Their high tech golf tracker system was amazing as it shows your yardage, club speed, how you impact the ball, everything you can imagine. I was looking for a new golf club set and came here to browse to see what they carried in stock. It's a small shop off of Folsom Blvd., so decided to come here on the way to Folsom. The staff was nice and greeted me upon entrance and showed me around. They carry club sets, apparel, golf equipment and more, but what I noticed is that they mostly only carry stuff for men, which was a bit upsetting. They only had 3 clubs sets available for women and I didn't see any clothing or shoes for women. They do, however, offer fittings here if you need to get fitted for a club and what not. I did want to acknowledge the fact that the staff was very helpful in showing me what was available and offering recommendations from their available stock. Thank you. read more

What an incredible experience. I went in to get fitted for clubs and had the best customer service in my life. They took their time with me, I got to try out tons of different clubs and at the end they showed me all the different options for grips which I knew nothing about! I had a few good range sessions and was convinced that I was ready to upgrade from my old second hand irons, so I booked a fitting at iFit Golf. Matt was awesome, super patient and very knowledgeable. After a few swings, it was pretty clear I had maybe jumped the gun on this whole "new clubs" thing. But here's the best part, Matt didn't try to push a sale or hype up some magic club that would "fix my game." Instead, he hit me with some honest (but much-needed) truth: I need to work on my consistency before investing in new gear. And honestly, I really respect and appreciated that. Customer service is not close to standard. Fitted and purchased an entire set a few years ago. Regardless, if they are out of warranty, I called for help and guidance. They asked me to bring my club in to look at it because there was a rattle in my head. I drive all the way over here for them just to tell me I need to contact Taylormade Would've been nice if they could tell me that over the phone and save me a trip. I went inside the store, one guy was working on clubs in the garage bay, the other guy was helping out a customer on the golf simulator. I'm standing around for about 10 minutes, the guy on the simulator walks right by me and doesn't say a word, like I was invisible. No greeting, no "I'll be with you in a minute", nothing. Then the same person walked by me a second time, again, not a word. This isn't how you treat customers. So, I left to take my business and money elsewhere. While I was leaving the same person was at the cash register and looked at me like where was I going? Others may not have had this type of experience, but unfortunately I did. Had my clubs re-shafted 4-5 months ago, wasn't a fan of the service at the time. I followed through with the purchase because I wanted to try composite shafts. In the last week the head of my 9i came off and as of today my 6i is loose and needed to be pressed back on several times to finish my round. Recently I stopped in to have a putter that I'm trying lengthened and fatter grip put on... the service this time caused me to leave abruptly and purchase the grip I wanted on Amazon in their parking lot. I would rather pay someone else to fix my clubs than return. read more

I went in to have my old clubs regripped. The person I went through made a comment that didn't sit right.... "Why would anyone spend $200 o regrip... when the clubs are worth $150, maybe. I can tell you why. I went to Cabo and played a few rounds and loved it, im getting back into the game, so why spend $2500-3500 for a new set when I just spent close to a thousand on a suit for my grandmother's funeral before going to your shop. I'm not made of money, but I had no problem dropping 2 to 3 thousand on a new set. You didn't try to up sale... probably because your kid or grandkid was using the simulator, and he couldn't be bothered, and asking him to move would have made you look like the bad guy. I hope the In and Out burger was good because you mentioned how bad their fries are. Bobby had just left for the day, and from what I understand, he is either the owner and/or boss. So i ask these questions. Why should people spend money with this company and invest when they talk down and belittle their customers? Why should I trust this company with my best interest in the sport? Why should future customers lay their trust and golf game in this company? I chose to go here to support the local golf shop and not a big box like Dicks, but dicks didn't make the off handed comments and had better customer service and was willing to fit me with the proper set of clubs... maybe not custom, and it would be off the shelf, but they are and willing to make the effort and they offered to fit me when I was ready, able and could financially afford to do so. Instead, I put my trust into a local golf shop that ridiculed me and made fun of me rather than educate me and improve my bag and golf game. read more

