This place is great for toddlers/young kids (1 year - 4/5 years). But you have to go when school is in session because otherwise there are older kids and they kind of ruin it for the young ones. :-/ They allow children up to 12(!) to be in there and it just isn't big enough for kids that age. But with just the young kids it is nice they play well together and they can't really get hurt. read more

I took my toddler there and we got a refund and left. Place was way overcrowded, kids were out of control and getting hurt left and right due to it being so crowded, and my son even told me he wanted to leave. They need a limit to how many kids can be in there at once. Disappointed and will not go back. read more

Overpriced indoor playground! Rude staff. Place was like a zoo when I brought in my 20 months old. Staff were busy in their little corners, they don't even bother checking in on the kids on the playground. I saw big kids running around the little toddler section, knocking down little ones. Very interactive playground for the kids. The workers did a few dance games which the kids which was nice. The food is definitely not the reason to go there. Our kids hated the pizza and what kid turns down pizza? Bought admission through a Groupon deal so the prices didn't not seem too bad as others have stated. Plenty of places to sit if not too crowded. Will go again to use my other Groupon admission ticket;) read more

I'm not sure who in their right mind is giving this place good reviews. We had my daughter's third birthday here on a Saturday afternoon. I had paid the deposit for the birthday party a month or so before the party to reserve it and was told the final price at that time. Of course, they didn't honor that price when I went to pay the balance of the party. My son also broke his leg here and no one filled out an incident report. Four different workers asked me if he was vomiting or running fever "cuz our policy no sick cheedren or vomit and fever" (no one here speaks English). I tried to contact the owner but no one would give me his/her information. We were supposed to have a "VIP Party Helper"- NO ONE came by to help with the party. There was trash EVERYWHERE, food was TERRIBLE (even a group of three year olds wouldn't touch it), drink pitchers never got refilled. Because I had to leave the party early to take my son to the emergency room, they are blaming me for the poor service I received at the party. I don't have enough words in my vocabulary or time in the day to write about what a terrible party my daughter had here. I can't imagine people are giving this place good reviews. No one there speaks any language I can understand, customer service was terrible, and literally the biggest group of a**holes I have ever seen in one place. HORRIBLE experience here and will never go back. We used to go at least 2x a month. NEVER again. We'll be filing reports with the county and following up with this. We had our daughter's 4th Birthday here today and it was awesome! I highly recommend it as they took care of everything and ensured her party ran smoothly and was a huge success. We enjoy going there for play dates, etc., however; today exceeded my expectations for a birthday party with the exceptional service provided by their staff! Halie and the female manager (cannot remember her name) went above and beyond to help from the initial decoration set up, to take down and everything in between. They ensured our food flowed smoothly as well as timing out their tiger mascot Milo to come out to sing Happy Birthday! The kids loved it as they danced and jumped around with Milo after. The playground was on point as usual so all the kids had a ball playing and the parents felt at ease as some hung out in the party room and others around the playground. Before the party, we received a phone call to go over all the details and choice options for the party. This confirmed we were on the same page and had all of our food and favor choices selected. The goody bags sure helped this mother of three out by IGi Playground taking care of that as part of the package. Clean, safe and fun for the kids-it was a win/win all around! I just love this place!! It's the only place I bring my kids where they don't get sick! It's perfect for toddlers up to about 5 years of age. I feel like any older and they might be a little bored. But that is also why I love it because my toddlers don't have to worry about the bigger kids knocking them over! We decided to have my son's birthday party there and it couldn't have been easier and it was also very reasonably priced! They basically provided it all and the only thing I had to bring were cupcakes! They provided the food, paper plates, drinks, ice cream and party favors! Seriously easiest birthday I have done yet!! This place was awesome! My 3 year old had a blast! We would have stayed longer if we didn't have an appointment to go to! They literally had the cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen in a public place. I wouldn't book a party here because $389 is outrageous but this is probably the only place I would pay $16 for to let my daughter play and not cringe. This WAS a very nice indoor playground for kids, divided by infants and toddler section, an awesome customer service and a very clean environment. They USED to give you socks for the kids and plastic shoe covers for adults to get inside the playground area. The restrooms USED to be clean and inspected every hour. Now everything is different. The ball pool barely have one, you can see the floor. The floor in the playground area is filthy and no one is guarding the door. Poor customer service, they seem mad and overwhelmed. read more

