Must cancel within 48 hours or they keep almost half your money. OK, I get it, they lose money. But.... the problem is that they don't tell you the policy and when we tried to tell them that this was unfair and not something we agreed to when we booked, the bratty employee would only repeat that it was our responsibility to ask their policy and that it was on their website. This is absolutely absurd. In fact, she said nothing else to us, repeating herself about six times, ignoring it questions or objections. It was as disrespectful as someone plugging their ears and humming, truly. Lastly, the cost is absurd and not worth the experience. read more

It wasn't great. We waited for almost an hour before we were even helped by an instructor, it isn't exactly "indoor skydiving" it was a very uncomfortable experience and overall neither me nor my boyfriend enjoyed it. You are just laying down with a bunch of air blowing at you, doesn't feel like you're skydiving and you don't do any tricks or anything fun. Not worth the price at all. read more

I went skydiving, inside, with Sky Venture over the weekend. It was part of a family member's birthday celebration, and we all had a blast. The operation is very well run, with friendly people who help you out every step of the way. I thought it was great that the beginner lesson was split into two flights - it allowed me to be a fish out of water on the first one, but to actually gain a little control after I'd had a few minutes to think about it. Our instructor was great, and his demo at the finish of our lesson was absolutely incredible! The adventure is a little pricey (not outrageous), but that seems to be the way with most sports these days. I certainly recommend this experience, especially if you can go with a group of good friends or family. read more

I had such a blast! Jordan was our instructor and he did a phenomenal job. He was so much fun and incredibly helpful as your guide while you're in the wind tunnel. My sister, boyfriend and I wound up loving it so much that we added on another minute to our fly time. Although it is a little pricey, it's definitely worth it. Ok, this was awesome! From start to finish, the staff was friendly, helpful, and didn't even make fun of my flailing limbs! They made me feel as comfortable as one can floating in a wind tunnel, and were knowledgeable, personable, and encouraging. After trying several times to get in touch with the person I was referred to, I got one return phone call that was left on my voicemail and when I returned that phone call I was never contacted again. Our family of four went this past Sunday and had a blast. Everyone from right when you walk in to the instructors were AWESOME!! This is a must do if you are in Denver! Our daughter had a hard time with getting used to breathing while so much air is being forced on your face, the instructors were so caring and enthusiastic, they got her to back in and they turned the wind down and helped her do some other maneuvers that we're more like bouncing on a trampoline. She really enjoyed that and it was just great that they got her to try it again. A+++++ We will be back!! We highly recommend doing the high flight! It was amazing! read more

My 3 kids (ages 17, 12 and 10) had a blast with this activity!! The instructors were great and very engaged, making sure each person got the most out of their "flights". I recommend paying the extra $10 for the "high flight" add on as my kids all agreed it was the best part of their experience. read more

It's pretty awesome; however the price for the sheer 2 minutes is extremely expensive. I'd recommend just paying the amount to go skydiving, you'd get alot more and an entire experience. But, if you cannot do it this is something to experience at least once in your life! read more

Brought my girlfriend and the kiddos here and everyone had an incredible time! The staff was great, the learning portion was efficient, and the time spent in the chamber was a blast. We will definitely do this again. Overall it can be a bit pricey, but you get a great deal when you use the groupon. All equipment is provided. They clean it immediately after use. The photos they take are great! We got some pics with absolutely incredible smiles! I haven't see. These kids smile like that in a long time. It was definitely worth it and we shall be back. The skydiving and the team are excellent. My seven year old nephew was a first time flyer, and they really helped him to have a great time! This review originally had them at 3 stars due to the fact that the videos of his flight were removed from their website after only 25 days so we missed downloading them. According to their download instructions, the videos "must be redeemed within 29 days of your flight." You may say that it's my fault for not obtaining them sooner, and I'd say you're right; however it was also a misrepresentation on their part. After emailing their customer service department, they provided me with links to all of the videos that I had purchased. There was no fuss about it. I'm pleased with their responsiveness and their willingness to make things right. read more

I bought gift certificates for my boys for Christmas. They both said it was great fun BUT: 1) total of 3 minutes of "flight" time for $125+ each, 2) Virtual Reality footage was taken from videos of wind suit flights that they'd already seen. Wouldn't recommend the extra cost of virtual reality helmets and thinking a $200 Vail Ski Area all day lift ticket (!) is a more cost effective fun experience! read more

Amazing fun! Great activity to do with the kids. My four-year-old son ripped it up in the wind tunnel. You get an official certificate at the end of your flight. This makes for great gift cards for Christmas. I would recommend this indoor skydiving to anyone. you can be a little bit challenging to stay calm and keep your head up during your flight. However, my son was able to remain calm the entire time. His flight instructor said that he has never seen a 4-year-old do so well in the wind tunnel. read more
