Some of their services are on the pricer end ($2.99/page for faxing is steep!) but the staff were upfront about these rates before offering assistance.

My 5 star rating is really attributed to Darrell, who was the only person I communicated with and he delivered with stellar results in timely fashion. Darrell was professional and super cordial on the phone and was quick to explain their prices, the process and the estimated print time. After a quick email with my printing attachments, he was able to call me back and give me a realistic timeline for my print job. In less than 24 hours, he was able to produce several high quality print jobs on foam board (36x24) and charged me $60 each. While I'm aware they're not cheap, they're not nearly as expensive as any print job I dealt with back in NYC. (#1) Plus, the work was again, outstanding. While I used them for boards / posters, I know they can handle far more complicated print projects. Their services also include business cards, marketing brochures, books / booklets, maps, blueprints, charts, menus, t-shirts, and even laminations. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again. You're heavily encouraged to use the lounge area right next to where the line starts to fill out your forms ahead of time and you will be charged for extra tape. Be sure to note the lunch break and 4 PM closing time as the USPS website will give you a generic 10AM-5PM. For being a one-man team, this spot does a good job. I got there right at 11:30 and shortly thereafter a line of 5 people built up so try to come early or right after his lunch break is over.
