capitalists continue to dilute customer services at the same time denying customers existing contracts purchased and paid for. it's not my problem what type of deal elase has with ideal image. i do know my existing contracts should be honored. enough of the grift! read more

The woodlands location has been amazing. I was actually surprised by the number of sour reviews left, I feel like a lot of them likely didn't pay attention or listen well during their consult. (Can you really be mad at the company for a power loss come on) During my consult they were able to explain what types of skin/hair color it works best on, cost, contract details etc. I felt very informed making my choice. All of the ladies there have been fantastic, nice, easy to make conversation with I have always felt comfortable throughout the whole process. Now- they don't tell you pricing till you do a consult but there's a lot of information to be explained to be fully informed. Pricing wise they are most definitely higher than some places you may find, but for the service and results it was totally worth it for me. I have light skin and dark hair and saw about 40-50 % hair loss after my first session. I am very happy with results and service! Also, the pain is minimal, I did a full Brazilian and it's bearable, no where near "torture" feels like a light rubber band snap and they work quickly so you're in and out. My review based on the Botox service I received... It was my first time doing Botox. I was nervous, also I am allergic to lidocaine. I had a lot of questions, since, I wasn't familiar with the procedure. Caroline was my technician. She took her time to educate me and answer all my questions. She addressed all my concerns and made me feel very comfortable with the procedure. She distracted me while injecting sensitive areas, and walked me through whole procedure. It was very quick and wasn't painful like I thought it would be. I have a fear of needles where just thinking about it makes me scared. If you need a Botox CAROLINE IS THE BEST. It's been four months and their staff lies and refuse to call you back. They ignore you when you ask to speak to management. They made me sign a contract to pay $5,000.00 dlls for hair removal treatment for my daughter (17 years old). And nobody ever told us that this treatment is torture for some people. No one ever recommended to buy an anesthetic cream to apply on the treatment area before going to our first appointment. They took advantage of me at a vulnerable time and made a 'plan' for me which cost 7000 dollars. The consultant Sarah Jo Smith from NC just hit me with the most expensive treatments. She didn't even try to tell me about cheaper alternatives. I tried contacting her the next day just to ask some questions and concerns I had. I emailed several times after that but she conveniently went on break. I even tried emailing Dyanne Eckdahl the lead resource who kept giving me the run around and avoiding me. It's like as soon as they were paid by the loan company Ally Lending, their job was done. Yet I was still willing to get my services done with them. I made appointments for all services the consultant hit me with. Now here's the kicker, they canceled on me not once , not twice but three time already and I haven't even started any services. I was just about to leave for my first hair laser removal appointment after being rescheduled twice when Megan from Dallas calls me to tell me there's a glitch with the internet and they aren't able to use the iPads needed so I can be cleared by a nurse before I begin. I told her all the things I've been through. I expressed my discomfort with dealing with them at this point. I feel like they are manipulative, dishonest and plain greedy. It isn't about the money at this point. It's the feeling that they overcharged me for extreme services and are now not even attempting to get started on my treatments. BUT, just know, going into it that it (cool therapy) doesn't work for everyone and there's no guarantee that it'll work on you! The person I knew went in, had consultation, started treatment, then after all the treatments were up it didn't help them lose ANY body fat! They asked for a refund and though it took some major back and forth for awhile, they eventually gave a small refund. Hey, something is better than nothing! I've been going to Amy at Ideal for over a year. I am beyond satisfied with the level of service I receive from her, and the staff. I've been to several other med spas and the don't seem to know to schedule appointments correctly. They always get me in right at my appointment time, I am greeted with friendly smiles (behind masks of course currently) upon arrival and treated as an actual VALUED client. I also love how conveniently located they are at Market Street. I'm a working mom who often forgets to schedule my appointments in advance. I've been to many Ideal Image locations and this is by far my favorite one!! The ladies at the front desk (both named Kaysie) are the sweetest ever!! Once you walk in, they immediately welcome you and offer you a beverage while you wait (the wait is usually 5 minutes MAX). Kim, Liz, and Erin are the nurses who take care of me during the appointments and they are awesome! To say the least. They're all so funny and kind. They make the appointment pass by super quickly! They help and talk to you and make you laugh while they work. Now I am getting my legs, underarms, bikini and upper lip treated here. Be aware: it is painful! They order you numbing cream which helps but it's still painful (the treatments). With that being said, I