My Dad also stopped by when he was in town to get a battery fixed and he's not easy to please. They work quickly and are honest, which is hard to find these days. I brought my Samsung S6 in with a broken screen and they were able to fix it in a couple of hours for a better price than other places. Although one thing I noticed after I left was a new crack on the back of the phone which had not been there before (there was an old crack from about a year ago already). I wasn't expecting that so I returned and was told it was an unavoidable thing that resulted from fixing the screen. Would still recommend though read more

My LCD screen cracked while I was out of state and the repair shop there seemed very sketchy so I waited to find a local CA place. They seem to be very friendly and knowledgable. I had my charging port repaired and they did it in a timely matter. Why the 1stars? Once they finished my repairs and i paided. I drove off and noticed my phone is always in "No service" and came right back. I tried resetting my phone and airplane mode multiple times and he said he flipped the battery and it worked now. Also they stated my phone heats up while charging which is odd because it never did that before. Once i went home i noticed the battery drains 2x as quick now and when i was on the phone for 20 minutes it got really hot so i turned off the phone to let it rest. 30 minutes later i turned it back on and realized that the "no service" is now back.... Will not go back here. Probably go to the shop in the mall or something. More issues after coming here. My battery was replaced 3-4 months ago by Apple themselves so its not the battery nor did i have this issue beforehand. read more

I asked them to repair my phone. It is a Samsung S5 and the screen shows static. I knew what was the problem, because it happened before, an internal loose wire connecting the video with the screen. I did not tell them so, to test whether they were knowledgable, honest and trustworthy. When examining the phone, no cracks or scratches were visible, and despite it, they assure me they need to change the screen, which costs a large amount of money. Obviously did not know what was doing. I took my business elsewhere, and was, indeed, the problem I described, which was solved by opening the case (I lack the tools and the internal architecture knowledge) and reconnect the wire, paying just 20$. This review is overdue. I'm not the best at taking care of my phone, but I've been pretty lucky that this is only the 2nd time I've cracked the screen on this phone in the last few years. It's out of warranty now so I saw no point in taking it to Apple and paying the premium to get the screen fixed...so I searched for an alternative. It was a weeknight after 5:00 pm when I decided to go get it fixed, and this was one of the few places that was open. Lucky me! There was a yelp deal. I showed up about 45 minutes before they closed...they gave me a quote and told me it would be done in half an hour, but also to make sure I got back before they closed. I left to find some ice cream, and returned to pick up my phone. It was ready and everything worked great! Great service, quick, and definitely no nonsense. Also-very reasonable pricing. I took a iPhone 6 Plus in because the screen was non responsive and Apple store in Pasadena basically told me to F off. It was a replacement phone 1 month old and I learn it had the defect which people called it touch disease which Apple won't admit too. Ryan help me out and 3 hours later it was fixed. Came at 10am on a Thursday right when the store opened so it was not busy at all but there were people coming in within the first hour that I was there. Needed to fix my iPhone 6's charging port. $20 for a diagnostic test by itself. $60 to fix the charging port outright without a diagnostic test. I elected to just pay the $60 to fix my phone. Two guys were there and both of them were nice. I was out within a half hour. My charging port now works really well! No complaints really. If you want to get your phone fixed really quickly for a reliable price, this is the place to go. Be sure to check in on Yelp for a $5 discount. They also have a loyalty program where you basically get "cash back" to spend at the store. I payed $55 and have a $4.40 balance for the next time I come back. read more

This happens two years ago in September 2015. My Classic iPod was acting up (constantly restarting and crashing) and I have no idea where to get it to check up and fix. It was my first time here and they very thoroughly explained what's wrong with my phone that went through some water damage. After a minor repair on the charger port we realized the problem was much bigger. It was on the motorboard. They offer to clean up the motorboard for free and my phone start to function again.