Always good when you ask around for a great place to get fitted for clubs (which I was doing for my son for Christmas ) and two different people referred me to iFit golf. There's something about supporting a local business that I really enjoy , and when you have an owner operator like Bobby who genuinely cares about his customers and is hands on you get to meet him plus his amazing team it makes me want to come back. . Adam was excellent and patient with us , going through a variety of combinations until we were finally able to settle on a set of Taylor Mades. It's also worth noting Adam gave my son a couple of great tips for his golf game while we were doing the fitting that was also greatly appreciated. There were some collegiate golfers a couple of semi pro players in as well , you can see that the amateurs and the pros were all treated the same with great care and effort. I went in for a Launch Club Fitting, the staff did bang up job, I didn't buy any clubs but found out what I needed to work on

We had a golf trip planned to play some great courses out of state and I had just been told i had the wrong shafts in my irons by a golf pro I was receiving lessons from I was just fitted for those irons by a different company I called ifit needing new shafts fast they instructed me to order the shafts online and bring them in and they would swap them out with new grips. I did so and received them back in two days! Ifit is fast and very knowledgeable about golf. read more

I visited this store today to shop for wedges and maybe a hybrid or fairway wood. I entered the store and there were two associates working. The only other customer in the store was a gentleman in the fitting booth. When I walked in, the younger guy said "hey" to me and walked back to the booth to help the other customer. The other associate didn't even look up from the computer. I browsed the wedges, took a few swings, and rolled some putts. I meandered through the woods racks and poked through the fitting carts. I walked right by the counter and the guy still didn't look up from the computer. Without more than a "hey" sent my way, I walked out of the store, never to return. If they don't want to acknowledge my presence in their store, I'm not going to give them my business. read more

The staff and clubfitters are knowledgeable and helpful. They have a good selection of hats, putters, gloves and wedges. Their golf shoe selection bothers me because they don't display the prices next to the shoe. You have to ask or find the box to match the shoe and look for the tag. It's not as easy as Golf Galaxy or WW of Golf were you can clearly see the pricing. They don't have a very complete line of irons to look at and seems to be missing Titleist. They also don't have a big shirt selection either. The putting green is small. Much better new location. read more

I recently got fitted at IFIT in Folsom on their high tech track man. I got fitted for Callaway Apex irons and they dialed me in exactly for my for my swing. I also got fitted for a driver and I tried all the drivers and all the different shafts and they showed me on their track man which driver was the was best for me so I bought the Big Bertha. This all happened about a month ago and I've never hit the ball so good. I just recently bought callaway bag and Joel helped me find what I was looking for. All the people at IFIT are very knowledgeable and they have all the best equipment and I will definitely go back Bob read more

I have NEVER, EVER been treated so rudely! I walked in and apparently interruppted a sales person standing just inside the door who was watching television....excuse me???? I approached him and explained why I was there and what I was looking for which was a set of graphite clubs. He responded with "A driver will cost you $500.00". What kind of answer is that? I never even mentioned a price/price range! At that point, another customer approached him and he turned and walked away with the other customer never to be seen again. I waited for a few minutes to be sure I had been dumped and when that was confirmed, I walked out. read more

They've got a good room to understand your swing and get you the clubs you need. Its not cheap but they do know what they are doing. The guys seems cool and concerned about you and your game and that was a big difference than some other shops. You can go as high or low in cost as you would like. They also have state of the art equipment. Parking and getting to it is easy if you are from Folsom, not so much if you are from Sacramento. read more

I must have been invisible or something. I am just getting into golfing and need to get all the equipment. That is going to be a lot of money spent but this place will not be getting any of it. I had previously written a one star review of iFit back in July of 2012. I decided to give them another chance the last year with the hopes they have fixed the issue of poor customer service. Im glad i did. The owner has definitely done a better job of hiring employees who love sharing their passion for the game with customers of all backgrounds and skill levels. I nolonger feel like im being sized up when i walk in, instead im greeted with a smile and a helping hand. iFit golf finally has that hometown golf shop feel i was hoping to experience the first time i walked in. Joel is typically who i go to for my fitting needs. Why? His possitive attitude, endless knowledge of the product, and his sincere desire to help his customers have a pleasant experience everytime they walk in the door. I find myself in there weekly now.
