I broke my work phone screen (Galaxy S6) about a week after receiving it, since it wasn't mine I didn't take the time to fix it right away. However, I needed to return it and had to find somewhere to replace the screen fast. Go Gadget gave me a very competitive price compared to surrounding phone repair companies in the area (I called and checked with quite a few phone repair stores). They said they could fix it in 2 hours, however I brought it in near closing so I picked it up the next day. Phone worked fine and looked good! Other phone repair stores said it would take a full day, or they needed to order the parts for the S6. Another said it would be extremely expensive because due to the design of the S6, the back of the phone would need to be broken and both the front and back screens would need replacement. Go Gadget did not have any of those issues, they had the necessary parts and fixed my front screen with no issues. I'd recommend coming here for any phone repair issues. Pros: fast repair. Cons: I called them to get a quote to repair an iphone 7 plus cracked screen they said its $150. When i came to have it repaired they're charging $170. They still gave me $20 Discount but the inconsistency of the price gets a strike 1 already. Next, after they fixed my cracked screen that's the time they only told me that the phone is no longer water proof! I use my phone for water picture/video capture now its missing 1 of the most useful features. They should improve on educating their customers of the possible outcome of their repair so consumers can get 2nd opinion else where. read more

Thought I give this place a try after I gave them hundreds of screen protectors for free a couple of years earlier. Paid extra for the premium screen so I won't have to deal with faulty screens later on. But of course it ended up having lines down the middle a few days later. Took it back to get it replaced under warranty and received yet another defective screen with dead pixels. Took it back another time and because this time the LCD was damaged they didn't want to replace it since they are unable to sell/reuse broken LCD's later on. They made a call to the manager that finally agreed to replace it one more time but my warranty will be ended immediately. Sure enough a month later the screen started becoming unresponsive and flickering. Felt like I just threw $240 away when it could have gone to a new phone. read more