My 4 year old son loves coming here and he always has a lot of fun. There are only a couple of things that could be better. The ball pit needs A LOT more balls in it and most of the balls that are in it are crushed. Also, I can never use their WiFi. My tablet always tells me that their internet is not working. We went there for the first time and will never go back. It was hot, the music was horrifyingly loud, the tables were left dirty, children were climbing on top of the amusement playground equipment and not being monitored, the bathroom was dirty and out of toilet paper, they were out of yogurt, it was hard to communicate (only one of the three people seemed to understand English), in short, it is something you would want to avoid! We've gone here 20+ times since they've opened and we love it! It's a fun environment for kids, clean, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. I would easily rate this as 'The Top Fun Activity to do with Kids' in The Woodlands. We're not new to indoor playgrounds, we've had our fair share of going to over 10-15 around the U.S. and this is by far our favorite. It's a safe environment for kids to play in and it provides hours of entertainment for our toddler, and it's indoors! The playground was carefully designed with young and older children in mind. When we come here I don't have to force my child to play, it's because he truly loves coming here, and I can't say I have the same feeling for other playgrounds, including the ones located in Houston or The Woodlands. There are boundless activities to do and they have an on-site trainer to help encourage your child to play and also plays games with him/her. The hardest part here is not about fun, it's trying to convince your child to leave. I highly recommend this for kids 8 and younger, although it's actually up to 12 years. So if you're looking for a fun activity to do with your child(ren) this is the place. Although the prices may seem a bit steep, you're not going to find another play area that's in this price range for an all day kids activity. I feel so thankful to live close to such a great kids area that The Woodlands hasn't been expose to before. read more

It took me months to finally write this review- we have been here a few times, the last time we went was a horrible experience (my poor kids are even traumatized) - one of the hanging things (attached with Velcro) came unattached while my son was hanging on it and he slammed his foot onto the padding, this ended up with a urgent care visit, which in turn he had sprained his foot. Things happen wasn't going to make a big deal about it - kids will be kids the thing that really BOTHERED me Was the fact that after this happened I set my kids down and purchased them each a kids meal- these all came With cookies, I had no idea because they never asked me what type of cookie my child would like, next thing I know my older daughter (who is severely allergic to peanuts). Almost takes a bite of the cookie and looks at me and say is this peanuts? I immediately grabbed it, it was a peanut butter cookie, and quickly gave her some Benadryl just in case. Went up to the cafe to see if we could get a chocolate chip cookie, well after the 3rd person that could speak English and understand me finally helped me- they pull a chocolate chip cookie out of the same bin they had the peanut butter cookies, I asked if they had any that were separated, and they did not. I went up to talk to manager and the owner happened to be there so I explained what happened and just mentioned to her that it would be a great idea to put the peanut butter cookies into a Separate bin- it could be fatal if my child had ate that cookie had we known it was sitting right on top of a peanut butter one. She looked at me and pointed at the tiny sign on the window that said we are not allergy free facility. I suggested that was a easy fix, I'm sure a lot of children come through there with allergies, she said we may could do that, and I left went to urgent care for my sons foot and have never returned. Sooooooo.........I will never ever EVER come to this Place ever again. Thought I was going to have a great time with my kids, hubby and I but unfortunately this place harvest racist families against black people. When we first walked in the lady at the front counter was quick to take our money then told us after that they were out of socks and I was initially embarrassed because I was rushing and decided to put mismatching socks on both babies. Little did I know that grown people well over the age of forty would be looking down on us like we were the scum of the earth. This one white couple decided to sit next to our table and once my hubby left to go and supervise the babies the lady decided she wanted to have a staring contest at my body, looking me up and down and ultimately making me feel uncomfortable. When I realized that she was I guess being petty I decided to get up and join my hubby. Out of my peripheral vision I seen her reach across from her table to mines and STOLE my babies crayons and walked off I like I didn't catch that. So I proceeded back over to their table and questioned her husband did his wife just take my babies crayons that we just purchased. Of course he acted like he didn't know and his wife came to the table like she was upset that I accused her of stealing.Anyways, overall, not a good place to take your little ones I did not enjoy myself and my babies were constantly stampeded over by bigger kids. read more

Went here with my 4 year old and he had a decent time - however the staff was extremely rude. I was attended by a staff member named Eldo, who was cussing bad words in spanish with other staff members. We had purchased a $2 which broke within 2 minutes of having purchased it. Eldon - the staff member - refused to replace or credit us back BLAMING my 4 year old of having bitten the toy and broken it. I requested to speak to the manager who according to Eldon was not there that day and told me to call Patrick (the manager) the next day. In summary, the whole experience was awful. I texted 15 parents to meet us there on 08/15 at 1030 hrs. this was my second time inviting friends, my wife had been there no less than five times previously and always spoke very positive about the facility and the girls service. the !st time I called ahead and had my wife make certain the place was open and available for 15 children and parents together, We had a nice time; second time, I went through the same steps and the call, nobody answered, it then went to what appeared to be a private home answering service, arrived and informed the girls in front that I had a group of 11 children coming in, I was informed that I could not get the group discount due to the fact that not everyone was right there, never mind the children were coming in with the parents. i showed a free pass receipt given to my wife the first time, I was informed that pass was not valid because it lacked the signature of the owner, I had left my wallet along with CC in the truck, my wife had dropped us off and I explained this to the person named Less, I was given a choice, either I paid or get out, called my wife to learn where she was and to inform her of the developments, she reminded me of having cash which ai seldom do, so I paid and my friends were saved of a very embarrassing moment, so I shall never have anyone of my child's group of friends visit this terrible place, owner needs a class in decency and correct customer service. My first time to bring my daughter and grandson. While I think this would actually be a great place for kids to play -- I seriously doubt we will return for the following reasons: little to no supervision in the play area. Older children were picking up play items and throwing them at each other over the heads of smaller children. One child took a baby plastic rocking horse type item to slide down the slide and landed on top of other children in the ball pit; the candy bins are unsupervised as well. Children were observed sticking their hands into the bins, licking the scoops and putting them back into the candy, etc. I informed the workers. Because they did not understand much English it took a while for them to understand. The female worker I spoke with told a male worker who came straight from the cashier area, without washing his hands first, and began to touch each piece of candy in the bins to see if they were wet, removing a few at each bin. Took my son here today. Very clean, friendly staff & very toddler/young child friendly. I'd say about age 6-7 would be the max age just because it's not very big and I could tell some of the older kids were slightly bored. However, my two year old loved it! We will def be back. read more

