Chance was very meticulous, methodical, and patient when explaining his findings. When I showed him some aesthetic flaws of the new built, he took photos and included them in his report even though they were not structural issues as a favor for me. The best part was that he spent time physically walking me through his assessments by showing me inside and outside of the house. It was a very helpful gesture on his part. I don't know how much a general inspection should normally cost, but a friend told me $420 is a great value. Based on Chance's professionalism, patience, and customer service, I felt confident that I would hire him again for any future needs.

This was not an inspection -- it was a drive-by. He missed obvious, widespread tile floor cracks throughout the house, issues so visible it's hard to believe they were "overlooked" at all. When I asked him to come back and re-inspect his own miss, he had the nerve to say it would cost another fee. Because of this incompetent inspection, I lost $5,000 backing out of the home. This company didn't protect me, they cost me thousands. Total waste of time and money. This is a bullshit company with zero accountability. If you don't want expensive surprises after you're under contract, stay far away. You will absolutely regret hiring them. Never recommended.

Allan was very responsive throughout the entire process, and was available to discuss services with him 15 minutes after submitting. Pricing and payment was transparent and a smooth process. The inspection report was very thorough with pictures and written in terms I could understand. Allan checked items I wouldn't have even considered and made several ongoing maintenance suggestions. He used a drone to inspect the roof, thermal cameras to inspect HVAC and insulation, electrical outlets, water systems, appliances, etc. Discovered several items I wouldn't have noticed (or at least not until they became serious issues). Driving on the already dangerous hwy 290, I see one of the Dudley trucks, fully decked out and representing his company, weave in between cars behind me. He comes up beside me and tailgates, with mere inches of space between, the car in front of him until there's enough room to cut the person off in the next lane. It was aggressive and dangerous driving - something we don't need more of here! I wanted to bring this to your attention and to the company's attention because it's such a poor representation of the company and I can be sure to never hire them for my house inspections.