think it's still totally worth it!! I never have to shave and it feels great to always be ready to put on a skirt or a sleeveless shirt. The manager Brittany, is a sweetheart as well! She will work with you to find the best payment plan (I paid it all because I don't like debt but they offer interest free plans). The plans are medical based so they don't effect your credit score! BUYER BEWARE!! My wife bought a cool sculpting package for $4175.00 to do four areas back on August 31st. One week later on 9/7 they called to cancel her second appointment on 9/30 at 9:30 am as they would not be available that day. Then on 9/29 at 7:30 am she received a text that was canceling her appointment that day as well. She texted back and asked for them to call her. Nobody ever called, so we called to cancel the remaining appointments and get a refund. Miraculously, somebody called an hour later and offered us an appointment at 9:30 am on Saturday 9/30. This was our original second appointment time that they had already canceled. The woodlands store was not answering the phone, so we called corporate and spoke to them. They felt really bad for us and passed our case to the refund department. Several days pass and we get a call from Erin on 10/3 that they can't refund our money, but she is going to go talk to a supervisor to see what she can do. (Think used car salesman here). She gets back on the phone and can't do anything, but will try to for my wife in to see what will work for her. I get in the phone and ask to speak to her boss. She says she is the one to talk to on the resolution team. So I ask her to speak to her supervisor and she says they are all on the same team. So I ask who the supervisor was that she just spoke to was and she says it is Ashley. So I ask to speak to Ashley and she says that she will have a supervisor call me back and can't guarantee that it will be Ashley. I tell her that since she just spoke to Ashley, I would wait. Conveniently, I can't wait, Ashley is in a meeting. I said "you just spoke with her" and she says that the meeting just started and that she was actually missing it. I don't know how their services are, but their customer service is terrible and untrustworthy. I highly recommend that you DO NOT go here. There are plenty of reputable places in town that offer the same services. Again, I don't know if you will or will not be happy with the results of any services, I can just tell you that you should be very Leary of this establishment. I Purchased a large package of cool sculpting and hair removal in Florida, in November of 2019. Due to COVID all services were cancelled in February 2020 and then rescheduled 6 months later due to limited appointments . I moved to Texas the following and was told I would be allowed to redeem the remainder of my sessions and complete my treatments at the woodlands location. Upon my arrival I made multiple phone calls, requesting appointments for the services that had I had pending and was told by the receptionist that I didn't need them because they were extra services (10 hair removal sessions and that I only needed 7) the rest were future touch ups for hair removal that I had purchased and they wouldn't be able to honor it here in the Woodlands, even though it's a nationwide company who tells you that you can complete the services at another location as long as you call and change the new location to your home clinic . In addition to it a had the last cool sculpting session which they didn't honor stating that I had to contact the Florida location. When I contacted the Florida location they stated that according to the services purchased which were Already paid in full any of their nationwide locations were contracted and would be able to honor the services. Once again I contacted the location in the woodlands (there's only 2 in Houston) and the same receptionist took my information and number once again for the 3rd time and no body bother to call me back. She stayed the center manager wasn't in the office every single time and she would be following up via emailing. I never received a call, email, and the woodlands location didn't honor my services! I've had a Terrible experience with Ideal Image the Woodlands I paid for treatment of Ultratheray i was very excited in April 2020. Everything was done thru Zoom I had to call back because after I was charged right away for my treatment. No one ever called me to book my appointment for my Ultra therapy. Then finally I got appointment got appt. for June 19. Due to the COVID -19 understand that part. But they could of waited to charge and not even book me. So finally June 19 came I was so excited for my appt. So I went in ladies in front were nice so once in the back didn't get to myface maybe 1/3 of the treatment the machine stopped working seriously!!! So I had to leave not even half ass done! So they would call whenever they got another machine finally I was back in July 29 back to redo the entire neck and and from cheeks down. Get this is a very painful procedure I get it . But it can sometimes take up to 2 1/2 hrs mi E was done in 1 hr including Botox on my forehead. So I was aware of the length of time it would take in ores to start to see result were up to 3 mos. So I went Back for follow up Nov 3. no change whatsoever at all on my face on my before or after pics what a disappointment this has been and they call me today Nov 4 to tell me I need to wait 6 mos to see any results this is ridiculous I told them. I told her if I would of known this I would of gone somewhere we're I was going to see results quick at least a month or 2.
