My daughter shattered her iphone 5s screen while we were shopping in a store adjacent to the ifix. When I was quoted a price it was about 50 dollars more the Space coast irepair on North wickham road which I had used in past and satisfied with. However I was right in the plaza and it was convenient, unfortunately I wish I checked Yelp reviews. Within a week of the repair the phone screen began lifting up and causing issues with the phone. When I brought it back to have repaired they didnt have another white screen in stock and it would be in on Friday. This was the Tuesday prior to Thanksgiving. I said I didnt want to go out on Black Friday and the clerk said he would hold it for me. Because the phone was experiencing so much difficulty with the screen lifting off and I was concerned of further damaging the phone, I called on Black friday and said I was coming in. They said the part was not in, It would come in on Monday. Monday the part was not in. My husband called on Tuesday and stated that he was coming in and wanted our money back so we could have spacecoast irepair replace the part as they had the part in stock. The clerk responded that we could bring "our whole family in" but we weren't getting our money back. About 15 minutes later a supposed manager called and apoligized for the clerks behavior and the part would be in the following day. The following day, upon calling to verify the part was in....UPS DID NOT deliver the part. So finally when the part came in and I brought the phone to be repaired I was told It would be 2 and a half hour wait as there were two phones before me to be repaired. It should be noted that there was no apoligy that we apparently recieved a "faulty part", certainly not an incompetant repair. Had I checked the YELP reviews which I tend to use to base my business selections onI would NEVER have chosen this business. Also to note is the case that was on my daughter's phone was never returned. When I asked the clerk about it he said he would check the back but did not see it. He said we could pick another case. I had ordered the case custom for my daughter and was not interested in another case. read more

Absolutely disgraceful experience (avoid going to this place at all costs) I went to this shop to fix my the back of my iPhone which was shattered , the phone was fully functioning without any issues. Went home after having a new back glass installed for 106USD to find out that - Front Camera is not working -power button is slightly stuck -no sound - volume buttons aren't working -phone started to get really hot so I disconnected it from charger Went to the shop this morning to sort out the issue, and the technician there attempt to fix what happened with the phone and the only option I had to accept him replacing the original spare parts with non-original spare parts An hour later went to the shop to find the phone in pieces with the fire extinguisher on the desk and the battery seemed melted Had to speak on the phone to 2 of the managers where one of them was trying to manipulate And twist the facts saying the glass is fine but they are offering to fix the phone , I demanded a refund for the service I paid for and have them repairing the phone as they were the ones who caused to damage due to poor installation After a lengthy talk and haggling I was offered to have the glass they installed removed , having a refund paid getting the phone fixed at their costs which I agreed to Mins later I was told this is not possible and I can only get either a refund or have them fixing my phone , they even refused to replace the device So I had to bear the loss with them Not taking ownership of what happened , I agreed to the refund and took back the phone which is now literally a piece of metal I am believer that mistakes could happen but it is how they handled it , their manipulative and twisting techniques in dealing with situations like this I'll be writing everywhere about them read more

Wow I should have read reviews before doing business with these non-professionals ! I dealt with a smart guy named Dillon Brantner, don't be fooled by his initial quiet demeanor, if there's any issue he quickly shows he has no business in the Customer service arena. We called ahead and asked the price of replacing I phone 7 screen we were very explicit and said okay 130.00 that is the out the door price? Dill brain said yes. Is there anyone out there that doesn't understand what out the door pricing means...anyone ? Well Dilbert doesn't, so when I asked why are you charging me 139.00 when you said 130.00 was out the door price, Dilbert said you have to pay tax ! Seriously when you tell people the final price have the integrity to charge them that price, it's a basic axiom of surviving in a business Dilbert ! We started yelling at one another and Dilbert said get out of my store, then told who I guess was the manager (Steve) ? to call the police to remove me from the store. What a snot nosed loser this kid is. All he could keep saying is you have to pay tax ! Come on Jethro as I tried to explain in the store I will pay tax you charge me 121.50 and 7 % tax makes it 130 just like we agreed ? This higher math clearly eluded Jethro, oh sorry Dilbert, and all he could keep saying was get out of the store and can't you understand you have to pay tax ? Like a moron I watched a YouTube video thinking I could repair my Ipod Touch. As I was taking it apart I cracked the screen an severed the ribbon cable for the screen rendering it useless. I took it in for a quote. Kenny was friendly and helpful. I was hesitant to leave it but I felt more comfortable as the conversation went on. They had the screen in stock and estimated a few hours. This was fine since I had some other errands to run, and honestly I thought it was going to take days so hearing a few hours really excited me since I use it everyday at the gym. My Ipod was finished on time and didn't look like some idiot that can use Google and YouTube (i'm referring to myself) had tried to disassemble it. The headphone jack was repaired as well, which was my original issue that began this journey. The price was right too. I did tell them I was hesitant because of the reviews on here. I was told they were under new management and had hired new service techs. Well judging by the prior reviews and the service I received, they made a good move and definitely delivered some quality customer service. I'd use them again without hesitation. read more

They are super friendly and always willing to help, I like that they don't sugar coat things in order to sell to costumers, they take the time to explain you everything why you should do something or why you shouldn't and their suggestions, for that admire them, cause that means they care about their costumer. So with that being said, am always a loyal cos-tumer, and I always bring friends too when they have any issues with their devices, as I said I appreciate them because they won't never lie to you in order to sell you something and they you'll probably have to go back to store with another problem, and i l'm sure that's not what they want so they want to have loyal happy costumer like me, appreciate them a lot the other places usually always were trying to rip me off, thank guys! Steven is a technology guru! He works some magic and does an excellent job repairing all types of electronic devices. I accidentally formated the Linux partition on my dual-boot system, when restarting my machine I got an error thrown at me. "No bootable device found." Steven quickly resolved my issue and explained the problem I was having and showed me how to fix it. Turns out, I didn't uninstall GRUB when formatting the Linux partition, thus with no Unix system on my hard drive my computer could not boot windows. He made me a bootable USB drive and uninstalled GRUB, returning my laptop to factory defaults. Thanks Steven, you'll always have my business in the future. My wife and I brought a Galaxy SIII into this store and received awesome service from Steven. The phone was definitely on the Fritz and he reinstalled all factory settings, switched all of my wife's info from her S2 to the S3, reconnected it to the internet and helped us get the accessories needed for the phone all for very little money. IFix is a great store. I came in with a busted iphone 6 dreading the price and hassle that getting a phone fix costs. Until Michael talked to me. Last week I was over at the Avenues in Viera and went into the I FIX AND REPAIR STORE with 2 I Phone problems. One being it wasn't charging without holding the charging cord in. The other was a volume problem. The technician took care of my problems within 5 minutes. It just needed a good cleaning.
