Within 20 minutes of walking in, we were seated, served coffee and water, placed our order, and received our meals. We enjoyed classic breakfast favorites--fried eggs, patty sausage, biscuits and gravy, reindeer sausage--and the lightest, fluffiest, most perfectly prepared Belgian waffle. The experience was so impressive that we returned the next day to see whether it had been a fluke; it was not. The staff was just as friendly and efficient, and while the breakfast sandwich we added was delicious, I couldn't resist ordering another heavenly waffle. I strolled by the kitchen, a couple of times, to try and look to see what magic they were performing in the background, but their secret sauce is the people who work there!
