Our install just went online, and it felt so great to produce the first kWh's of our own power! Based on our experience, I strongly recommend IGreen Remodelling . They were knowledgeable, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process, and the level of service was really excellent. Our system required a transformer upgrade -- that's something an external company has to do, and they delayed a long time in doing it. IGreen Remodelling has no control over that, but pretty much the instant they finished upgrading the transformer, IGreen Remodelling came over on very short notice to turn on our system. If I haven't explained this well enough, here's the bottom line: IGreen Remodelling went above and beyond to get our system up and running. I can't say too much about the system itself yet, as it was just turned on few days ago, but all of our panels are operational and currently generating some power even on a cloudy day we had. But based on the service we've gotten so far, if we do encounter any problems or issues in the future, I'm pretty confident that IGreen Remodelling will do whatever they can to resolve them quickly. Our first story roof had a small leak. We called multiple roofing companies and chose IGreen Remodeling. Not only was their bid competitive, but it wasn't pushy in any way; I can't stand that sort of thing. They got us on their schedule right after we gave them the 10% down payment. The job only took two days and looks great! Great communication throughout the entire job. During the removal of the old roof they found that we had antiquated gap board. It was recommended that we add plywood to the roof to reinforce it, but they didn't force us or oversell. Great, friendly staff - you feel like family. We went ahead and added it, making our roof much more sturdy and reliable for the long haul. Sean sent us tons of pictures of the work in progress as well as the finished product, so we knew exactly what we were getting along the way. From start to finish, Igreen Remodeling was an A+ experience. We had roof damage and decided to replace the entire thing. Sean offered to put a temporary fix over the problem area even before we chose to have them replace the roof. Everything from the initial ordering to the final clean-up was as professional as could be. We had three companies give us estimates. Neither of the other two could hold a candle to the process and people that Igreen uses. There was a minor tear in one of our window screens from the day of installation. Professional and very courteous throughout the whole job. Although their schedule was full, they squeezed us in for an inspection the following day. We had a leak causing stains on the ceiling, but the home inspector we hired could not find anything wrong. Whereas after checking for about 10 minutes, Sean knew exactly what was wrong and showed me photos to explain what needed to be done. Gave us an amazing quote with a 7 year warranty. Even came back again the next day to help us lay down a tarp to prevent further leaks. When we finally scheduled the job, they were punctual and ready to go. Exceeded our expectations in every way. Sean and his team are very professional. The price he quoted was very fair; even they beat the other couple of bids we had from others for old roof that they need to strip away 2 or 3layers. Roof was leaking and needed immediate replacement. Sean did a complete inspection of the roof with photos, provided quote and they worked long cold windy day, finished work in one day as promised. They used best shingles available in the market, and gave me 10 years guaranty on workmanship. After 5 months there was some issue with singles on the corner, called them immediate response to the calls and next day fixed the issue. I can honestly say I was very impressed with the work Igreen Remodeling provided on our home. The service was fantastic and there were many things that really stood out to me. The first is how thoroughly they explained the entire process and any possible issues that may arise so we were prepared for just about anything. Next, they gave us a very reasonable timeline for the roof replacement and kept us updated throughout the process and actually finished ahead of schedule. I would much rather have a contractor give us a realistic timeline and finish ahead of schedule then have someone lie to us and say it will be finished much faster then it can be done and leave us frustrated. And lastly, the customer service and responsiveness was just incredible. I received answers to emails almost immediately and never felt out of the loop or concerned about anything.
