We actually were referred to Daniel through our real estate agent, Kimberly Schmidt. My husband and I were originally going to use the San Diego credit union for our loan funding, but when we finally found a house we liked and needed to get a pre-approval letter to make an offer asap (you know how fast the San Diego real estate market is ) - our bank was closed because it was a holiday weekend! So as a favor to our real estate agent, Daniel met with us at the last minute (on a holiday no less) and was able to go over our finances and get us a pre-approval letter by the end of the day. Not only that, but he went above and beyond to get us the same interest rate as the credit union in order to keep our business. We have been nothing but pleased and impressed with Daniel and his team. Daniel and the production manager, Kirk, always respond to us in a timely manner, are quick to answer questions and explain everything. They do their best to make sure you are comfortable with the numbers and the parameters of the loan before moving forward, which is especially important when making a big financial commitment.
