Instead of just speaking plainly and telling me that he wouldn't or couldn't air the tires. He looked down his nose and in a mocking tone of voice said "Ooh that bike belooongs to someoone, Whooeever that is. It'll haave too bee retuurned to them." I didn't get his name but I'll never forget his face or voice. I'll never go back to that shop and I'll warn everyone I know about it.
