Don't know why, but I got a bad vibe, like they didn't feel I was ready to drop a few grand on furniture. Maybe they are not good at judging customers. Our old fridge in garage stopped running. Was loaded with food which we put in large ice chest. Went directly to Idler's. Chose a new fridge from their selection of ones with blemishes. Found one that was just right and we could barely see the blemish if we looked hard. Go great del on it. The new one was delivered and installed the very next morn! We can always depend on Idler's. We replaced our 2008 dishwasher with a Bosch from Idlers Paso Robles. Tina was our salesperson and super efficient. She matched the price of one of the big box stores since I wanted to go with Idlers given their positive service reputation. Wade was great in getting us into the market for a double wall oven. He went out of his way to help us on many levels. Although the pricing wasn't anything we couldn't have gotten somewhere else, the local aspect of Idler's Home and their reputation for after-market service (yet to be tested, and hopefully never will be needed) sealed the deal. The only hitch in the process is when we scheduled delivery and installation, then had to postpone it. We canceled the initial day of installation three different ways... through text, email, and a message left at the store. The crew arrived on that day anyway. Since our electrical setup needed upgrading before the oven could be installed, I just had them drop off the oven in our garage and arranged for a later install. From that point on, everything went smoothly. This was a minor glitch in an otherwise excellent experience. I would recommend Idler's Home to anyone considering an appliance purchase. Had a great experience at Idlers buying a top brand dishwasher! Prior to getting to Idlers, I tried Home Depot and BestBuy. Home Depot was $200 more and couldn't get the washer to me for 6 months. BestBuy was $60 more and couldn't figure out how to get a live operator on the phone to provide any semblance of customer service. So I headed to Idler's in Paso and worked with Wade who was just wonderful. "White-glove" customer service. Worst customer service in the central coast. Went to idlers on or about October, 9, 2021in search for a new bed. Meet with sales person by the name of Colleen. Placed an order for a king size. Colleen failed to forward any/ all information to company to issue card. When I contacted Idlers and talked with Colleen she admitted that she did not proven the correct address for any/all mail. Then she forward the call to a Tina that stated I had to contact the company to correct any/all discrepancies. Call the number given at it was merchant only. Call Idlers today 10/25/2021, and advised them of the problem. Nothing but problems with this company, so I canceled my order based on there substander supervision of their employee substanders performance by their employees and substandard training. read more

Four years ago we bought our new LG refrigerator from Idler's along with a five-year extended warranty. Recently, when we were out of town, our house sitter notified us that our refrigerator had stopped working. Idler's was able to schedule a service visit for the day after we returned home. After determining that parts would need to be ordered, Idler's managed the next day (!) to deliver a loaner fridge to us-a service that we greatly appreciated. It turned out that a couple more service visits were needed to solve the problem, but their loaner refrigerator made the delay livable. I'm very happy that we bought our refrigerator from Idler's. I'm not sure other stores would provide such excellent customer service. read more

Do not go here I was searching the internet for appliances found what I wanted showed the salesman did all the work all he had to do was transfer the appliance from Santa Maria and take my money and call me when the appliance arrived no call I finally called he said it was my job to call not his in other words it's my job to call me when the appliance arrives from his store to his store so I can pick it up. Also when I did call the first time a Hispanic woman answering the phone was very unprofessional didn't sound like she knows much about how there operations run if your foolish enough to shop here all the luck to you. Update: called upper management was told I was lying. Next little interesting thing happens after calling went to hook up appliance there's part missing person started trying to say hum you bought scratched dent like implying it didn't come with a hose lol now I'm dumb!!!
