Their voicemail basically says go to their website, kind of hard when it redirects to spam. So, I try on my phone and again, was redirected to some spam (see picture). A bit disappointed in the overall struggle to even try to get a reservation. I would strongly suggest that your processes and website issues be addressed as you are likely losing a lot of business to website redirecting and inconsistencies. Then the sheriff checked the safety equipment, and found it had no fire extinguisher. The sheriff talked about giving ME a ticket, because I hadnt checked the safety equipment adequately. So the owner said she would refund my ride cost. Instead, she put through TWO charges for the ride, and won't return my phone calls. I'm not happy -at all! I will skip these guys next time.

We are very luck in the Seattle area to have NWOC! I just learned about a Meetup group that does a monthly paddle from NWOC combined with having Swedish pancakes at the nearby (about 4 blocks away) Swedish center. I call the store and am told that the discount also does not apply to items that are already at their lowest possible price so my items must be in that category, although he admittedly is just guessing. Very misleading "sale"!!! So check your cart carefully before completing your purchases! Hi Paul - thanks for the quick response. I think you are missing my point and perhaps I wasn't clear enough. I am fine with this discount not applying to already discounted items and I understood that prior to attempting my purchase. Where I have an issue is where you refuse to apply the discount to items that are not marked as already discounted. That is misleading and in my opinion a very poor business practice.

He didn't show any care after we complained about his dog being unleashed. The lady drives ice cream truck ( maybe his wife/ friend) kept on saying that his dog is friendly. Refused to leash the dog and the attitude of the lady is extremely bad and not responsible. They are right next to the playground. Being a friendly dog doesn't give you the right to break the law. We appreciate his business here but being an irresponsible dog Owner putting community and his own dog at risk.

We each got a life vest + whistle and then our boards/paddle. The staff help you get on and off the boards at the launch area (which is the most challenging part of paddling for me!) It was a great experience with an affordable price point. The waterway itself was very calm/peaceful water. It made for a relaxing paddling experience.

I got lucky this past Saturday with an unexpected one-on-one SUP lesson with Captain Steve. Steve was kind, patient, understanding on top of being very knowledgeable and rooted in the sport from a young age. He was patient with me, knowing my balance is not the best it's ever been (after two kids), and needing to take occasional breaks due to my plantar facititis (read - also two kids). I had a lovely Saturday morning, and will absolutely be back. This location is particularly great for beginners because the water is calm, pretty shallow and the area is not crowded. Highly recommend for a chill experience.
