So my phone screen has been split about a million ways and I've just been too busy to fix it. It finally cracked thru my selfie cam so it became TOP priority HAHAHA. I yelped a iPhone repair close to my home and Go Gadget came up. Great customer service, reasonable pricing, fast turnaround time. My screen is back to normal with perfect sensitivity. I called and the guy seemed very knowledgeable about phone repairs so I came by and dropped it off. He told me to grab a bite to eat and by the time we would finish, he'll have it ready for us. Really good experience so far. The staff really seemed to know what they're talking about and were nice, not like all these other places with staff who think they know everything. We checked out a place in Pasadena and they quoted us over $100 for a battery replacement, and this place will do the same for only $50. Super affordable!!! The guy said it would be done in about an hour so we're heading to the mall (only a block away) to grab a bite! :) We got our phone back, fixed, and the staff explained everything very clearly and thoroughly. Saw this spot on yelp and due to the good reviews I decided to go pay them a visit. I had dropped my phone and my screen was shattered. They gave me an estimate of 110 for my iphone 6s. Desperately I just paid, but before leaving my phone the guy working there made sure we both checked that everything was working on my phone. After only 40 mins ( which I went to the mall to buy boba) I came back and my phone was done and looked great. It is expensive but then again it's my clumsy fault. Its been two weeks and my phone is perfectly fine. If your screen phone is done, I recommend these guys to fix it. read more

Broke my iPhone 6 Plus screen and found this place on Yelp. I spoke to Ryan ( very courteous) about the screen, he said come in so he can check if just the screen or LCD too. I ask him for the "real" price because one store I went in told me $119 over the phone but when I got there, it's $150 and 2 hour wait. The next day I went in, Ryan was there to help me, same price as quote, and wait time 35 mins to 1.5 hours because I decided to replaced my iPhone 5 battery too. Went for my lunch and back in 50 mins , both done. Nice and new again. Bottom line, honest, courteous and professional, makes customer happy means more referral and businesses. Good job. read more

BEWARE! This place used 3rd party batteries. I was told by the employees via email that they use OEM parts. When I got my iPhone 5 battery replaced, it only lasted about 6 months before it started to get swollen. I decided to take it to the Apple store and spend the extra $30 to replace it again and that's when they told me it was 3rd party battery. So they refused to replace it. I should of done my research first, cheap is not always better. Lesson learned, never go to a store that's not certified to replace a certain product no matter how cheap and convenient it is. read more

Class act of a business. Walked in after having sat on my phone and having the screen explode, was met by a very welcoming guy behind the counter. He checked my phone over and pointed out that I'd bent my iPhone 6 and the LCD was damaged also and they'd able to fix it up like new within 2 hours!!!! I've been here about twice (prob going to be more since I'm so careless with everything) but both times, their customer service has been amazing. I was helped by Ryan I believe, who was incredibly friendly and answered all of the questions I had. The first time was to fix my IPhone 5s cause the whole screen had popped out after I continuously dropped it one night. They were extremely professional and told me exactly how much everything would be and said I could check back in an hour or so (which is way faster than our place). It ended up taking longer but only because I had to fix my charging port. If you fix everything at once such as getting a new battery + cracked screen, it's cheaper than doing it separately so I thought why not? Total I got a new charging port, battery, and a Lcd screen for $150 which may seem steep but not for three things plus you didn't see how bad my phone was. We went on New Years Eve to get a new screen for my iPhone. Bobby was not only fast and efficient, but also paid great attention to detail. He also went above and beyond. While fixing the screen, Bobby noticed that there was water damage to the inside of my phone, and worked meticulously to remove the rust from every nook and cranny. Then Bobby noticed that some of the rust was coating my speakers, which would explain why the volume had been strangely subpar for a while, and replaced the damaged part for me.