I want to give 5 stars for this place; however my observations after going 2 days in a row were: Saturday, I noticed someone's lost sock at the entry to ball pit area near big window. I only noticed since my child tripped and hit hip on EXPOSED metal bar where padding had come undone. I told teen employee, and he just twisted the padding so the exposed metal was sort of covered. We returned the next day because child LOVED the place. Sunday, right at opening, we went and I saw the same discarded sock, this tells me the floor wasn't cleaned and I suspect the ball pit never got cleaned. It had a urine smell near ball pit entry. I was happy to see toddler area but the flimsy fence is unsafe. There is even a climbing place right at the fire extinguisher, just asking for a climb and fall! I do wish socks were required by adults and kids. The toddler area needs an employee stationed to keep big kids OUT. The trampolines are wonderful, but once again, needed employee supervision. I stayed with both children as well as I could, but sometimes the toddler and the older child went opposite directions. Entrance/exit needs a more secure door, it is accessible by little ones and easy to open. Hand sanitizer station was empty by toddler area. We still had a blast, I love the concept, we will return. If you are a germaphobe, stay away! I wish the bathroom had a step stool so little ones can reach sink to wash hands easily. The toilet seats were perfect for little ones, just their size and even disposable seat covers! The candy dispensers needs to be a little more inconvenient for little hands-so tempting! I appreciated the tv monitor so I could find my kiddos since I was trying to keep up with more than one. The teens were very kind and interacted with the children. read more

I absolutely loved this place. We brought a gang of 8 kids here. It has a large play area for toddlers 1-2 years old. The play area for older children is much bigger than in pictures. The layout is impressive and they've really made use of there space with 4 levels of play in the older children's area. I liked how the dining/lounging area was in immediate view of the play area and not tucked away in another corner (except for the private party rooms). Right when you walk in, the place is visually pleasing for adults and kids They owners/designers really have thought of everything. They have cute desserts, a candy shop, a gift shop, extensive menu, and even a frozen yogurt section. I especially like that I am patronizing a business that is socially responsible. They have recycle bins for plastic, paper, AND compost, which you rarely see in these types of venues. Ten percent of profits go toward endangered wildlife. The entire place is VERY clean. I was there for 4 hours, and saw the workers constantly cleaning the play areas, dining areas, and restrooms. The restroom even has the smaller toilet lids for toddlers. They really added a lot of extra details that I appreciate as a conscious consumer and parent. Admission includes a pair of socks with grip pads on bottom, a bracelet, and a big coloring page/crayon. It's a fun packet that I was not expecting and the kids loved it. The staff also make sure that only the provided socks or shoe covers are allowed on the play area to keep it sanitary and in good condition. They were very warm and friendly. To address some of the complaints I saw from other reviews . . . Not one staff member was rude. Over the four hour period we were there, all 6-8 workers went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. I over ordered pizza, and before I even had a chance to get up to get a to-go box, a gentleman came right up to me and offered it to me. Again, just a minor detail, but it's a small window that shows how we were treated the entire time we were there. Another complaint was that the food took a long time. It wasn't as fast as fast food, but for a good reason. I was surprised to see everything being made fresh. The chicken nuggets were not frozen and I was impressed to see that they were breaded and seasoned right there on the spot. So just remember the trade off is that you are feeding your children fresher and healthier alternatives, and this is definitely something you NEVER see at any other children's venues of this nature. Know this ahead of time, plan accordingly, order right when you get there, relax for a bit while kids work up an appetite and enjoy the fresh homemade food when it comes. The kids had such a blast. I wish this place was closer to where I live, but the 30 minute drive is totally worth it. The children can't wait to come back. It's a guilt free place all around. Kids have fun. We have healthy food choices, as well as guilty pleasures, to choose from. It's environmentally conscious. It's unbelievable clean, especially for the amount of traffic going through, and I am happy to support such a good and honest local business. read more

The staff was extremely rude!! When you walk in to pay no one tells you that you have to wear the socks they provide and the parents have to wear these blue plastic booties, so they yell at you in front of your kid, and are extremely rude to you when you don't. None of the staff smiles or trys to engage in their customers, who are the ones paying their salaries. Plus a lot of the parents don't monitor their kids and I'm sorry some of those kids are out of control, I saw two kids about to fight and I had to break it up. I will not be returning.
