We called in and a staff member told us we could do same day pick-up, so we arrived at the shop, and they installed the box within minutes. Needing to get rails installed on my Honda CRV, as it did not come with rails when I purchased it, I immediately decided to come to Rack N Road upon the recommendation of my dad. I just today, May 17, had a car hitch installed on my 2016 Prius at Rack N Road for a Kuat Sherpa 2.0 bike hitch rack I also bought there. I cannot praise this business too highly. I visited the showroom on Sunday afternoon, May 12, and Michael was amazingly helpful in allowing me to learn my options, and he also offered to match a discount on the bike rack offered by the REI store about two miles away. The R&R staff was incredibly helpful -- they were able to tell us what the dealer wasn't: the Outback Limited already has the cross rails built in, you just have to unlatch them and swing them into place.
