Kristina was super responsive and the communication and replies were quick, I had time constraints before the baby arrives and they were able to adjust me in their busy schedule! They arrived on time and were super quick in the job. Professional and their rates are much better than other quotes I got from some other companies! After finishing the job they cleared and cleaned the area as well picking up all remaining bits and pieces of wallpaper. I recommend supporting this local business , and they book up pretty fast as well! I will definitely book them again for my wall decor/ wallpaper work in future!

He got angry and sliced the edge so fast he left scratch marks on our brand new built ins. He was so unprofessional that she felt threatened. He did not speak English so it was very difficult to communicate the concerns. I then spoke to the manager Alex and asked for him to send someone else to fix it. He assured me he would send someone else and then sent the same person (which he clearly was trying to hide from me). They also have shady business practices. They have been listed on Yelp under several different names (probably because people have been unhappy) but it is all Ideal Construction. I paid $650 for a mediocre job done on 1 wall.

I covered two large walls in my previous home; it took a lot of patience and time. I purchased the wallpaper from Amazon since it was a commonly used website for my shopping needs. I received the wallpaper within a few days and then drove to Home Depot to pick up some paste and tools. I got some help from my girlfriend and her friend to cover up my walls because I just could not tackle it alone. And I wish I had a picture now because it accented my room and turned it into a portrait of art. The wallpaper had a metallic shimmer in the damask detail, which brought so much elegance to my bedroom. Like wow. I didn't think it was going to change the feel of this room like that. And the bathroom accent wall was equally comfortable - the wallpaper made it feel warm, or cozier and matches my towels so good! From my experience it isn't easy to buy wallpaper online but it's also one of those things that is harder to buy in-store since it can be bulky. All those rolls lying around on shelves so you can't even see the layout or design. But when you're buying online you get a snip-it photograph of the design. And on this website you can sort of zoom in to the different textures or styles. Now, in my new-to-me home I plan on furnishing the bedroom again. I've considered doing the bathroom but this time planning to paint the bathroom and cover the bedroom. I found this website by using Google search, so I have been searching through the website and even emailed the company twice to ask questions. One feature that I considered a pleasantry is the product calculator. First I measured my room in feet than I had to break it down to inches. Tip: write down all your measurements and draw a layout in pencil!! So now I have both measurements feet and inches. Using the websites calculator they had I entered in my bedroom dimensions and it displayed how many single rolls I needed to buy. I picked out the wallpaper by York called Ashford House. It isn't cheap but the manufacturer has a well-known brand. And if you look closely it shows a lot of detail that looks really nice from a distance. I assume this company purchased from a warehouse because it sounds like the owner works from home instead of right at the warehouse. I made a call to their Texas number and got a live person; but he called me back with my tracking number. I googled York Wallpaper and learned they ship out of Pennsylvania. Which makes total sense now. All in all a great experience for online wallpaper shopping. I'd say my only complaint would be how long it took to pick out the wallpaper I wanted to buy. The website has a lot of selection and different ways to find yourself down a rabbit hole of patterns. So please be kind to yourself and remember to write down a pattern number that you find interesting.

We had assumed that HIGH price= awesome service. Not the case here…read more There was confusion regarding the amount of rolls needed to install our project. Although they claimed to be very familiar with the paper manufacturer, they failed to warn me that the paper size on the link that I sent to them was an atypical size for Schumacher. Since I ended up ordering the paper at a slightly cheaper price elsewhere, and I did not note that there was a difference in the size, I ended up with not as much paper as they wanted me to have. Paper moon stuck by their assertion that I misunderstood their advice on how many rolls to purchase- although they graciously did not charge me to reschedule the install. The project ended up taking a while. And even though we generously stored their tools up against our home exterior for 2-3 days, had loads of wasted paper leftover, AND patched a couple of paint spots that got caught in the crossfire- we STILL got charged FULL PRICE. That said, the high price did ultimately result in good-looking wallpaper. Installer was likable, talented, and precise with the paper. And for that we are grateful.
